Update orderbook:

Sell order keep continue to grow, now at 7.4 million.
Buy orders keep continue to go down, now at 1.5 million.

Do the math.....

This will go down to 0.00001.

Please people do some research, this project is a scam and founders are fighting big time at the moment. They want to kick eachother out of the company...... lol!

Do the math.....

When sell orders are high and buy orders are low is precisely when you want to buy... There is no "math" here. If Synereo releases positive news of them moving forward in good faith, AMPs will EASILY double in a very short time-span.

Please people do some research, this project is a scam and founders are fighting big time at the moment. They want to kick eachother out of the company...... lol!

It would seem you need to do some research. Claiming the project is a scam is ridiculous. We have over a year of community hangouts on record, every single week like clockwork. In fact, a "scam" as you put it would be far less profitable and outright retarded - I've heard others say the same, but it merely shows how stupid and short sighted you are. Dor and Greg hold a significant amount of AMPs. They benefit from the price going up, not down. Trying to instead try to steal what you can of $4 million and then spend it all (and even MORE, believe me) on legal battles afterwards is absurd. Please don't insult anyone's intelligence through your own stupidity and lack of understanding.

Im buying. The more amp I can get. You think amps success rests on Greg shoulders? I dont think so, greg and coders in general are a dime a dozen and even Greg knows it.

That's why he's pulling a hissy fit.

Oh gosh lots of crazy shit is happening. The devs are fighting amongst themselves. 1 of them is quitting (gregory) and i think amps are left without a dev to stear the project.
you really bought it close to the top. I feel very sorry for your losses.

Greg just posted a link to this in Slack:

Dear All,

i have done everything in my power to keep the community apprised of all the events to date. It has been a matter of public record that i have put forward a counter proposal to the original proposal. Dor was made aware of this fact on video in front of the community.

Prior to making the counter proposal to Dor, it was publicly reviewed alongside Dor’s original proposal, (see here and here); in particular to illustrate exactly why Dor’s proposal was rejected, and to make clear what a reasonable proposal looks like in order to make good on promises to investors. As a demonstration of good faith, i offered several negotiating points, based upon Dor’s publicly stated concerns, where i was clear i would yield while remaining consistent with existing company plans and promises to investors. Most importantly, i have always been available. The community has overwhelming evidence that i was online constantly, answering investor questions, providing context, information and data surrounding the negotiations and generally attending the process. At the suggestion of many community members, i reached out to Dor via email and Skype. Dor’s unavailability and lack of response was clear to all. This has been a part of a long string of behaviors, including deferring and delaying the reconstruction of a board to provide proper oversight for the company which has resulted in this deadlock in the first place, and constitutes non-performance in his role as CEO.

My reasons for going and remaining public are related to my obligations to the company, shareholders and investors. Dor’s conduct has continued to shore up my growing worries and concerns that Dor had been luring me into making the token sale with him, using my good name, my work, and the architecture documents that comprised the basis of the bulk of investment in the recent sale, but without any actual intent to follow through on the specific promises he made to investors, or promises he made to me regarding fixing the organizational problems with the company. It is my obligation as one of the largest holders of equity in the company and AMPs to make everyone aware of this. The evidence has been mounting that Dor conducted the sale in without any intent to follow the plan we outlined in detail for investors, fooling me and every other stakeholder and investor.

In good faith and sincerest wish for all the stakeholders and investors, i held out every hope that he would negotiate productively and provide a reasonable compromise indicating that he did have the intent to follow through. But, because of the other worries and concerns about the organizational issues he left unresolved and their connection to ongoing negotiations with investors, his recent decisions and announcements have left me little room for interpretation of his intentions all along. As a result, i must support the investors who have asked for a refund of their money. With investors made whole, i feel certain that we can create a path forward that will realize the vision that has people so excited about RChain and the attention economy.

Best wishes,

—greg

Note:  Most people have been taking Dor's side but there is a possibility a project like this can't be coded without additional workers,
and if Dor's isn't willing to pour some money into that now, then Greg may feel this kind of workload is too much to ask for from such
a small team.

There is a problem as Anonymint has stated in staying in high level language and not discussing libraries and code limitations.  Stating
the problem is only one part of programming, but man hours and the like need to be discussed in stating the solution.

