Very well, I've been breaking rule 1 anyways.

Yochdog, burden of proof is on you...

 Standard picture of the miners+forum name/date etc... and I'll rescind any negative opinions that I may have shared.

I am hitting pause on the sale for now, as I seem to have priced them too high.

Going to evaluate whether to self mine or not.

If I proceed with the sale, will adjust price and provide pics etc.

Your rep isn't unquestionable. That statement alone makes me question your rep based on the following:

1. You have no recent trusted feedback
2. You are asking more for something than it's worth
3. Demanding that people pay first.

Actually it is, to anyone that has actually been around for a while.

103  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] - A4 Dominator Scrypt ASIC on: January 06, 2017, 10:34:31 AM
A4 is a proper chinese garbage, they are not even running stable at 280, you need to restart the miner every 5 hours !!
Don't waste your money !
Also check the LTC difficulty, is increasing every week

Thanks for your insightful comments.

For those of you interested in actual results from a real player, here are the facts:  I own over 1200 ASIC machines from 4 different manufacturers.  Out of all of them, the Innosilicon machines have proven to be the most robust and reliable.  This goes for both the A2 Terminators (Of which I own 160) and the A4 Dominator (of which I own hundreds).

For the record, I restart an A4 once every week or so......out of dozens deployed.

But sure.  Let's Listen to the guy trying to piece together penny deals on KNC gear.  I'm sure he knows his stuff!

So many questions!   Grin

1)  I won't do escrow, due to my unquestioned rep and lengthy trading history (most for much more $ than this)
2)  I will provide pics with machines and my forum name
3)  I get the lowball offers, no insult at all.  This is business.  I do, however, reserve the right to laugh at said offers!
4)  I have over 200 units available for sale.  190 of them are sealed and never used.
5)  Pricing to me has 2 components:  ROI and ease/assurance of delivery.  ROI is what it is depending on assumption.  Assurance of delivery is another issue when dealing with international sellers.   I am US based.  I live in the Northwest.  I have machines in hand.  I will deliver within 2 business days.  Most important, they will actually show up.  That might be worth a bit more than "retail" to some seasoned veterans.  Oh, and that retail price does not include the insane DHL shipping charges ($200 for one unit!....go ahead, price it!)

If I missed anything, let me know.  I am quite affable......not looking to get over or start a fight.   I have been on this said forum for many moons, and anyone that goes way back will vouch for my rep.

Ask away with anything else.

do you mind me asking why you have 190 units still sealed?

how long have you had them?

thanks!

A change in plans.....limited capacity due to unforeseen electrical limitations within my DC.

Had them about a week

My Information:

I am with CKPool: Kano.is

Average Blocks per day over the past 4 months:
* Mar 2016, 129 Blocks, 4.16 Blks/Day
* Apr 2016, 134 Blocks, 4.47 Blks/Day
* May 2016, 126 Blocks, 4.07 Blks/Day
* Jun 2016, 132 Blocks, 4.40 Blks/Day
* Jul 2016, 127 Blocks, 4.098 Blks/Day

4.24 average blocks per day

Quick Math: Here is my average on my pool (CKPool) hit 4 blocks. My total Payout is $138.68 on average daily. $138.68 x 30 days per month = $4160.40.
$85/month for Hosting and Maintenance
30 miners
Hosting: 85 x 30 = $2,550
Profit = $4160.40 - $2,550 = $1,610.40 per month

Investment = $136,750
Profit = $1,610.40
ROI = $136,750 / $1,610.40 = 8.54 months

Where else can you invest with a 8.54 month ROI (return on investment)Huh??

Please do the math yourself as I may have made a mistake within these calculations.

The only question left is Why am I selling these miners? I am heavily invested in another company and need more capital. Let me know of any questions you may have in the investment or the equipment Txt:9374199617

Can you tell us where they are hosted?  If close by, pick-up would be an attractive option.

Thats awesome!!!

Congrats!

Man, sorry for the slightly OT, but I just have to tell someone who understands.

I've got a small-ish 100TH rental on MRR that I have been using for many weeks now off and on. I use that particular one because it never has problems and always runs above what the rated speed is. At the end of the rental, I always have about 104-105TH for average hash speed on the 100TH rig.

Anyway, I knew the rental was going to run out soon so I went to the rental page to see exactly how much time was left. There I found a message from the owner that they had to do a rig restart and I would be compensated in time. Well, the restart may have taken 10 minutes, but they compensated me for 30 minutes. OK, cool, I thought. Then as I looked at it, it started rising....

It was at it's usual 102TH speed, then 110, the 125, etc, etc, etc,.... The damn thing kept rising all the way up to over 5PH!!! It stayed there for a few minutes, then slowly started to drop back down.
I looked at the Kano pool stats page and was shocked to see that I was in 2nd place behind 17JVL with his 7PH+!

It finished out the last 30 minutes of its rental on a slow trip to over 5PH and back to 102TH!

Needless to say, I was amazed and overjoyed at my good fortune. MY shift graph looks like a moon shot! Alas, it won't covered in the block we just found (YAAAAYYYY!), but I'll get credit in our next block. Smiley

Needless to say, the instant the rental ended, I re-rented it again for another 2 days. It has always been a lucky rental!  Cheesy Grin Wink Cheesy Grin

Back on topic... Alright! 2nd Block for day! Let's keep 'em rolling!!
Congrats, Cytline!

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 3 ETH BOUNTY! - help with creating bootable USB on: June 28, 2016, 01:18:28 AM
There are ways to extend the partition.  right to left, left to right...etc.  But it may just be quick to backup the config files and re-create the usb drive.

I can figure out a solution, so PM me if you want to work on this.

I used Rufus to create the bootable USB.  Something you can work with?
