Hey, I'm not old but I'm closer to old than young. I was fortunate to get into the stock market early and even a couple ipo's which led me into real estate etc. so now I'm in crypto, follow it, read it still trying to figure it out. Anyway, although everyone is now talking Bitcoin I think this story has sent a message about saving and investing to younger people. I don't think speculation is a good lesson but the ability to do more with ur money than spend it or gain no interest in a bank account is a good thing and I only learned it by listening to others as I was making my way.

I don't think btc is the answer to everything and it could even crash, that would also be a lesson, but the US population in general does not save a lot of money, perhaps this new development could help change that.

I agree with you that bitcoin is a very good experience for young people because as we now that majority of young people they are using internet and bitcoin is also I digital currency which is also available on internet and I’m sure that bitcoin will teach them a lot of them about saving and trade etc. and I’m sure they will also start earning from bitcoin which can help them in their life and their life’s can be change in a short time.

I first bought shares in my twenties. I am now well past that but am involved in bitcoin.altcoins and ERC-20 tokens. Bitcoin is not ageist.

I think this is telling in the sense that young people are willing to take more risks and invest in a risky investment method like crypto because millenials are fed up with the current economic structure, they are not making enough money and everything is expensive. I think this sends a message beyond bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as a whole.

When I was realy young Bitcoin didn't exist and opportunities to make some money besides some classic jobs were not very broad. Today is different and Bitcoin is great opportunity for young people to make their own money, to learn about new technologies, financial markets and to develope their business spirit. Some of them who are realy capable have the opportunity to gain financial independence at early age. I advise them to use those chances.

However, I still want to say that there is no time that is late to make money, not even only in bitcoin. Older people can still make money from bitcoin. This is a new technology that provide every strata of the society a means to make big money but I understand that it is internet based and thats why it is liken to the younger people.

First off, welcome to the world of crypto. I'm sure that you are going to enjoy your stay here. I really like you attitude. Crypto is not for everyone. Specially those young people thinking that they will gain financial profit in a very short amount of time. Its better to save early when you are young, and enjoy the fruits later. Looks like you are mature enough for your age. Its really hard to save though, but if you are really focus on your goal, then nothing can stop you. Crypto will give you a opportunity to earn big if you know what you are doing. Learn from your mistakes and continue to reach your goals.

Yes, its base on speculation, the price moves very fast, volatile and unstable. Let me remind you of that. I don't care what the general UP population is going, you have a choice, join them and regret later, or save while you are still young and enjoy your life in the future. The choice is very easy.

I think yes because the bitcoin will be the future crypto currency and is the present so is right if the young people know better it for improve their ability with the new technologies

As a young person myself, I feel that Bitcoin will provide a good training grown for the future technological leaders of the world. The new economy will create new intellectual giants who will continuously add to the current storehouse of knowledge.

Well investing is really the right way to go and Bitcoin can be an interesting experience for these young people especially the teens to people who are in their 20s as once you start investing you yourself will try to find a way on how your money will still grow. Basing from my personal experience I also started in the stock market and still I have tried to diversify outside of it which led me to Bitcoin and now I am trying to explore more other options in the cryptocurrency market because I can see that this market is getting bigger by the moment.

it's good to experience this kinds of stuffs when at a young age. I myself invested on bitcoin at the age of 20. I stumbled, failed many times and lost my money but it's a good experience for when you already have to invest using big money.

It is a good way to spread some of the wealth to the new generations coming into the world, at least with crypto they would affor the basic needs of day to day life. It is still a long way until we achieve that , but progress is made every day.

Bitcoin is one of the best investment to save the money. You have some knowledge in Bitcoin but not fully analyse the cryptocurrency. First you should differentiate the cryptocurrency and bank account. Because both are different in saving money. This should pumping and dumping in anytime. i'm agree with your statement yeah nowadays the young people just like throw away their money they just buying anything they like so their money will decrease much faster, so the best way to that solution is like educate them with this crypto currency just from small first like tell them about Bitcoin and how they invest their money to it.

I think it's a great way for young people to learn about business and how to make Bitcoin doing different things that are completely different to what we taught in school. In school we taught to do well and study hard go to collage then we will get a good job. In the Bitcoin work or business in general this is bit the case and bitcoin opens s world of technological possibility for the young entrepreneur.

At early aged much better that young people must be aware about virtual currency because we are now facing for digital world and we will only used is pure online transaction. I am very happy what we are experiencing as of the moment for we are learning more lessons from bitcoin regarding investing and making your money work for you. Hodling is like saving yet the interest is way better than banks, but there is no assurance that it will gain especially in altcoins, but there are more credible altcoins as of the moment and many are earning tremendously as of the moment. Listen to your gut feel and study well so you won't be a victim of scams and hackings. Protect your earnings for who would know what would be the value of of your earnings in the future.

