10081  Economy / Lending / Re: Boelens and Bitcoininformation's micro-(ish)loans. on: September 30, 2013, 01:21:51 PM
Ok, I have 40k KGC and I need 0.1 btc for 3 days (pay back 0.11).
I (BitCoinInformation) am willing to do this loan with the following terms:
- You send the KGC to my Cryptsy account.
- I will then send you the 0.1BTC to your address.
- If the worth of KGC drops to almost 0.1BTC (for example 0.105BTC), I will sell them to ensure the correct worth of the collateral. This means that the loan fails and that you do not have to repay (because I already got the worth of the loan back by selling KGC).
- If this doesn't happen then I will just send your KGC back as soon as I receive the repayment.

Do you agree with these terms? If you do, then please include this post to prevent changes to the terms.

What do you mean?
I do not want you to sell the KGC ....
I mean, if the total worth of your 40k KGC drops below or gets very near the loaned amount, I will have to sell it. That way I can ensure that I do not lose the amount I loaned if something goes wrong.

I would most likely die from the stress and adrenaline if I did bets like he does.
I think that he wagered 2 millions btc or something like that.
200 M usd  Cool
I would die if I thought about the sums I would be playing with. I wonder how he can keep his head cool.

Do you also accept ripple xrp as collateral?
No, sorry.

You mean "winning so much money so quickly and easily"?
Same goes for me, I am starting to get mad Sad

He just has reckless abandon for the amounts of BTC he plays with. When he's down 1K BTC (which at today's value is $100K USD) he keeps on playing, just as the same as when he's ahead 5K BTC. It's just insanity regarding the amounts he plays with and their value.
I wish he could give me 50 btc Tongue

Don't we all wish that? I could put it to good use for my BTC faucet.

Yeah, everyone wishes they had more BTC. It's not surprising though that the people with the most don't share it around. It's simply human nature.
Nah. I disagree. I once met a guy who gave away a total of 30BTC (maybe more) to multiple players on a casino.
I would use 50BTC to invest and increase my faucet payouts to 0.0001BTC, maybe even more Tongue

BitAds. For sure. Been using it since the start and I love it.

EDIT: He stopped betting right after I posted this.

We would first have to know what KGC is.

 Cheesy

If you have to ask, it's probably not worth much.

That's my reasoning anyway - I have no idea what KGC is.

It is an altcoin. You can check the price here:
https://www.cryptsy.com/

Hmm 334 satoshis at the moment. I do have a Cryptsy account so I could hold it.
Anyway, Boelens isn't online atm. As soon as he gets online I will talk with him about this.

Hi,
I would like to make a request for a 0.1 btc loan.  I can repay 0.125 btc within 24 hours.

I don't know what I can provide you as collateral but reason for this loan request is that I have only felt comfortable buying Bitcoins via making a cash deposit to a bitcoin seller's bank account.

It's still Sunday evening where I am located.so I would have to wait til tomorrow in order for me to get a hold of the bitcoins I plan to purchase.

Thanks for taking the time

EDIT: No longer needing loan, but thank you for you for allowing the opportunity.
Sorry for taking so long. We were asleep at the time you posted.

Hello.

I might need a loan (small, very small). But I don't know if you accept KGC collateral?
We would first have to know what KGC is. How much it's worth and if it the price is stable or not.

-sighs- You are not stealing if you follow the rules. According to TF you broke the rules. So pay up or shut up.

Your coins seem to be very interesting to bid on and that are just the normal ones. Tongue

Glad all went well, congrats on the double!
I second this. It was a smooth and quick loaned!

I am at boca's. Could someone please pick me up?
10097  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Bitcoin EU Convention 2013 (Amsterdam, Netherlands September 26th~28th) on: September 29, 2013, 05:41:09 PM
I could be there at 20.38. If you guys wait for me at Baco's Tongue
10098  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Bitcoin EU Convention 2013 (Amsterdam, Netherlands September 26th~28th) on: September 29, 2013, 05:38:48 PM
Boca's is booked no reservations
How about
De Luwte on Leliegratch 26 for some Dutch food?
http://goo.gl/maps/eDWo4

Or should we just meet at Boca at 8, and go walking to look for a place at 8:30?

Edit: since it's so late, let's meet at Boca and go from there.
I cannot make 8 hour. The bus just left and I have to wait an half hour for the next bus and it takes another half hour to get in Amsterdam alone. Just tell me where you guys will be and I will try to come (if it isn't to late then).
10099  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Bitcoin EU Convention 2013 (Amsterdam, Netherlands September 26th~28th) on: September 29, 2013, 03:58:01 PM
Well, I could come tonight. I mean it's only 30 minutes from here to Amsterdam Central Station.
