Why are there 3209 Unconfirmed Transactions with 4623.65234375 (KB) backlog. Is this still ongoing?
I don't think so. However there was no blocks mined within the last 30 minutes till the newest block was mined about 3 minutes ago. That block takes 0.39 BTC as transaction fees.

The tx have confirmations now. BTW blockchain.info don't show up all the transaction. The reject them for some reason (see https://blockchain.info/rejected) and one of the reasons is the fees are too low. Then, since your tx's fees are low, they rejected your tx when it was at the mempool. However, since it is confirmed in a block, blockchain.info shows it up again.

EDIT: and your account last active is Last Active: Today at 05:22:52 AM
So setting a good secret question is very important, or the account may be hacked due to this. Hi all, I haven't been online on the forums for awhile and when I tried to log back in, my account was banned. I tried for a last few weeks to use the email provided from theymos and pm'ed directly but haven't heard back so I'm posting it here. Any help is appreciated. Cheers! -----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE----- My account r3animation has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to r3animation@gmail.com. The last time I accessed this site was just before the last hacking in May. That probably is me logged in from the other browser but it only shows, "Sorry r3animation, you are banned from using this forum! For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com" p.s. This 360 second posting limit is driving me crazy. BTW your account isn't banned, it is just locked. You may send a PM to theymos if he can't see this thread and recover your password. Good luck for you to getting back your account

I would call this 'BCT' because Bitcoin was abbreviated by satoshi as 'BC' since 2010: That's the right way to do it as riX says. The software can generate a new bitcoin address whenever you need one for each payment. "Please send X bc to [single-use bitcoin address] to complete your order" When the server receives that amount to the bitcoin address, that could trigger it to automatically fulfil the order or e-mail the shop owner.
Adding command line support is a high priority. It's just a matter of getting the time to code it.
Some very old members still keep their signature's bitcoin address as BC (like laszlo, the bitcoin pizza guy, link to profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143) Also I take the first letter of 'talk', i.e. 'T' So the complete abbreviation is 'BCT'. This creates another question: As I recall it, the forum were on different places before it found its home at bitcointalk.org, one of these places being "bitcoin.org". A) Is this correct? B) If yes, why on the friggin' earth was "talk" added to the URL and not "forum"? We do not "talk" here, we write on a forum. Conspirationist are welcome to comment. A. Nope. The old forum was at http://bitcoin.sourceforge.net/boards/index.php (reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5.msg28#msg28, a post by satoshi) (though it can't be reached now) B. This is maybe the action of writing on a forum is equivalent to talk in Japanese (satoshi claimed to be a Japanese, so he may mixup the meaning of talk and writing on the forum). Or maybe the domain 'bitcointalk.org' is 1 letter shorter than 'bitcoinforum. org'

This is already built in at the forum, as the 'Report to moderator' function and the banning system (users may banned for 14/30 days for spamming sig). As some of the signature campaigns will ban users that are banned, it is already effective.

Yes, I agree on this too. Most of the sold accounts will change their password 2 times quickly (1st time changed by escrow, 2nd time changed by buyer), which password changes for security (like forum hacks/old password) are not made frequently. Hence we can identify sold accounts by the password changing log (the currently available one only states recent ones) and will deal with them with extreme caution. Also we can find account that are sold long time ago, but the new owner gained reputation on the account.

Seeking for a 0.01BTC loan Can offer my lv 30 lol (na) account (although still in bronze 1 but with some skins) and this acc as collateral Term length: max 1 week (should be able to repay after I receive money from sign campaign this Sun) Interest: 5-10% if possible
address: 1AymK33UnW6RhuD2R2DYQQ3DL6ZmXXyDHo
The 'lol (na) account' isn't a valid collateral. This account don't worth 0.01 BTC. Collateral is something that we can resell easily and can cover the amount if you defaults, however these aren't meeting the requirements.

It is because the stress test is in progress and block 363266 is an empty block, making many tx stuck there... BTW today will be a memorable day because of this record, stating that bitcoin is at a new level!

Serious Inquirys only.
To the Trolls , I don't want to hear why you think I will not find anyone to help me. Keep that to yourselves. mmmmmmmmk
If you don't want any you-think-trolls (however they aren't - just you think we are) to post in your thread, you may start a self-moderated topic, and normally no one will post in your thread and only serious ones will post. However I think that there mustn't be anyone lending you that much. Thanks , that's all I needed So what?

I don't think we should be so quick to give credit for today's test to the OP, he has made zero announcements anywhere about it, which is out of character for him. Could have easily been someone else or multiple different people, especially since the majority of transactions had no fee and the bursts of spam came at random times.
In any case it's over, mempool clearing out. I've had no problems sending and receiving Bitcoin even when the mempool was at peak levels. Paid 3 cents per transaction and it was not delayed at all.
There certainly were delays for many. I had a payment to me delayed by several hours---but this wasn't as bad as when I got caught in the "test" last week and had a delay of 11 hours. But if we shouldn't give credit to the OP, the who should we give it to? Something was clearly going on. 11K unconfirmed transactions (which I witnessed earlier today) isn't the norm. Me too... I supposed to have my payout from my sig. campaign few hours ago, however it is still unconfirmed until I've sent my transaction with extra fees (I've paid 20000 satoshis for just a 3xx byte tx!) and the sig. campaign's payment and my payment confirms in the same block, with my tx just after the sig. campaign's tx (so all the participants should thank me for paying extra fees to let their tx to be confirmed ). I think such tests should stop immediately, and none of them should be carried anymore. Please stop spamming the blockchain.

Seeking: .5 loan Collateral: BTCTalk or BTCJam account. Interest: .007 / day Length: 30 days max
Send To Address: 1GM6bEdzJdZN535cwposfRoFfiqk1YgBQf
Serious Inquirys only.
To the Trolls , I don't want to hear why you think I will not find anyone to help me. Keep that to yourselves. mmmmmmmmk
First, your account don't worth 0.5. Second, BTCJam account isn't a valid collateral. Third, because you have negative feedback, you won't get the loan for invalid collaterals. Please don't spam the forum with false loan requests.
