10241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: November 04, 2016, 05:56:36 AM
Investing in other cryptos seems to be a very risky decision at the moment. In my opinion it's a good time to hold, considering the improvements that are being brought to bitcoin.

You may have a point here since people are dumping their coins right now because of high rate of bitcoin. But you may also think that there is also an opportunity here but just be vigilant and observed how low they can dump? After dumping, a real good coin will bounced back, and when you bought during the dump, you can gain profit after. But the question is, what coin to buy? Smiley
Some are just dumping but whales keep holding their bitcoins, if you can see the price it is going in one direction now and it's rising so that means that current price will still increase. And I believe by buying now, we can still make profit just holding in a short period of time..
Buying is the best option no matter when you buy and how much you buy, because even if you have bought at 1000$ then surely a time will come when the price will be 1000$ + you just sometimes have to wait a little and sometimes a lot. I am sure every year bitcoin reaches the 1000$ mark at least once so how can you give loss ?
10242  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Play games to earn bitcoins on: November 03, 2016, 08:23:49 PM
After seeing many suggestions here, I just wanted to check few of them in my free time. Honestly, I do not have much free time to play games, but it would be good to have some few satoshis while I'm killing my time when I was extremely bored. I believe this must be an interesting topic here to check back often.
10243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: November 03, 2016, 08:10:46 PM
i have only heard about this many times but have never faced it myself its hard for me to k ow what exactly ots like and i hope i never do experiance that anyway if bitcoin is being band in my country i will still use it like i am doing now just it will rise the difficulties a bit but i will not leave it
I too believe any possible ban of bitcoin in my country will not affect myself too significantly. This is probably true as I'm not using bitcoin right now, I'm just into still saving phase. Within this phase, I believe that will not be facing any difficulties due to the any government regulations will not influence bitcoin savings, only it maybe a concern when I start spending it.
10244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 03, 2016, 08:05:52 PM
Easy, one is cryptocurrency which is online money and the other is fiat money which is money in a form of coins and banknotes  Grin And you don't have to pay tax for bitcoin like real money and bitcoin is not limited in only some countries like some currencies.
Yeah and I think one more difference is that it's easier to make profit with bitcoin as the price is unstable but with an upward trend and fiat money will stay the same for a long period, unlike bitcoin which can have its price changed just in seconds  Grin
If you are enough skilled, you will get chances to make same huge profits from Forex trading, it is nothing but trading with fiat pairs. But I agree, compared to Forex trading, bitcoin trading is significantly easier and predictable in my experience too. But trading currencies and making profits is definitely not new just because of bitcoin ecosystem.
10245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a revolutionary currency but a fairly inefficient payment network on: November 03, 2016, 07:54:24 PM
The inefficiencies we may be worrying about will be getting rid of by future enhancements.

In the case of we are not ready to wait for at least 10 minutes, we can have many alternative solution like having bitcoin debit cards. (yes, with some extra fees)

I strongly believe that payment network functionality of bitcoin system just one of many benefits we are enjoying with bitcoin ecosystem. Any difficulty of this payment system will get removed over time by enhancements.
10246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin Business To Create? on: November 03, 2016, 07:46:42 PM
I think you could create a exchange site to buy and sell bitcoin. If you have time for it then do this manually otherwise make the system automated with scripts.
I do not think that you can create a bitcoin exchange that manages its operations manually instead of software, the cost will be prohibitive and it will be slower I don’t see any advantage for doing that.
Local exchange (bitcoin to fiat and vice versa) may get more attraction depending on the country you will be operating. But I believe alternative cryptocurrency exchange may face heavy competition as there are a lot of market giants are dominating already. Still, new innovations will bring success.
10247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to buy btc. on: November 03, 2016, 07:41:10 PM
I like the localbitcoins the most because I have very good experiences there. If you find some trusted seller there from your local community this is the best option. Then you can trade with your local currency and easy arrange all details.
But sometimes I used Bitstamp and Xapo and their services are also good, so you can't go wrong.
Buying bitcoin in person by finding them through localbitcoins must be a preferred way of buying for me too.
Other than this, I have bought bitcoins from some forum members through escrow by giving them different electronic currencies. I do buy bitcoins mostly from this forum members as it is super safe when we deal with established members.
10248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best indicators for currencies trading. on: November 03, 2016, 07:32:58 PM
actually sometimes false demand is created for some coins to make huge profits. There are always some big players who can manipulate prices
Thats why one need to have good skills in trading or bitcoin investment because at times those big players can make a very huge impact on the market through manipulation just to give them the opportunity to make huge profit. Hence, it is necessary to have good knowledge on indicators and strategies for safer trading before you go into it.
You are right, even they are lots of strategies and indicators are available for trading purpose, having one or two tools are will be more than enough for helping us to determine any sudden market changes. I do hear candlestick chart patterns are very good to predict market changes well in advance.
10249  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Pre-paid card to recommend? on: November 03, 2016, 06:44:47 PM
You may try studying these prepaid credit card companies/product to choose a right one :