Being involved in bitcoin at a younger age is a great opportunity for them to start investing for their future.In todays generation most risktakers are those younger ones and very open to internet or social medias that can be used in this kind of business.Lucky enough to know business at a young age so that as early as today they will know the importance of having their own money,they will know its worth because being here nothing comes easy.In some way at a young age they will realize that its not easy to gain profit or money one must need hardwork and patience to achieve ones goal to build a brighter future.

This is useful at least in the fact that many people who are really far from the banking system, the economy and other things began to understand this. It makes people develop, and that's fine.

As a relatively young person I found the bitcoin experience to be similar to that of my last boss. Back when he was at university he would work over summer and put the money in shares. He sold a majority of the shares to buy a property outright and was essentially set for life. Held during the bad times and made moves based on research and technical analysis skills he picked up along the way. My approach has been pretty similar, putting what money I can into projects that I see having potential and looking to do something with the money more than earn 3% interest. Even if it goes belly up by 2020 I'll be glad for what it taught me. I don't think bitcoin will replace my dollars but I think there is room for them to live side by side. Btc is like electronic gold, that can be shipped across the world in an instant.

I definitely agree Bitcoin helps today generation to get richer in the future by savings and investing. It's really good for their career to known about money and investing, the problem is school didn't teach them the subject, so its good, Bitcoin help them to get the curiosity about it.

Bitcoin is great experience for all the people in any age of life. Bitcoin is definitely not an answer for everything as op saying, but it can solve some economic problem's and for me that is enough. I had an interesting discussion with a older person the other day who thought they had their head around the blockchain and were proud of their 'investment' in a thing called coinspace (SCoin). I had to break it to them that this is 99.9% a scam and that if they can they should get out. Its pretty much a multi-level marketing scheme that uses the buzz words of crypospace ie mining, blockchain, moon and promises Lambos. Based on this discussion I think that bitcoin could be a good investment for any age group. Its a good stepping stone into the crypto world and everything you really need to know to get your head around it is in the whitepaper. A least it exists.

In my own opiNion, BTC can give a good experience to those young people that joined in this forum. In their young age they will earn money in one blink of the eye. Nothing is certain in the trading industry. So as the basic rule of trading and investing goes. Always trade the money you are just willing to lose. Some people just end up with bad experiences due to the risks they have done in trading. Maybe they went to shed money they are no longer willing to lose in investing.

as long as you can search and take a look at the coinmarketcap and you can do analyze for each coin, I think you can try to hold or you can do trade for the coin. there are too many coins that have potential to go up in the future and if you can find one or more coin then you can start to hold it. besides that, after you find the coin, you can try to do a trade too and you can make your own profit. although this is not easy to determine the coin, at least, you have your time to analyze the coins.

Yes I think bitcoin is good experience for young people because in early age they learn how to value their money and how to multiple or simply their learn how to do business in early age. I was so amaze to those young people who's in this field because in their very young age they become much responsible and flexible. Hey, I'm not old but I'm closer to old than young. I was fortunate to get into the stock market early and even a couple ipo's which led me into real estate etc. so now I'm in crypto, follow it, read it still trying to figure it out. Anyway, although everyone is now talking Bitcoin I think this story has sent a message about saving and investing to younger people. I don't think speculation is a good lesson but the ability to do more with ur money than spend it or gain no interest in a bank account is a good thing and I only learned it by listening to others as I was making my way.

I don't think btc is the answer to everything and it could even crash, that would also be a lesson, but the US population in general does not save a lot of money, perhaps this new development could help change that.

perhaps you missed my point. The average savings of young people in the US is quite smal. Many struggle over a surprise 1,000 dollar bill ie medical problem, car problem etc. btc has got people paying attention to the possibilities of making money through investment. I hope this will grow into looking at stocks, bonds gold and other vehicles of investment. I don't think anyone should put all their funds in in crypto. I personally do about 15-20% I have more in stocks and gold but I have hope in the future of Bitcoin. My post doesn't rule out older people, I'm in my forties and heavily in etherium and a good amount of btc but I would never completely stocks, I have done very well in stocks, gold and silver is well. That is a big thing to comment, we can say yes it is good and can ruin somebody's life or we can say bad we can also ruin that person's lie too :) But in my opinion everybody should join the system but need to be careful.

Its a personal decision to safe with the crypto looking at the downside from the stand point of a pessimist. Personaly i will like to save part of my money as fiat and part in crypto, so i am secured ;D

Yes BTC is a very good experience for your people. As my point of view this is very good to young people because they are very good in the technology that are incorporated with Btc. We should admit that btc requires a good understanding with the modern technology in order for us to pick up easily the real mean of btc.
