Guys I need your advice. I have message after reinstall wallet "Your wallet.dat was corrupt. Cannot salvage it." And all my coins on file wallet.1234)7875.bak I'm cannot do any with them. And not see my balance. Wallet automatically set new wallet.dat with new address on restart wallet app and continue work with zero balance and that request about corruption. Plz help,if anybody know how. Salvagewallet command not help, but m.b. I'm use it incorrect,it at first I have same situation.
Pywallet is your best bet for recovering private keys from a corrupt wallet.dat. I don't know how to do it but if you can't figure out the program, I am sure if you ask around you can find a trustworthy person around here who will give it a go for a fee. Anyway, is anyone in this new megateam of devs even working on fixing the broken network right now? Kinda crazy we got this huge team of devs now supposedly and no one has piped up and said "I'm on it!". Pywallet - its a file in my wallet ? or its any command like "salvagewallet"? It's a program which can be used to dump your selvage wallet to private key. Download here https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywalletYou have to install Python 2.7 to use it. Oh ty. Hope i can recover my keys. Its not so difficult in use?

Good news, the Spreadcoin thread has replied to my post and says that there is a fix for our problem. It is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=715435.msg11093170#msg11093170From what I understand we need one "For PoS, you need one node that acts as a checkpoint, I think. Its the nature of PoS that they have to be centralized." and a link was posted that is a bit beyond me. I ask for the developer to follow up on the information as soon as possible. And thanks to the Spreadcoin people for the assistance.

The biggest problem is that we don't know what chain is the right 1. if we can verify who has the good 1 i can fork the code and make sure all get online with same again if needed.
but the 3 seeds the dev took are not on same chain as explorer for example.
always safer anyway to have checkpoint build with halvings etc.

But why only for PoS lol hybrid and PoW nets after launch need only one stable node to continue work. I think here need do exactly step by step hardfork that do Spreadcoin on block 2016. Dev when compile it (Copy paste from Spreadcoin code and make a mistake and copy with that hardfork lol.)

This should be run on a VPS or any always on internet connection with a static IP address. eg index.html with the IP-address of a seed node (like node.servername.com). The DNS seed node resolves to multiple IP addresses that are all running their own *coind instance on the appropriate port. To validate this perform an nslookup on one of the seed nodes. eg C:\Windows\System32>nslookup dnsseed.xxxxxx.yyy Lol Peter you are ok? Im not speak with you now lol, better say why when you here that you start nervious?. Its now show all connection like local network with different internal IP. But with the same local adress.

lol Check these: litedoge / src / chainparams.cpp vSeeds.push_back(CDNSSeedData("198.105.125.233", "198.105.125.233")); vSeeds.push_back(CDNSSeedData("198.105.125.234", "198.105.125.234")); vSeeds.push_back(CDNSSeedData("198.105.122.174", "198.105.122.174")); they are dead, i just made a fork with new seednodes and checkpoints so if community is in i will post it in my github
