You mean a slight underdog. I'm just amused how the coach of the Dragons and coach Tim Cone throwing verbal jabs at each on the press. The Dragons were complaining of the physicality of Cstand on Nicholson which resulted on them losing hehe. Personally, basing on game 2, the Dragons have found a way on utilizing its height advantage over the Ginebra Kings which is a very critical department to control if you want to win the series. The Dragons are bigger and a taller team and more confident going into game 3 so i think they have the edge at the moment. Loma isn't in his prime anymore. At 34, it's probably downhill for his boxing prowess already, but he hasn't completely lost it yet. He still got it, although he's up against somebody who could indeed match his speed and also has the size, reach, and height advantage. This is definitely challenging for him. But I think Haney doesn't have the aggression that would make Loma worry. Besides, Loma also got the footwork that helps him score those points. After all, this fight will probably go the distance and end up in UD.
That's the beauty of this fight, one has an advantage over the other, not a total mismatch that bettors would always pray that the result will be an upset lol. They say that you are only good as your last performance but I think its not the scenario with Devin Haney because IMO, the style of Kambosos is tailored-fit for Haney to look good in the ring, and no matter how many times they fought the result will be the same. For Loma's last fight, though we think he lost some steps in there but probably ring rust was also a factor as he was fighting a war in his country for months until he decided to fight again in the ring and his performance was way beyond our expectation but for me this would not be my basis if i'm going to bet on this fight as Loma will prepare hard for this fight as this is the biggest for him because a win is a career record, a unified title. |

Things are taken care of, for now, this is a dilemma for promoters they want healthy boxers in mind and body in the ring, especially Gervonta who is a very special boxer, come January 7 we'll see how Gervonta deals with the trauma I expect Gervonta to fully dominate Hector Garcia but this is supposed to be a tune fight and the big fights are just coming and Gervonta's handlers and promoters should see to it that everything is smooth going in the big fight which is a Ryan Garcia fight, but for now he should dispose of this another Garcia.
After this work, his lawyers and handlers should tackle all the issues and obstructions for the Ryan Garcia fight.
With all the distractions going into this fight, i don't think Davis is 100 percent ready but i also think that even if a "50 percent boxing ready Davis" will still defeat Garcia but not in an impressive manner IMO. ML odds for now at my favarite bookies is Davis 1.05, Garcia 7.80, not attractive and not going to bet on that one. Will wait for the "Davis by decision" option as i think it will be 3.XX plus and that would be attractive odds AFAIC. |

Lost my bet on this fight as the result was a majority draw, the scores were 115-113 for Franco while the other two judges give a typical 114-114 score. Have not watched the fight live, only the highlights but seeing the comments that Franco was robbed, i think they have some reason to cry because Japan is known for its hometown decision (at least for me). If you want to win in Japan, you need to KO your opponent.  |

So Estrada is looking for another war, winner of this fight. Ioka is still the favorite in this fight and if ever he wins here, for sure he will be obliged to fight Estrada as well, so the feeling is mutual. So let's see, everyone should be excited to see this fight with Franco but and it seems that Ioka is the favorite but not gonna be easy for him as Franco is also durable and might bring everything he can in this fight to try to pull an upset and derail his plans on Estrada.
Agree on this one bro. Personally, I just felt that there is something lacking in the style of Ioka, though he won against Ancajas but still he did not impressed me yet maybe if he could bet Franco, he could get my nod hehe but definitely Ioka is not the same level as Estrada or Chocolatito Gonzales. Yup, If Ryan will take Tank down, he will climb to the next level of his career, but I doubt Tank will give him that easy access, Tank will do
everything not to give the young fella that chance.
But we know that inside this sport, upset is always possible. We will expect an entertaining exchange of punches from these two gentlemen,
I'm assuming to see a good KO finished whoever wins. Both deserve to earn the praise for each fan who will support this fight.
This fight if pushed through, will not go the full twelve rounds as either boxer will fall facing the canvass hehe. Both have knockout power, Davis has the advantage experience-wise but Garcia also got the size advantage which will offset that experience of Davis if used properly. Ryan Garcia is waiting in the wings for this fight and as a fight fan, i do hope that Davis will overcomes all the hurdle he has right now both inside and outside the ring for this fight to come to realization. |

Good for him that he is out on bail but definitely this will affect his mental preparation against this tough, undefeated Hector Garcia. As i saw it, this domestic violence charged against him is different from the hit and run case which has a hearing on February huh. If ever this fight with Hector Garcia pushes through as he is free for now but the critical scenario for Davis is his case on the hit and run as per report, high chance that he will be jailed for six months to a year and definitely will put an end on the proposed Ryan Garcia vs Davis fight. |

Reversal of fate on the first game, Brownlee in foul trouble with 3 fouls which is a big factor going into the second half as he won't be aggressive enough on defense as to not commit his fourth while for the Dragons it is only Yang who got 2 fouls. 52-35 is the score but still plenty of time left but i do think they can trim this lead to single digit but still the Dragons will win hehe.
