The Halving will increase prices to new levels. Say Good or Bad on this case It is according to the situation of each person.

Such a change would affect seriously the trust nature and the purpose for which it was created. The thought of posing should be avoided to prevent speculation.

50 is a price very very few probably, I dont found any reason to peoples want does panic sell really so low, In such case almost peoples will hold until price 0. The only thing that would to cause it could be something that do this obsolete or an unexpected disaster maybe.
