This really seems pretty awesome. Do you have a list of those countries that is backed by their government bonds incorporated in your blockchain?

Earnings per token are going to be transferred to your registered Ethereum wallet using CRFT smart-contracts.

All payouts will be done in Ethereum.

Yes, we have it in the white paper (https://cryptf.io/CryptF%20White%20Paper.pdf)
Mostly developing countries. We've looked into US bonds and other developed countries but they hardly show any growth.

This is something new. We invest in their coins. They invest in stocks of blue chips. On the one hand - it's like a reliable investment, in the sense that shares of global corporations are growing in price, but what guarantees do we have? And if blue chips are asked in price?

Yup, you've got it right. Essentially this is the same as Tether where they back USDT with USD. https://tether.to/

This question from the website FAQ:

Q: How can I verify that all stocks / bonds included in a coin are actually owned by CryptF?

A: CryptF coins are created via physical replication: all securities that are linked to a coin are purchased by CryptF.
We plan to regularly undertake audits and issue broker verified reports to provide maximum transparency of CryptF securities accounts.

And if blue chips are asked in price?

What do you mean?

We are also very keen to answer any questions on our Telegram. Which is monitored 24/7

When you buy our tokens during ICO, you will be taking a part in the company's profit share. The 40% of the company profit will be proportionally distributed among ICO token-holders on a quarterly basis.
The revenue of the company is composed of commission-based income from coin buy / sell transactions and commissions for coin service and support. (more info on the website)
You can also sell tokens later on crypto-exchange.

Is this project still alive?

Guys have following questions for you:

1.  Will you be regulated, in what country the company / fund will be incrporated? What will be the structure holding securities?
2. Where you will keep bought securities? Have you discussed with depositary bank(s)? I doubt strongly that any EU/US bank will accept working with any fund funded by crypto.
3. Have you discussed with any known auditors? Who will check your book keeping?

Tanks for answers,
Cheers

Strange project. Too long an intermediary scheme for final investment. Plus, how then to legalize income? I would not have invested in large amounts

We are creating a really easy to understand and operate investment product. It is not a highly complicated tokenized assets platform. If you want to find an analog then look no further but at USDT  https://tether.to/   There is hardly anything strange about backing cryptocoin with different types of real-world assets.

If you want to invest in the shares of the companies which we offer you will only need to buy our supported coins. Our coins are not going to be any different from any other cryptocoins such as Ethereum or Bitcoin, therefore, you legalize the income from these operations like you normally would do with any other cryptocoin operation.

If you are talking about investment in CRTF tokens then you invest to get income from the commission we would earn from supporting the coins. All corresponding profit will be distributed to your Ethereum crypto wallet. You should legalize it as any other profit you earn with Ethereum investment.

You are free and welcome to invest any amount that is comfortable for you even as low as 0.001 ETH.

Thank you for your interest!

We communicate daily on this forum and even more frequent on our Telegram (http://t.me/cryptf)  We are indeed alive :)

1. We are not stock brokers. We will be emitting coins backed by securities. Coin price is linked and correlated to the price of assets. You can find an almost identical structure in Tether USDT project (https://tether.to/) registered in Hong Kong.

2. CryptF is not a cryptofund. All assets bought are owned by our holding. These assets are in fact a guarantee of the coins and support coins liquidity.
We will create a set of new cryptocoins correlated with the price of stocks. We are not creating a highly complex and legally questionable tokenized assets platform. All securities would be stored on our broker account with regular reports verified by the broker.

3. We are currently talking to a number of local NZ auditing and accounting firms. If we manage to show large growth and traction then reaching biggest accounting names would be one of our priorities.

Thank you for asking us these really good question. We really appreciate that our project is so important to you that your first post in this forum was about our ICO.

Is the CryptF token the one that will be having in our Eth wallets? If it is, then does that mean there are 3 more coins that we're going to be eligible of? CFITcoin, CFBNDcoin and CFGMcoin? Did i get it correctly or am I not understanding it?  ???

Thanks for the prompt reaction and answers.

I have financial background - thus your tread attracted my attention. And yes it was my first post here - you have to start by something  8)

1. If assets are bought and hold by the holding company (what jurisdiction?)  how the "guarantee" will be structured? How the pricing correlation will be enforced? Can't find your business model on your site.

2. You still will be considered as collective investment scheme as the origin of your funding is the sale of tokens. Thus an important range of compliance/ALM and taxation questions emerges (15% NRWT). Have you checked with your bank at least how they will consider such source of funding? Wanted to know how you are ready to address those issues.