1. http://ptshamrock.com/15k-atm.html
2. Rax Webmoney ATM Debit Card with IBAN
3. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Karta-VISA-PREPAID-Anonymous-Card-mBank_50001347395.html

I haven't tried the above prepaid cards but I used to own a Xapo debit card earlier which was good but quite expensive. These above websites charge different rates and hence you can check the same.
10250  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: November 03, 2016, 06:35:48 PM
This is a wish.

That someday major gadget stores would accept Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies so that we could do away with very high excise taxes.
I would imagine the cost of gadgets like cameras would be more competitive if BITCOIN is used instead of the current paper exchanges.

Gadgets here cost more than our counterparts overseas.. and when I asked for the reason.. I was told that I belong to a very small market and the demand is lower than our neighboring countries - thus the higher cost.

But if BITCOIN may be used to buy... then perhaps the price would be much much less than what we currently see.

Please include home and office supplies and home appliances in your wish.  Grin I find it also expensive in our area including the delivery fee. If that will change maybe a lot of buyer will just stay in buying appliances here rather than getting overseas.
Once you are in business you are required to comply with the laws of a certain country where you are operating and if you say major stores they do not accept bitcoin easily unless they can make sure that they will not lose on the big price fluctuation, that is their major concern so far aside from tax issues.
But now a days, most of the merchants are protecting themselves from bitcoin price fluctuations by selling off their bitcoins immediately after a business. That must be the right solution for their problems.
Merchants are right now spending bitcoins after their business because they are not indented to make profits by saving it.
10251  Other / Archival / Re: Lease signed lease and avatar. on: November 03, 2016, 04:20:03 PM
I think your google translator screwed up.
You are right. OP is active in Russian local board.
Is there any feasible solution available to these kind of people who want to rent out signature/avatar or looking to advertise ?
Maybe having local marketplace get them to rid off these problems, still availability of opportunities/solutions will not be competitive.
10252  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Play games to earn bitcoins on: November 02, 2016, 08:45:48 PM
You do not get both advantages of earning some bitcoins and entertaining yourselves. If you find those games are boring for you then finding those little Satoshi also will not be joyful for you. Instead of killing time in social media, some people are finding these games are entertaining them along with making some satoshi which they are collecting by considering future bitcoin values.
You are indirectly suggesting to go back faucet earning kind of things because some people are still find it is entertaining and profitable for "future value". But, the thing is when we are having profitable methods with respect to current bitcoin value itself whey we need to go low paying methods by considering future value?
10253  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: November 02, 2016, 08:32:01 PM
For the first time, when I look at the offers on LocalBitcoins.com, there are a half-dozen currencies ahead of the US dollar, offering a higher price for Bitcoin than US dollar users.

Euros, South African Rands, New Zealand Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Polish Zloty, Malaysian Ringgits.