He's trying to make Dor look bad, I never liked this guy. We're not stupid Greg, we invested money into this project - we have to know who to trust. It definitely won't be you. People like you are the reason why this is a decentralized platform - you have no power over this project.

I hope such is sorted soon!  Angry

I hear rumors of refund for funds to ppl who invested in 2nd ico (that'd be fair I think) - how can your "company" hold crowdsale and asking for millions in btc when you already knew of and had such internal issues?!.

but also hearing talks of mismanage funds and ppl not meeting/talking?  Also of Rchain split coin off from current AMP/synereo coin!? What???

You guys making way to confusing and difficult and looks like amateur hour!  Ppl are talking.

RChain will receive seed funding from Synereo, based on development milestones reflecting those created as part of Synereo’s previous roadmap: https://blog.synereo.com/2016/09/15/synereo-dev-timetable-2017-2018/
1. $330,000 will be provided for the first 6-month period.
2. Upon reaching the relevant milestones, $500,000 more will be provided at
the end of this period.
3. Further funding will be provided based on RChain delivering its technology and Synereo’s financial status at the one year mark.
Synereo will provide no less than $330,000 if the RChain mainnet is live.
4. AMPs will be granted without limitation as long as reasonably used to compensate people for work done towards realizing the goals of RChain or to provide bounties for its community. A base amount paralleling the USD funding amount will be provided with each milestone, i.e. $330,000 worth of AMPs, $500,000 worth of AMPs, and so on.

Now this is a reasonable proposal. If the milestones aren't reached - only $300,000 was wasted VS 2 million. Greg has no incentive to deliver once Synereo gives him the $2 million that he demands.

Quote
The RChain entity will develop the mechanisms required for the implementation of the attention economy and the functionality of AMP as a native currency on the RChain Blockchain. AMP will serve as the only native currency on the RChain live mainnet for the first 6 months.

Honestly, I think AMP should serve as the only currency on RChain, period. Why only for the first 6 months?

I just watched the statement that Andy gave to Greg on behalf of AMP holders and Synereo LTD equity investors.  Bravo Synereo Team!... Bravo!!!

Only watch the video up until 15:51, because after that, it's the Greg bitch fit hour.
youtube.com/watch?v=XVUWlflquaE

Being an AMP holder myself, I have to say that the statement Andy gave aligns with my personal wishes and desires.  After the shareholder meeting next Monday, Greg will be gone.  Nobody likes Greg especially the large shareholders.  I don't like Greg, and I never did.  Andy doesn't like Greg.  Dor doesn't like Greg.  Other large holders who I talk to don't like Greg.  Nobody trusts Greg anymore.  Greg and his buddies are not getting a single dime out of any of us.  Greg is history.  It's over.

I also want to state right here that nobody is getting a refund.  You invested in Synereo LTD and NOT Greg.  Synereo LTD was NOT aware that Greg would unilaterally decide to jump ship after the financing round.  What I find comical is this:

Greg just posted a link to this in Slack:

Dear All,

...
As a result, i must support the investors who have asked for a refund of their money. With investors made whole, i feel certain that we can create a path forward that will realize the vision that has people so excited about RChain and the attention economy.

Best wishes,

—greg

Now, besides Greg's letter containing a bunch of bullshit, he is admitting culpability.  For those of you who don't have experience in legal matters, let me fill you in.  Greg knows that AMP purchaser's and Synereo LTD equity investor's legal claims would be directed at him for his malfeasance as a "chief officer" and NOT at Synereo LTD.  If investors proceed with legal action against anyone, it will be Greg that bears that burden as he, and he alone, is the one responsible for their losses.  Trust me... I know all about this stuff.  My family has been in the legal profession from before the 1920s with one of them being a lifetime career US judge and another being a prosecutor.  I also know and have dealt with a lot of very expensive attorneys in my time.  I don't know what type of clown legal counsel Greg has enlisted to advise him to make such statements, but this is getting hilarious.  If anyone doubts what I'm saying, go talk to a real attorney, you know, one that charges hundreds of dollars an hour and will only take your case if you give them a substantial amount of money as a retainer, and ask them.  Synereo LTD has ZERO responsibility to give anyone back their money as they, the company, did nothing wrong and can still deliver on their promises.  Greg, on the other hand, is on the verge of some very serious legal action against him from some people who are very upset and have a lot of money.