Hope you will manage to address such issues and could present clear plan for your model. Devil is always in details.

Cheers,
BeReal12

-------------------
Important disclamer: I'm not associated with any past or ongoing ICO's  and expressing my sole and personal opinion.
Most of the ICO will fail as they are not mature neither experienced neither professional and in most cases are pure marketing hypes. Thus an independent due diligence has to be done prior taking any supporting/investment decision. Turn on your brain and ask questions.

First of all, thank you for your continuing inquiry!

1. We are looking at a number of different jurisdictions. It can be mentioned above Hong Kong or Singapore, Switzerland, or possibly New Zealand. The final choice will be agreed upon with lawyers when we start registering. The international legal field is changing weekly. Like NZ has just changed (https://www.coindesk.com/new-zealand-cryptocurrency-securities/) it's position towards cryptocurrencies a week before. We will be following the relevant news and ask legal advice to choose the best location.
Our development team is currently writing an algorithm that would adjust the price of the coins with the stock price in real-time.

2. Generally, we are in the same legal field as every other ICO. And we've written above that these are not collective investments as the token sale will not be linked with client stock exchange operations. We are not offering brokering services which on contrary is done by pretty much every tokenized asset platform. Therefore it limits legal risk to some degree.
We are going through an extensive investigation of the taxation. This is done through consulting with accounting firms.

Thank you for your thorough questioning it is always great when potential investors don't take it for granted. We are open for discussion and if you think that you can offer us new ideas, please, email us at nz@cryptf.io

Hello, beginneraf!
CRFT tokens that you buy during ICO give you right to participate in the company's income distribution. While income itself comes from the commission that we charge during coin operations. So our tokens and our coins are separate.
In a nutshell, we earn on coins and share the profit with the token-holders.

CryptF tokens will be transferred to your ETH wallet, correct.

Meanwhile, our cryptocoins will be traded for anyone to buy on a regular crypto exchange.

Announcement:

Due to the change  (https://fma.govt.nz/news-and-resources/media-releases/fma-commentary-on-icos-and-cryptocurrencies/)of NZ regulation we decided to move ICO starting date by one month forward to the 13th of December. We will adjust our strategy to fit this change. Our apologies for the delay. We see these regulations as a positive step to stabilize the crypto market.

Oh ok. So it's like a holding company? Holding shares and earning profits based on the performance of a certain asset that is being traded on the exchange. Did I get that right dev? :)

It is pretty much correct. We will be buying as many assets that will be needed to back the coin emmission. This will allow us to support correct price of the coin. So the price will follow the corresponding stock package in every way.

To safeguard your investments we will have regular audits and broker issued verified reports that will allow you to check our activities.
We believe in our project and while we aim at a high token number sales to boost our business our softcap is low. We are investing our own money and even if we don't reach the softcap we will launch it anyway.

If you mean we decide to quit the business then ICO tokens will get the corresponding amount of dividends at the time of the closure. Our cryptocoins will be retired at their operating price and funds transferred to cryptocoin holder wallets.

Meanwhile, this is not a very likely to happen. We are creating a for-profit company to generate income with a lot of ideas how to grow and expand (see our roadmap) However, thank you for your question as we should have a plan for the worst case scenario and we do have it.

I still don't get why would you invest in a coin on cryto markets with 12 - 60 % yearly returns, if on the same market you can observe day swings higher than this. If you just put your money in Bitcoin you would make much more on that investment almost any year.

Also why would you pin your coin to markets that are already overheated (stocks and bonds)? Is the coin backed by the short posititon on stocks and bonds? Maybe I am missing something.

Thank you for your answer

I still don't get why would you invest in a coin on cryto markets with 12 - 60 % yearly returns, if on the same market you can observe day swings higher than this. If you just put your money in Bitcoin you would make much more on that investment almost any year.

But it is also true that you can loose hundreds of percents in few minutes on cryptomarket due to such swings. For example, just today bitcoin went up to 11700 usd and dropped to as low as 8500 usd. It doesn't look like everybody turned a profit on this drop and quite a few traders might have suffered. That is why it is wise to diversify and allocate not all but some of your crypto holdings in financial tools that are easier to forecast. And you will always be able to sell our coins and buy bitcoins at lower price moment.

Quote
Also why would you pin your coin to markets that are already overheated (stocks and bonds)?

