10301  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Bitcoin EU Convention 2013 (Amsterdam, Netherlands September 26th~28th) on: September 07, 2013, 07:57:30 PM
Well... - anyone here any additional idea, where I can stay for at max. 50-60€ all those 4 nights at Amsterdam?

I tried round about 20 (personal) messages on couchsurfing already without any success so far... - my budget this month is quite tight, cause i'm heading to Cyprus next month.

I was trying to find cheap options too... but Amsterdam is sooo expensive. Just one bed in mixed room is 30-40€/day lol.
Finally I took "The Student Hotel", but it is about 100€/night... and is one of the cheapest one.

I guess your plan is going to be impossible, unless you find some friend or you sleep on the street.

Problem solved - Amsterdam, here I go!

Thanks everyone for your hints & tips - and see you in Amsterdam  Smiley
That's good to hear! See you there Tongue

Thanks. Advertisers, yay.  Cheesy BTW, any suggestions for running a faucet?
Add something that makes your website special. I for example have the PeerBet Instant Withdraw. (And a bunch of information).

Yeah! I love having a quick website Grin
Who doesn't? Too bad there aren't that much advertisers.  Sad
Agreed. But that has happened before, so I do not worry to much at the moment.
Easy for you to talk. You got funds and I only have money for a few cashouts only. I even lowered my bid price by half.  Sad
Well, thats why I save my funds. But to help you, I bought the two big adspaces on your site, for now.

I was doing some load time optimisations and had to restart the mysql server.  It was down for about 2-3 minutes and this must of been  when you were trying.

Let me know how you go now. Load times for ads are much faster now too
I can confirm. It loads a lot faster.

That it does! The load time for the ad is now ~1.18s. Your load time (for your entire site, that was 15s earlier) is down to under 5s. This is a massive difference.
Yeah! I love having a quick website Grin

It is clean. Anyone can check the source code with the correct tools.

I was still up doing some things. Found the bug and squashed it good! Sorry for the trouble.
Oh, great to hear! Well done.
10310  Economy / Services / Re: Website Preview: BITADS.NET. Now Pay-Per-Day! on: September 07, 2013, 06:05:49 PM
Ugh, that sucks. I sent a pm a couple days ago and have been waiting since I can't do anything until he fixes whatever's wrong, =/.
It works for me. You could go to this link: "https://bitads.net/?p=edit-adspace&id=new&pid=ID", if you know your ID.

I can see the creation screen and all, but when I submit/create it, it shows this:

"Your adspace could not be created. Please contact a staff member"
I see. I just tested it and it didn't work for me either.

Pay outs for this game don't confirm, and odds aren't anywhere near what OP has listed.

Sorry, there appears to be a double spend on some inputs to the address.  Once it clears up I will make sure payouts have went through.

The odds are correct, you must have just been unlucky.  Roll Eyes
It might be smart to create a provability fair system, so people know / can check that everything is correct.

Group by domain should be on by default. Some sites have more than a page worth of ad spaces, most of them having no bids.
Done

+1

Also, show the average of views and clicks, because I could place 3 or 4 adspaces on the same page and have 4x the views.
I presume you crossed this out as you saw that it only shows the top views from the site and not the combined? Smiley

Hey, you're here! Read my pm please. I can't create ad blocks and haven't been able to for a couple days. It just says to contact the admin.
He just went to bed. You will have to wait ;p
10314  Economy / Services / Re: Website Preview: BITADS.NET. Now Pay-Per-Day! on: September 07, 2013, 04:29:02 PM
I'm 100% with you on this. I just don't get why it takes Bitads so long to load, :p.

A-Ads takes less than 40ms on average...
Slow server maybe? High ping? Dunno.
And yes, JS is a bitch. I am still trying to figure it out Tongue
10315  Economy / Services / Re: Website Preview: BITADS.NET. Now Pay-Per-Day! on: September 07, 2013, 04:05:12 PM
//Code Here
I guess that you will have to alter the style of the iframe's a bit to match with your website.

Thank you, sir! It works great like that, Smiley. I'm a newbie to JS, lol. So here's the update!

My site:

Old Load Time: 4480 MS
New Load Time: 553 MS

Your site:

Old Load Time: 2900 MS
New Load Time: 1330 MS

This is a MAJOR jump. There is a downside, though... your *total* load time has increased:

Yours is from 2900 MS to 15350 MS (5x increase). Mine is pretty much where it was before. For some reason it's taking your site up to 14s to pull the Bitads.
Well I do not mind the total load time. I prefer to have my webpage visible and ads still loading then that people have to wait for both.
10316  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Using the Kobo Mini eReader as a dynamic (BIP0032) Bitcoin tip jar on: September 07, 2013, 11:04:29 AM
Well I checked and I did found the one you used. But somehow they sell it in Europe for more then 70-80 bucks. Would buy it for 20 bucks, no problem. But 70-80 bucks for something that I will hang on the wall. No thanks Tongue
10317  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Using the Kobo Mini as a BIP0032 Bitcoin tip jar. on: September 07, 2013, 10:41:22 AM
That sounds great. Would love to have that thing and your source code. I would hang it on the wall and let it display bitcoin information.
Damn those things cost more then 80 bucks over here. Dangit.
10318  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: BTC-e gebruikers, hoe betalen jullie uit? on: September 07, 2013, 09:54:54 AM
10319  Local / Meetings (Nederlands) / Re: Bitcoin Conference, Amsterdam, 26/09/2013 - 28/09/2013 on: September 07, 2013, 09:53:20 AM
Geen geld ervoor, helaas. Was graag gekomen.
Ik kan nu toch komen door amonymous. Cheesy Hadden jullie trouwens mee gekregen dat iemand van de Nederlandse Bank komt? Dat wordt nog interessant.
10320  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FREE BITCOIN Sites *and* Free Newbie Lotto on: September 07, 2013, 09:33:08 AM
Hi. Thanks for fixing it, it works now. I only got 50 satoshis though.
No problem! And well, that can happen. You can get a payment between 50 and 2500 satoshis (had to decreased it a bit, because my advertisers left T_T). It's randomly selected.
