Well, I think you are scamming at blockrun by pausing auctions.

One hour ago I bet for the 1BTC and it still says that it is waiting for 3 blocks. Which, by now, should have passed.
It didn't took that long on the Nexus, so this smells kinda fishy.

And now, suddenly, a bet appeared. Very strange.
10963  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BlockRun.com - Bitcoin Auctions on: May 22, 2013, 06:05:04 PM
The winner makes money, as long as their cumulative bids do not add up to more than the price of the product.
We make money if all the bids add up to more than the price of the product. Otherwise we make a loss, which is fine.
Losers lose their bids in order to subsidise a cheap prize for the winners.

It is completely sustainable if we make more profits on all auctions than losses; in the long-run we hope this to be the case but are also happy to cover any losses.

ONE winner makes money. The other bidders get NOTHING for the money they put in.
That is exactly what he said.

My bet on the Nexus isn't visible, but it has conformations: http://blockchain.info/tx/a0cce40535884477a3107b11ceb66d5a0d24b494433c16c9260f3cc95ee3c147
I bet 0.014BTC, so it's higher then the one from that other guy.

EDIT: Nvm. it has been handeld.

Free BitCoin Daily Scratchcard works again btw.

re: http://tendrawbtc.com/free-bitcoin-daily-scratchcard

Thanks for the report.

Can you, or anyone, confirm a win, and payout of the prize?
I never won, but a friend of mine did. I do not remember who exactly, but I will ask around for you.

Sounds normal. Your block was already done, so it is rejected.
Then how fix this?
Not.

Can you imagine tapping a button and handing it to a friend? Very cool
It's the only real reason for me to buy such a thing. 'Cause it's awesome to do.

@r3wt, first of all you should open a different topic for your script. Now you are just bumping and flooding this topic.
Second, you don't check entered addresses? Bad decission mate.
Third, you shouldn't use hidden in a form to send the date. You could just get it at the handling page. Why are you doing it that way?

are you shitting me? do you even know what you are talking about? my site does check entered addresses. gweedo references the old version of the script that hasn't been updated. if you used my script you would realize just how much more control and scam prevention it provides over this hacks script, which all though proffessional allows for anyone to get your database username and password, as well as your bitcoin wallet address, key , and password. my friends faucet uses his script and just got hacked and drained this morning. if you believe this douchebag over me just because of his post count you ain't got a brain in your head. /end rant

I know what I am talking about. I made a faucat myself, if you didn't see the link in my signature.
You said he put localhost into your address list, so I assume that works and that you didn't check the addressess. If you do, then my comment is invalid and I apologize. Stop raging, it makes you look stupid and ignorant.

First of all, you should upload the files onto GitHub. Most persons here won't open a .zip and definitly won't run a .exe if they don't know what the codes does.
Second, where are the pictures?

I really like it, just try to improve the design a bit more.

10979  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BlockRun.com - Bitcoin Auctions on: May 21, 2013, 06:01:35 PM
Only the highest bid wins, all other bids are lost. So, for example if somebody bid BTC3.00001 on the Nexus auction, the current high bidder (BTC3) would lose and BTC3.00001 would be the highest (and maybe winning) bid.

At the moment we are making a loss on each auction, but that's fine as we are just getting started. Eventually we hope that the sum total of all the bids on an auction will be worth more than the item for sale.
Hmm, I see. Well if your site gets big, you could earn some decent cash from it. Goodluck!

How can you profit of something like this? How do you pay for this?