If you compare the traditional stock market to cryptomarket than on a contrary stocks look much "colder". We've looked through different stock and bond packages and some indexes like FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) have shown good predictable growth over a decade. And this is our proposition for crypto holders.

Quote
Isthe coin backed by the short posititon on stocks and bonds? Maybe I am missing something.

Right now we don't have short positions backing in the plans. We understand what you are talking about and we might consider doing it though it deems to be risky. We will definitely listen to our token holders and try to implement their ideas about future products if they are possible and practical.

40% profit? by holding coin? you will paid coin for user or usd

We will distribute 40% of company profits to the token holders in proportion to the amount of tokens they hold. You will be paid dividends in ETH transferred to your specified wallet. You can also later trade our tokens on a crypto exchange.

Yes, our commission is relatively high but we help crypto holders to avoid much higher commissions due to converting crypto to fiat and then transferring to stock exchange. In fact it can be nearly impossible in some countries to invest in US markets.

And in the end this commission allows us to be profitable both for clients and investors

We are New Zealand based.
And we are looking at a number of different jurisdictions. It can be mentioned above Hong Kong or Switzerland, or possibly New Zealand. The final choice will be agreed upon with lawyers when we start registering. The international legal field is changing weekly. Like NZ has just changed it's position towards cryptocurrencies a week before. We will be following the relevant news and ask legal advice to choose the best location.

Dividends will be invested in the coins to proportionally increase individual company share and coin price.
We are replicating the structure of traditional ETF (Exchange Trading Funds) the same way they do it on traditional stock exchange.

Pre-ICO has just started 4 hours ago, we'll add more details during the week.

For me working in cryptomarket is still being in STEM field where you apply your technical and marketing knowledge that you've accumulated throughout your life.

There might be a confusion with the wording. Essentially tokens can also mean cryptocoins. In our WP liquid asset tokens are the coins that we are going to emit. We guarantee the buyback of the emitted coins (CFIT, CFBND, CFGM)

Generally, we are in the same legal field as every other ICO. We are trying to keep it tighter in terms that we are not a platform, not a mutual fund, not a broker of any sort.  It limits legal risk to some degree.
For the registration, we are looking at a number of different jurisdictions. It can be Hong Kong or Singapore, Switzerland, or possibly New Zealand. The final choice will be agreed upon with lawyers when we start registering.

Well, a single token is still only 0.001 Ethereum. The most important ratio is between CryptF future profit distribution and Ethereum investment. For example, if we only reach the SoftCap and you've bought 1000 tokens you will be eligible for a relatively big chunk of the total profit distributed among token holders. And if you buy for more than you get even more.

Yes, we have an ongoing Airdrop but it will take some time to get processed. You will get CPTFP tokens to your Ethereum wallet that you would be able to convert later to CPTF tokens.

We are a small team working on tighter budgets. It's really a question of media presence. Also, our project probably doesn't have a very exciting vision opposite to inventing something completely new first time ever. But it is more conservative and therefore stable with less risk for investors.

If you do not mind I'll ask any uncomfortable questions :) As far as I understand your project - the funds collected at the preICO and ICO stage will be involved in marketing and developing a system of smart contracts. Do you plan to receive the main cashflow from the funds received from the auction on crypto-exchanges?

Hi. Why is it not possible to see how much has been raised so far in the preICO?

Hi, so most of the contracts are done. We will publish them soon on our website. But there will be extra work needed, of course. Extra marketing budget will help to bring more clients that's no doubt. A considerable part of the expenses will be bringing coins to the actual crypto exchanges. Fees can be extremely high in some cases.
Income will be generated from the commission on crypto exchanges and coin support fees.

Yeap. This is sad. I love kitties but cryptokitties make me wanna cry...

Is info about your legal partners open?

We don't have any direct competitors. There are few companies that sell stock-linked tokens but it happens inside their trading platform and essentially they are offering brokering services. We think from  a legal standpoint is a risky venture.

Nobody is offering something as simple as coins backed by stocks and bonds. That is also going to be verified and audited.
And our simplicity and focus on these particular products are our key competitive advantage.

Is there any airdrop?

Yes, we have an ongoing Airdrop but it will take some time to get processed. You will get CPTFP tokens to your Ethereum wallet that you would be able to convert later to CPTF tokens.
Did you have an airdrop? Where can I get acquainted with the terms of participation in it? Airdrop interesting concept, I met them only here - on the forum.

