The full
Synereo 2.0 tech stack, in development for over 5 years and initially built to support a social network, has matured into a generic decentralized computation and storage platform. Users of the network provide the resources and call all the shots, without the need for server farms or centralized points of control.
On our quest for a next-gen, freer and fairer social network, we’re building a virtual machine that is capable of running decentralized applications (dApps), designed for massive use at blazing speeds.
Synereo’s existing technology already allows fully decentralized and distributed applications to be created – its social network is one such application, and Synereo’s other partners are using it as well.
The next evolution of our architecture will allow Synereo-powered dApps to match high-end industry requirements and be competitive with centralized computing platforms.
Synereo’s Blockchain 2.0 based platform, to be released in 2017, incorporates all faculties needed to support decentralized computation without central servers. This includes:
- RChain – a next-gen, scalable Blockchain;
- Special-K – a storage and content delivery layer for the hosting of various forms of data;
- Rholang – a smart contracting language, specifically designed for the parallel execution of processes;
- Synereo’s social layer, providing the basic social infrastructure for dApps on the platform: identity, reputation, communications, and so on.

Synereo’s social layer is the world’s first
fully decentralized and distributed social network, based on an economy of attention.On Synereo’s social network, you control your network and own all you create on it. Synereo can’t store your personal information, track your user history, or treat you as a “target group” for customized ad campaigns. If someone wants your attention,

Synereo’s social network is now in alpha. On the network, you can: - Create private connections between users
Send private, secured messages to your friends without being subject to surveillance - Post texts with a featured image (hosted on the decentralized cloud)
Post text and pictures, like you would do on Facebook, Twitter or Weibo - Label Content (#hashtags)
Tag your posts and find interesting content with #hashtags - Deploy decentralized nodes on your local machines
Use your personal computer as a node maintaining the network. - Amplify content with test-net AMPs
Use AMPs (Synereo’s cryptocurrency) to increase the reach of your posts

The AMP - A Coin with Inherent Value
How do AMPs get their value?Demand for AMPs originates from 3 main sources:- AMPs are the fuel of Synereo’s Virtual Machine, and as such are provided as a fee every time someone accesses your node to perform a computational operation, store information, or retrieve that information.
- AMPs will be the staking currency of Synereo’s Proof-of-Stake consensus protocol, fronted by validators participating in the Blockchain assembly process.
- AMPs lay at the foundation of Synereo’s Attention Economy and can be used to Amplify promoted content — to compensate other users for their attention.
AMPs are currently being traded on major exchanges
Following Synereo’s Second Fundraising Campaign (details below), AMP will also be traded on the prominent Chinese exchange
YUNBI.
Spearheading into the next stage of the Synereo project, we are en route towards an additional
fundraising campaign. The official sale will start September 19th, and run for 30 days, until October 18th.
This call will be the second round of Synereo’s multi-phase fundraising strategy, which was
detailed during our original sale, in 2015. This strategy was designed to maximize investment impact and to protect investors and AMP holders from capital erosion. Best practices in the startup industry suggest to couple investment rounds to the achievement of development goals - this is why we’ve scheduled this fundraising campaign with the release of
Synereo’s alpha social layer, and the major milestones achieved with the development of
Synereo’s 2.0 tech stack.
Funds raised during this campaign will be used to significantly scale up Synereo’s operations, expand our team, and optimize the development effort of Synereo’s next-gen tech stack – on which a diverse ecosystem of decentralized applications will be deployed; developed by Synereo and by our associates around the globe. During the campaign, it will be possible to purchase AMPs as well as shares of Synereo LTD.
Equity Investment
The call for investments will be facilitated with the help of

Qualifying investors can invest in, and receive shares of, Synereo LTD starting from a minimum investment of $1000.

AMP Sale
All AMPs to be sold during this campaign are pre-existing AMPs, created in advance and held by Synereo for this purpose.
No new AMPs will be created for this sale. As
Synereo is committed to utter and complete transparency in all its dealings, all AMP transactions carried out by the company can be viewed
here. Minimum participation amount is 0.01 BTC.
Sale Price
For the duration of the fundraising campaign, AMPs will be offered on

YUNBI at a fixed price, starting at 33000 satoshi per AMP. The price will progressively increase in three steps, and include a bonus phase of 24 hours.
The Bonus Phase: First 24 hours
AMPs will be offered for 33000 Satoshis per AMP and include an extra bonus of 1
million AMPs for the first 24 hours of the sale, distributed among all AMP buyers in proportion to their purchase amount during that period.
For example: If Alice buys 10,000 AMPs, and the total number sold during the first day was 10,000,000 AMPs, Alice will receive an additional 10,000/10,000,000 * 1,000,000 = 1,000 AMPs.

LivelyGig is building a marketplace to match digital on-demand jobs and talent, allowing two people to directly connect, contact with escrow, and settle payment quickly.
Finances
All AMP transactions carried out by Synereo can always be tracked in the exhaustive Synereo Finances doc.AMPs are bound in multi-sig wallets, with their use having to be authorized by an external trustee. Should any anomaly in their use surface, our diligent community will quickly be aware of it.
Each single AMP in Synereo’s possession has a purpose.Each and every AMP going out is meant to contribute to the network effect of the Synereo ecosystem and benefit all participants in it.
Think of the unreleased coins as simply not having been mined yet. Coins waiting for more people joining the network, for more nodes to be set up, for more functionality to be spun up on the Synereo platform. That these coins have already been issued does not mean they will come into play sooner than those of many other projects with large pools of outstanding coins that aren’t placed in immediate view, like AMPs are.