It is no longer just the US, EU or even China driving adoption.  There is a market for Bitcoins in major countries all over the world.
It can be a Global Currency But it will never replace any phycal money in this world if you guy's are going to think it bitcoin has really good feature when it comes in currencies but it will be more risk if bitcoin will be our main method of currency and it will be more expensive when the year comes in the right place but if bitcoin will be banned into the countries soon what will happen?
What will be the difficulties if bitcoin costs more? To use bitcoin as a currency its price has no significant role.
Banning bitcoin will not be possible for any country to restrict their citizen to use and save bitcoins. As per basic human right, we can save a digital property and we can use them. If possible a government may tax it, beyond tax a government can not do anything with bitcoin.
10254  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: November 02, 2016, 08:24:29 PM
I spent bitcoin only in paying our bill directly in my local wallet. Because no stores accept bitcoin here so we do cash out first before we spent it.
If you are from allowed countries of having bitcoin debit cards, it is highly suggested to have bitcoin debit cards to effectively spend bitcoins for almost all your needs. Spending bitcoins will have lot of practical problems like finding merchants and finding preferred things with that merchants. But, with bitcoin debit card we can easily overcome this types of problem.
10255  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: November 02, 2016, 08:14:53 PM
With all indications it seems that it is not going to crash and is pretty steady to rise and not come down the way they have been for the last 24 hours atleast.
You are just talking about just a very short period of time whereas bitcoin sits very strongly even for decades. There will not be any possibilities of big crash but there should be market fluctuations which might have reason of profit booking or panic selling anything similar to that. But, in long run there will not be any room for any crash.
10256  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 02, 2016, 07:23:33 PM
The future of paper money will be the same as present there is nothing will be change. bitcoin is just alternative online and i think it is impossible that we can have a paper money for bitcoin maybe coins like casassius coins..
I disagree as time passes by more and more people are using electronic forms of exchange instead of paper money, paper money it’s bound to disappear maybe not today or tomorrow but eventually.
Yes, electronic payments through mobile phones are highly viable even for under-developed countries. Changes are inevitable to human race and it is time to switch over to electronic format of medium of exchange. For that, bitcoin must be a sound solution by covering all the aspect of modern era and individual's rights and privacy.
10257  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: November 02, 2016, 07:04:31 PM
yup i do. bitcoin are good as seen from the technical view but  faint currency system have sone strong roots into the economy which gives them their first advantage that is te stability of their price which hardly changes in some years. they have huge amount of users and the faints are also used in multiple countrys too like usd

And even if a fiat is used just in one country it would still have great value among its users as they are being used from the time those countries are made so the users wont just accept something else in place of it or stop believing in it.

and I believe it. as without fiat. He was in our lives since childhood. It is a habit from which it is impossible to get rid of. Fiat protected by the government.
As per current scenario and bitcoin adoption rate, no one will be able to lead a life without fiats. Believing in to bitcoin will not demand us to leave off using fiats completely. To have a better life, we must have to keep both of them. Maybe in near future we will be getting more options for leading a life only with the bitcoins.
10258  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 02, 2016, 06:46:36 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

To get rich through bitcoin I think you should have a pretty high volume of bitcoins and have bought them on early stages when the price was really cheap and most of people were skeptic if the bitcoin will rise in the future or not. I know people that bitcoin has made them a little profit but also helped them to know more people.
Correct, if you wanted to become rich with bitcoin at this stage of the game with just a few coins then bitcoin will need to reach a value of tens of thousands of dollars which at the moment seems to be very far and far away.
10,000s of dollars is not far away in my speculation, still I at least need hundred bitcoins to get your richness in my country. No one will be controlling bitcoin prices other than actual demand which will be triggered by news and events. So, the only thing we will be able to do must be collecting as much as possible and saving it for possible long period of time.
10259  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: November 02, 2016, 06:08:15 PM
It may contribute with the price increase because of steam's acceptance of payment through bitcoin will make the demand of bitcoin even higher.

So for sure they are able to make and help the price of bitcoin higher as they are one of the biggest companies that are accepting payment with bitcoin.

And a lot of gamers are into bitcoin so they really do helped a lot of for the price fluctuations.
Yes, it is a good development for people who don't have credit cards or do not want to make payment through paypal.
By accepts bitcoin, millions of people from around the world start patronizing their service which will bring in lots of profits to them along with creating good demand for bitcoins too. Both bitcoin community and steam will get better benefits for sure.
10260  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Would this be a good idea? on: November 02, 2016, 05:54:16 PM
Good idea? No doubt! I personally would love to have a deal with someone like he buys me something with dollars and i pay him with bitcoins the same amount or just a bit extra for his commission because most of the times i don't get to buy things because they are not sold for bitcoins and i don't have any other payment processors.
There are many online businesses accepting bitcoin but I do not like making payment with bitcoin on any website that accept bitcoin payment through Bitpay because encounter lots of issues with them. The best service you should consider is the one that accept bitcoin payment through coinbase, that is always great.