You need to have an Ethereum wallet with at least 0.1 ETH in it. Then our airdrop will go through.

Realy hard to belive, but why do you use Ethereum blockchain for ICO? There are more than one suitable blockchain  in 2017-2018. At least NEM, Stratis, ETC, Waves. By the way as I know NEM more easy for ICO launch. I know that erc20 tokens are most popular, but this kitties...They had discredited ETH.
I know that first NEM holders get it from airdrops...2,4 bil XEM for one persone ... for free...I was too ignorant.

Ethereum is widely used for ICOs and everybody's got an Ethereum wallet. At the time we started there was no issue with the kittens and it looked fine. But it is troubling that it can get overloaded that easily. They probably will have to do a fork.

Originally we've planned to do it annually. But cryptoworld is moving in a very fast pace. If somebody is going to sell our tokens 3-6 months after the ICO we want to give them opportunity to earn extra money

It is the idea and the product that really matters. There are endless ICOs today that have shiny expensive websites with completely made up problems and artificial hype. Hardly anyone even talks about how they are going to earn money from their product to give anything in return for your investments in their tokens.

We answer an important question "How do I invest in stocks of international companies using cryptocurrency?" It is a real problem, it's not easy to do for regular cryptoholder especially from developing countries.
Solving this issue will generate a lot of money in indirect commission. Also creating a stable currency will attract a lot of people in times of high volatility and uncertainty.

Token gives you the right for the proportionate part  of 40% company's profit distribution. So you will get part of the commission based income that we get through coins trading.

The CPTF token is directly connected to the company growth and income. As the whole crypto market will most likely continue growing we will be emitting more and more coins and raking higher and higher trading profits. Even in times when the market can decline due to a panic of some sort that will actually only attract more clients on our side to stabilize their portfolio. So we have a win-win proposition for any period of time.
These all combined will most likely result in steady CPTF token price growth not mentioning the payouts you will receive for holding it.

There are competitors who create asset tokenization platforms where you trade inside their platform and buy stocks this way. It is different and more complicated than having a coin readily available on the crypto exchange.  So there are indirect competitors but no direct competitors to our knowledge.

Hello guys! Do you have any news from your Pre-ICO. What amount of crypto You`ve already reached? How it goes? And please answer my question about legal part of your project. I mean all this things with SEC ...

Hi, goovsy, sorry for missing your question.

SEC looks at any tokens as securities. Even the majority of utility tokens fall under this category. Any ICO that plans to generate income to the investors will be a security ICO in SEC eyes. You need to check with local laws and regulations if you can take part in the ICO or not. However, like we've been asked before where we were going be registered and we've continually answered that it will happen more to the end of the ICO because international laws are changing every week. In fact, France has just allowed trading unlisted securities on blockchain platforms - https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/france-allows-trading-unlisted-securities-blockchain-platforms/  Who knows what's going to happen next week.

Pre-ICO is going pretty well for the project of our scale, we will soon publish the counter on our website.

When will you done yours test products? I want to see the result)

Our devs are finishing working on algorithm linking with nyse stock exchange. They say it should take another week or so.

Oh) That greate! i will wait. Interesting to see how it will work
Yes, it is one of the innovations in the cryptocurrency market. I think this project will find resonance when people realize its essence.

SEC is the US institute and we are not a US company. In future, we will try to get agreements where possible to get to different markets where its not yet possible due to the local regulations.

I think that the 40% bonus on pre-sale is normal. Many projects on pre-sale make bonuses of 80-100%. And for the early investors even more bonuses...

40% is the maximum bonus for a fairly large investment.  It is also max Pre-ICO bonus. In the later rounds, bonuses will go down in percentage. That's the reason why you should join early!

You can check the proportions of shares of each coin that we are going to emit in our WP. It will be both smartcontracts and physical audits to check that we have stocks that we claim to have.

Thanks for the reply! To me another interesting question: who ultimately owns the shares? in fact the person\company that will buy them and actually be their own. We buy tokens. What protection exists for buyers of tokens from possible danger of disappearance or arrest of the shares?

It is not registered in New Zealand. We are waiting until the end of ICO rounds to register the company at the best jurisdiction. International laws change weekly. Like France has just changed its opinion about unlisted securities - https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/france-allows-trading-unlisted-securities-blockchain-platforms/

And why you chose these IT companies in your token CFIT? CFIT consists of 22% Facebook, 22% of the Amazon, 17% Apple, 21% of Netflix, 18% Google (googl). I understand that they are the largest of the traded on the stock exchanges of the shares, but doesn't that make them slower growing in comparison with other companies from the same sector?

