Technique #3 - 'TOPIC DILUTION'

Topic dilution is not only effective in forum sliding it is also very useful in keeping the forum readers on unrelated and non-productive issues. This is a critical and useful technique to cause a 'RESOURCE BURN.' By implementing continual and non-related postings that distract and disrupt (trolling ) the forum readers they are more effectively stopped from anything of any real productivity. If the intensity of gradual dilution is intense enough, the readers will effectively stop researching and simply slip into a 'gossip mode.' In this state they can be more easily misdirected away from facts towards uninformed conjecture and opinion. The less informed they are the more effective and easy it becomes to control the entire group in the direction that you would desire the group to go in. It must be stressed that a proper assessment of the psychological capabilities and levels of education is first determined of the group to determine at what level to 'drive in the wedge.' By being too far off topic too quickly it may trigger censorship by a forum moderator.

I think that would afford too much credit to him, personally. I dont think he wants to actually argue or debate at all. To me, it looks like a character, short on ways to express himself in day to day life, who is able to regurgitate here, the dictionary he eats daily for breakfast.

I stopped reading his self-righteous rambling nonsense, because the few nuggets of apparent wisdom just didnt seem worth the effort to extract, from said ramblings.

Intelligent, yes. Wise, no way.

no, I meant "shut up" (politeness gets you nowhere these days)

Would you care to demonstrate any logic to justify your command?

Always fascinates me when older intelligent people, loose their acquired wisdom, at the very point they disappear up their own proverbial backside.

You are talking to yourself, TPTB. Have a fine n dandy day.
1005  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: May 17, 2015, 05:32:31 AM
The level of childish and ego behavior is tiresome.

Well, yeah.

And no one understands you. Right?

Tiresome. You can either lose that useless ego (socialism, touchy-feely, we are all peers, feminist bull) shit or fail. It is your problem, not mine.

I write to discuss correct statements and distill down to the facts and get solutions. Some of you seem to have other ("on the rag" menstruation) priorities. I know that some (or many or even most but I haven't measured it) Western men have been feminized even they don't realize it. This is hard proof for me. Women are concerned about inclusion and equality of social interaction (but in fact they will attract to man who is on top and is not a peer). Men are focused (and not worried) about analytical progression.

P.S. and I don't write that to dislike you or wish bad outcomes on you. I sincerely hope you emasculate and get on with what we men do best. I have no great need to be superior. I want to be the best I can be, and accomplish the most I can with my life. And I wish the same to you. If ever we compete, I will try to win. If we are allies, I try to succeed. This is gentleman's competition arrangement. We understand that by competing, we make the world and ourselves the best we can be.

Wow. Your response triggers, definitely need attending to, my over-defensive friend.
Maybe take the dog for an extra walk, or something?

@Mark
Can you please just clarify what you mean regarding this line about the trades we see on Banx.io? I think ive transcribed it correctly. Just doesnt make sense, grammatically or in the real world. Cheers

"You wont see shares of ours on those order books, but you will see trades that go through, that we sell, who havnt got bitcoin, that buy bitcoin, that buy shares, for other currencies, go through on that exchange"

Please PM me with offers in large or small quantities.

How can this type of transaction be made safe for both parties?

User Maxmint is a good escrow.

There are two patterns that people should be seeing on the historical trades, that show it is not real people buying. This pattern is also showing you all, when an actual real trade goes through, and what size.....its tiny BTW.

Come on peeps. Start asking the right questions.

i like your drift. Bitcoin in the center aka nucleus.

The only material thing... like a stone dropped into some fluid or some charge in a field. The stuff around it? Just ripples.

....and those ripples, weaken in amplitude!

can someone explain the best way to secure a nxt/supernet account.

Use a random string of characters about 25-100 characters long, and keep it very very safe. You can use this to generate your string, for example..... https://www.bitaddress.org
1013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: April 25, 2015, 02:19:39 PM
I am new to this. How long should the wallet password has to be at least? Is 50 chars enough?
It's not about the amount of chars (since that can be a Bible quote), but about the randomness.
Just use the suggested random passphrase that the client gives you when creating a new account.

habraken is correct. Randomness is the number 1 priority when using a passphrase. Never never never use any phrase that can be found in a book, song, online text, etc.

50 characters has to be enough, or Bitcoin private keys would be broken. Actually if you include special characters, as well as numbers, and upper and lower case alphabet characters, 13 will be enough, with current computing power, but not recommended.

Personally, ive had the same NXT account for over a year, and i used the private key characters that this generated .... https://www.bitaddress.org

Perfectly valid questions here not being answered. These are questions, that will drag on any hopes of Omni making any meaningful progress.....if at all.

Wow. 10th on CMC, and worth $7M. And all without any buy support on the order book. Amazing.

Ukyo just burned everybody and shifted the blame to...?

Bitcoind, and unofficially/cryptically, the SEC....but no evidence, unlike the case with Ethan. Speaking of which, someone told me Ethan is still trying to sell his exchange software, after all this time.

@damiano  Approaching 4000btc including the bonds he sold, i think......less the shares that Ken stole from him, of course!

contains link to Vinny Lingham paraphrased quote from Bitcoin Africa conference

"The biggest buyers of bitcoin in the next few years will be government"

quite bullish outlook Wink.

What would it look like should a central bank decide to acquire a stash of BTC? Would that be a public policy decision made transparent before the market operation is going to be conducted?

The IMF flirted with the idea of acquiring BTC in 2013....

No, author was simply a graduate international economics student in Chicago at the time. Simply  his opinions, though  good.
Yep, my bad. He now specialises in IP litigation/law.....which obviously he is wasted at.  Tongue
