There are feed providers who provide the feeds/ markets to all sportsbooks.
The bets, the rules, and pretty much everything is set and defined by the feed provider.
Regarding this specific issue, here is the rule/ explanation from our feed provider
"Please note that in the market name we have (Only On-Field Review or Video Review Sign (Rectangle))
So, the market will be calculated Won if the chief referee looks at the episode in person or makes a decision
or manually shows the video sign - a rectangle drawn in the air."
This is the rule of the VR market.
Our support team gave you a detailed explanation of the situation, but no, you want your own rules.
Unfortunately, you don't get to make your own rules or decide our things should work.
Since this is the second time you disagree with a predefined rule, it is obvious this is not a behavior you are willing to change.
That said, kindly withdraw any remaining funds from your account.

I guess I missed reading the part of the thread that mentioned the closing of old accounts on the previous sites and betnomi unable to transfer user data from the old site to the new site, this lead me to another question what happened to high ranking accounts on the old sit e.g those on the VIP level on the old site what level will there be given to them on the new site since they are instructed to create a fresh account
VIP and other ranks are dependent on different factors in different platforms. It could be based on turnover or GGR, and other metrics. Those tags were merely based on the user's game style on our old platform. Mainly, a user's risk score, a newly registered user could be classified as a VIP by our automated system. It is one of the reasons for the new platform. Now, we are implementing a level up/ rank system based on the amount wagered/ turnover. Spoiler alert, we will be giving away 5 Tesla model 3 out in our VIP competition which should be live sometime next week. |

I mean there is no reason for them to export the data from the previous site on a later date. They could have done so before they rolled the site out if they intended to do so instead of asking players to make new account on the new site but it doesnt really makes any difference at all, it takes a minute to make a new one @arallmuus You are right. There are multiple reasons for this decision. One of them is, the old platform only supports fiat currencies as the user's account balance, but the new platform is designed to hold and store the user's balance in crypto and multiple cryptocurrencies, for that matter. It's a challenging situation. Another reason is, there were lots of duplicates (multis) accounts and some inactive accounts in the old system, and a few other reasons. We found making new accounts and transferring the balance is the optimal solution. |

When I registered at your website I had limits of ~0.50 EUR per bet. Your live support told me that low limits are usual for new accounts and that limits would increase after some bets (Obviously this was wrong as my limits did not change). For that reason I placed some (random) bets with stakes of 0.50 EUR per bet.
What kind of arbitrage betting is that?
Unsurprisingly I have not received my withdrawal yet.
How we know its you? the important thing is we know that it's you. Hiding behind newly created accounts is of little use. There is a reason your limits are such (because you are doing arbitrage) and it doesn't matter the amount you bet, arbitrage is arbitrage. Your actions and intentions are what counts and not the amount and to be clear the reason your limits didn't change was you continue to do the same thing. I received a response but only those standard phrases that financial department is working on that issue. My first message is nearly two weeks ago so for me it looks like betnomi wants to delay payments.
I looked into your issue and the reason why it wasn't processed was because you are doing arbitrage betting which is of course a breach of our terms and conditions. You are well aware of that. Contact our live support and they will resolve the issue and complete your withdrawal for you. |

Their old site is not active anymore; try sending a PM to betnomi on this forum. They announced their new site some time ago, so there was time enough to withdraw your funds on the old site. The new site doesn't seem so active, not a lot of activity, and a dead chat. @babygun we are still working on the new platform, there is an issue with the chat where messages keep disappearing for this the chat seems dead. we have a fix which we will push later today. The platform is relatively new and still rooting out bugs. will take a few weeks to clean out most bugs. We are collecting feedback and improving them on a daily basis. |

As we stated on multiple occasions, it was a dead platform.
All affected parties received the relevant notification regarding the closure of the platform. I am not sure what to believe. I wanted to know for myself, but I give up. You are making accusations against efialtis, he is making accusations against you and your team. Nothing is backed by any kind of evidence. The fact is that no scam accusations have been created against any party. That's it from me. Over and out as the idiom goes. We are not little kids to throw tantrums if we don't have our way. Every claim we make we are supported by verifiable evidence unlike the person manipulating the community for his personal gains. The same Community you trash in private. Happy to share evidence of all the claims I made, all I am asking is a simple dispute of any of those claims by him, or should the Community request it, I will share. It's evil and dangerous to maliciously exploit your position for Personal gains, it's the textbook definition of corruption. |