Great choice dude, I'm with you here in solidarity. I carefully choose the ICO at the present time, given that a huge number of them and most of them are scam. I like this project, but I don't understand it, it is not as simple as all the others, his technique is very peculiar. This makes it unique.

The information of raised fund need to expose publicly to gain more attraction of more Investors. At least with eth collected information, they know that they are not too late or too early with data of how many Investors have invested. Or at least make a weekly announcement about your progress. I see dev only answer the question on this thread, and never post a regular announcement.

How come that registration will take place only after ICO lol, first time I've seen such approach. Maybe there are some grounds but I think first company should have registration that run ICO in case of arbitrary proceedings.

These 5 companies are among the well-known, stable and relatively fast growing. Our focus is on stable investments you can always try to reach higher gains trading on the cryptomarket, obviously with higher risks.
Also to compensate we have faster-growing game publishing companies which are indeed performing better.

How come that registration will take place only after ICO lol, first time I've seen such approach. Maybe there are some grounds but I think first company should have registration that run ICO in case of arbitrary proceedings.

Right now it is represented by NZ company but we want to register at the best possible jurisdiction later.
Don't you consider NZ legislation good enough for your activity? I just can't get what you mean "best possible", best possible for what? Are there any restrictions in NZ legislation that doesn't meet your requirements?

Where can I see how much ETH is already collected on pre sale?
The information of raised fund need to expose publicly to gain more attraction of more Investors. At least with eth collected information, they know that they are not too late or too early with data of how many Investors have invested. Or at least make a weekly announcement about your progress. I see dev only answer the question on this thread, and never post a regular announcement.
I agree, I suggest developers to make a weekly digest of the news of the project. Perhaps it will be enough to collect posts from social networking project in a single post and so on. Fees of the project, a number of investors have already joined the project - it will improve the transparency of the actions of the team.

Do you have your own funds? Or may be you`ve collected some money before pre ICO from angel investors? How much? Is this open information. Sometimes investors don`t want to be named =)

Right now it is funded from our own funds and we have an investor as well. We plan to launch the project regardless of the ICO outcome but it is important for us to see the proof of concept.

Like we've said before international legislation is changing on a weekly basis.
While France has eased up a little bit -https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/france-allows-trading-unlisted-securities-blockchain-platforms/
a month ago NZ has tighten its own - https://www.coindesk.com/new-zealand-cryptocurrency-securities/

So you can see that our concern is valid.

Thank you, correction is still in process. But we think it really shows the vulnerability of bitcoin and that another cryptocurrency can eventually take the first place. In this uncertain situation, our ICO is the right direction.

Yes, unfortunately, you can't buy a cup of coffee using Bitcoin because transaction cost is about the same or higher. Probably another fork, protocol change will resolve the situation. But it can also stifle price of bitcoin.

Anybody with some knowledge of the financial markets has a reason to believe that it can’t go on forever. Sooner or later it’s going into a correction.
Bitcoin is worth $ 15,000, and transactions coming within 24 hours! This is a bad situation, it seems to me if nothing changes, then in the near future something bad will happen
I think you need to fix the situation, otherwise people will start to think that it is a bubble lol. Actually it's good - less competition

Bitcoin is not needed for payments He is already like an advertising brand) he is attracts more and more investments in cryptocurrency

In addition, transactions in bitcoins are already too expensive. It is for large payments.

Yes, unfortunately, you can't buy a cup of coffee using Bitcoin because transaction cost is about the same or higher. Probably another fork, protocol change will resolve the situation. But it can also stifle price of bitcoin.
Show me people that buy bitcoin and then exchange it for cups of coffie. It`s just ads I guess. On every corner I hear that Bitcoin is new gold. But nobody wnats exchange their gold on coffie or other goods. Bitcoin doesn`t need it!

In the long run, it was a well developed project for those who want to maintain stability. It does not seem possible for their shares to suddenly lose value. An opportunity for those seeking a steady return. A series of coins that will not lose value even in the cryptorian crises. It is worth evaluating.

Thank you for your trust. Historical data does indeed show a pretty stable growth of the stocks that we've picked.

We've processed all the Pre-ICO payments and are happy to announce the results!
We've almost reached our soft cap and, of course, we are aiming towards higher amounts to be able to scale our project faster.

