As my online shopping experience, some sites requires no confirmation to the transaction. So since the tx appears on the mempool almost instantly after broadcasted, and it will detect that if it is a double spend (if not, then it is a real tx). So some shops may do this.

el kaka22 I Think you have missed the problem or not focus correctly. Also I have withdraw by myself 490 dogecoins. I don't say that I want dogecoin for free or anything else, but only my (daily) interests on beer!! Yes I give only 500 dogecoins to test their site again, after I get scammed in the last batch of scamming at bter  and I have more than 0,04 btc pending. Of course donation are every time accepted! Then it is said that JUA.com helped out Bter from bankrupt. JUA is a site affiliated with BW.com mining pool, which proposed 8MB bitcoin block. If you wanted to really earn interest from Chinese sites, then I will recommend NOT to invest, as their payouts are even less than you can earn in faucets. However if you are scammed, then you were warned here before (with the scam attempts that you mentioned). Chinese sites are not quite trustworthy for non-Chinese. If you are not a Chinese then avoid using Chinese sites as their support (may) not speak good English, and may mislead us because of wrong translations.
My balance is 10 dogecoin, but in the interest page show 0 (also in account), but if you go to "withdraw" the balance come back to 10 dogecoin. I don't know the reason because they decide to not fix the problem, the speak a not bad english in "private" I think they understand very well the situation, but maybe for lack of patience (of time or I don't know) they decide to not give assistance. Is important to post also this small fraud/scam attempt because there are a lot of users that maybe got the same issues and prefer to not speak about it. Now there is a "proof" about their conduct. 10 DOGE, that's not too much, just few hundred satoshis. Their minimum order amount is 0.0001 BTC and their multiples (that is, you can't trade like 15000 satoshis). The amount is lower than the min. order, and they may mark your account as spam. Also they have minimum withdrawal amount, and your balance don't reached that (as they take 5 DOGE for withdrawals). But the same they have to pay the interests! For both 500 or 10 dogecoin (or maybe 0,00001 dogecoin!) These are their conditions, now I have a "faucet payout" only to test if they fix this issues. But again before tapping casually on a keyboard, READ FIRST (very well not quickly ) Sorry for your lost, but however, 500 DOGE is still not a big amount (about 9 cents at the current market price, or 0.54 CNY, China's currency). If you want to decrease your fees, you can set the custom fee from 0.0001 per KB to 0.00001 per KB. If your wallet don't allow you to set that (like the Android wallet), then use another wallet (like blockchain.info that I'm using). I am setting the custom fee of 1000 satoshi per tx and it can confirm much faster than 0 fees. For your tx, it only need 0.0001 BTC as fees if you use that function.

then accept bitcoins and they should sell google gift cards
I just signed up there and looked around, but while I found tons of gift cards there, I don't find Google Play cards there (even when I search 'Google' in their search box, they show no results). So, gyft.com isn't a site selling Google cards. |

About Bitcoin Cloud services, that's what I think about them:
They are sites that sell cloud mining power (as stated by previous posts, so I won't repeat it).
However, I think that if you want to invest in one of them, choose by these criteria:
1. Check this forum's 'Scam Accusations' board, to find whether the site is listed in
2. Check the price of the hashing rates, the current market price is less than 2mBTC per GHS, so if a site offering more than this amount, don't invest there
3. If available, use a site that you can resell you hashrates. In case someone started to saying it is a scam, sell the hashrate immediately and you will lose less.

In fact, some Chinese pools are proposing 8MB block (as stated here) and I have stated how it will waste our hard disk space. This will scare off some newcomers, as well as their purchasing powers to bitcoin. The price will be affected, to the negative extent. |

It will not only produce forks. If your bitcoin core accept the increased block size, then your computer's hard disk will use up very soon. For example, if the block size is 20MB per block, then at most 2880MB of space will be consumed per day, or 1TB per year.

I also think that it is a scam. At their status page, it used to show the coins they are mining, but they never reveal what coin it is (they just use 'Coin (16)', 'Coin (1)' etc.).
However today it even shows 'Error Establishing a Connection; Server Offline'. Maybe the scammers started to run out of power and they wanted to cashout soon. Luckily I've withdrew all funds there a month ago. I recommend everyone to withdraw there, too.

If you are the writer of the scripts, then you will have the sourcecode. Try to find some bugs or hackable points at that, if it is found then we can stop the sites from scamming people.

That site is for Australia only and Google Play Cards in other countries (like USA) cannot be purchased there. In fact I've Googled that for many times, however I still don't find such a service. For the time being, open a thread here for buying/selling the gift cards for bitcoins at the Digital Goods section and find someone who are willing to do this. |

In fact, I have thought of this before I joined bitcoin. I thought that bitcoin was just some matter of numbers, and mining bitcoin is easy because it only requires a computer and I will get rich after I do that... However after I join bitcoin, I found that mining of bitcoin is extremely hard (which I was mislead by medias that it is easy), and the system is more than just numbers. Bitcoin is a secure system, so it MUST NOT be a scam.

Increasing the block size is good for increasing the volume of bitcoin, however everyone's bitcoin program may grow by more than 1GB per day (8MB*144 blocks/day=1152MB/day) because of this, which is a waste of storage (and that's why I don't install the bitcoin core on my computer).