Thank you for your support, everyone!

I think you are quite right about it going to oblivion if the protocol doesn't change. It just can't scale that fast in my opinion. Even an improved bitcoin cash can't become a commonly accepted cryptocurrency to trade goods on daily basis. Still too expensive and slow.

The answer on your question is here  (https://cryptf.io/#roadmap).

"ICO Round 3. Legal incorporation. Trading accounts. Floating CryptF token (CPTF) on crypto-exchanges. Private beta of the coin trading platform."

More important is where CPTF will be tradeable

access to premium exchanges is very expensive. I think the primary placement will be optimal on exchanges like Cryptopia and Hitbtc

We plan to get on at least one exchange before the end of ICO if everything works out well. To be honest, we are bit more realistic and plan around 500k and that's a predictable number.

In fact, to be able to make the right investment, it is one of the most appropriate strategies to create a portfolio of coins with different risk and return levels in order to distribute the risks and not to put the eggs in the same basket. A set of coins that must be absolute in the portfolio of an investor investing in this way.

It's a relatively standard bonus and we don't want to inflate our tokens too much. Usually, if people get too many free tokens then it can result in a big token price drop on the exchange. Keeping it rare and valuable is important.

I agree with you, but only partially. the team must develop its own product, but at the same time, one should not forget about marketing. Exchange is the main marketing regulator

Is there any airdrop?

Yes, we have an ongoing Airdrop but it will take some time to get processed. You will get CPTFP tokens to your Ethereum wallet that you would be able to convert later to CPTF tokens.

I suppose they can't be converted yet? I see no instructions on how to convert them on the website. I'm assuming this capability will be added later.

Correct, I've talked to devs they want to implement conversion at the end of the ICO. If you register you'll get the newsletters relevant to it!

Hello CryptF team. Why no news about going ICO in social media ? I think we need more messages, especially because was the good completion of the perICO.

We've just updated our Facebook and Twitter about the new ICO round.

In fact, the idea is nice - it's simple and profitable.
But why are all payments made only in Ethereum? Is it possible to add other cryptocurrencies in the future?

The site says that they accept other crypto-currencies too.

Quote
In addition to Ethereum, tokens can also be purchased with Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash (requires a website account).

https://cryptf.io/

Toltekayotl is right. Its Ethereum, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash

$118k for the first round out of four almost a guarantee of reaching a soft cap. It looks quite positive from our side.

The man clearly stated how much he would invest. He could sit down and explain the stocks he would invest individually and could write a 1500 page whitepaper. It was a short, brief presentation.

Why did you decide make few rounds of ICO? What's the point, I mean? Why not just pre ICO and then one round of main ICO from January till March? What duration of other two rounds?

It is a relatively standard ICO practice that proved to be effective for fundraising rather than one endless ICO round.

I also agree with your thoughts on the issue of not seeing the project interesting. I would like to add that, these coins are definitely safe harbor. In every crypto crisis, even before the USDT, they will be the first place money will run away. The USDT maintains the value of your money in dollar terms, it is true. However, as these coins maintain their value, they can also promise a profit that will not be underestimated.

We are doing our best and do advertise on standard channels with google adsense, facebook ads, etc.  But our project is running on a tight budget of our own funds so we can't just flood the market with advertising. We do hope that this, however, creates a better trust with our supporters. As we are small but solid and we will deliver.

MVP coming really soon.

Yes, you do need to hold tokens for a quarter to receive any revenue.
We will be registering on platforms like Yobit, Etherdelta. We'll see if Binance fits the requirements.

Quarterly revenue will be sent to your particular ETH wallet

Are there only three types of securities and stocks? Or is there a lot? I don't know much about this, and I remember that stocks and securities have a very high yield.

I agree. I am following this great project since the beginning of the ICO. The communication with the community is weak. We need more information about the progress of the project.

This is definitely so. The project also impressed me. But need to work more in terms of advertising. I hope the administrators read the messages here

Finally! Last news from Telegram:
"Update:  Right now we are finishing final testing of CFIT and CFGM coins - our main products. There is some work left to get UI a bit more user-friendly and we can start doing public testing and coins will be available for sale. CPTF tokens will be listed on idex and etherdelta very soon and after we finish with the bounty tokens distribution. But CPTF tokens are unlocked and you can already trade them yourself. These are the news so far. Thank you for continuing support!"
