Nuggets -3.5 @1.93 vs Warriors

282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice for new comers on: November 08, 2023, 11:27:55 AM
What advice do you have for newcomers diving into the world of crypto gambling? Any lessons you learned the hard way that you'd like to share?

If only you can avoid gambling then avoid it lol.

Gambling for me is not for fun as losing money in the process is not fun at all so my advice is the basic, "gamble only the the money you can afford to lose". And if you already lost that money, don't chase it and gamble on another day when you have again money that you can afford to lose as we seldom win in gambling, that's my experience.
283  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tataas Kaya Ang Awareness Ng MgaTao Sa Bitcoin Kung May Mga Billboard on: November 08, 2023, 11:16:50 AM
About the thread?

Just a quick update, odds for the first game are already out just now.

Blackwater is +7.5
Total is 201.5

It's too high. Usually, this kind of handicap looks like a trap, but since Blackwater is just really a bad team, at least that's what is labeled for them. I don't know if they'll change this season with a new import. In the end, it would still become a battle of imports, and you know, if Blackwater's import turns out to be a dominant one, then an upset is likely to happen. So, while taking the handicap is attractive, I think the moneyline would provide more excitement.

Blackwater demolished Converge on the first game today. Don't know what the ML odds, must have been 3.5x, if the handicap is 7.5. Their import got only 21 point but the good thing is that 5 of Blackwater's locals scored in double digits which was lead by JV Casio with his 15 points.

It's interesting to bet on the underdogs on the team's first game as they are still adjusting to their imports so upset really happens here.

Have not bet on Blackwater but won on the over/under as i bet for "under 216.5 @1.94", first bet and first win in the PBA betting hehe.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: November 07, 2023, 11:41:13 AM
Though no odds yet but i have my eye on Blackwater because Converge has lost their key players to SMC teams.

Isn't Blackwater like a farm team? Even though Converge released two key players, I still think they're a stronger team than Blackwater. So, I believe the quality of the imports on both teams will make a big difference. The team with the better import will likely win.

I expect this game to be close, so I might consider taking the handicap for Blackwater because I think they'll be the underdog.

Yeah, you are right mate, the quality of imports will make the difference even if Converge has a little edge on the local players but for me it doesn't matter on these two teams but of course i will take the one with handicap when betting for Blackwater. So far, no odds yet even though its less than 20 hours to go before the game.

286  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Trusted PH Online Casino na tumatanggap ng gcash? on: November 07, 2023, 11:18:59 AM
Na check mo na arenaplus.ph? At inplay.ph? Pagcor credited sila at partnered ng evolution gaming at most likely may gcash payments din both deposit and withdrawals.

287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - December 26 on: November 07, 2023, 10:46:58 AM
Just today, Tapales together with his promoter and their entourage are flying back to the Philippines. They are expected to have their final camp in the high-altitude mountains of Baguio. Tapales is indeed overtraining. Hopefully, he only had limited hard work when he was in LA because he also had a lot of sparring sessions there against Ancajas, Magsayo, Moton, etc. There are still around 2 months before the fight, Inoue is also expected to have started his light training. It's really interesting to see if Tapales' sacrificing a long preparation is enough to hurdle the Japanese superstar.
~snip~

I thought he was already in Baguio City  Grin. I think he's been doing only light training in the Wild Card gym of Freddie Roach because at that time when he flew to the US, the schedule of the fight was not yet definite but now that everything is already carved in stone, he could start the rigid training for this historic fight.

I think Baguio is a good choice for training since Japan is also cold in December, so no more adjusting to the weather when he flies to Japan.
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Oscar Duarte (December 2) on: November 06, 2023, 12:18:55 PM
Man, Garcia still seeking on his first world title but Duarte is still a tough opponent , though not as tough as Gervonta, but Garcia still needs to improve his skills and tighten his chin and stamina for him to keep up with the elite fighter globally.
I know Garcia is still young and has still a lot of room to improve but I hope he's now more cautious and tripled his effort on his upcoming fights.
This could be a good bounce back fight for Garcia after his big loss to Davis, I'm sure Garcia already learned the lesson here and will improve more.
Looking at the previous fights of Duarte, it loos like he's a tough opponent as well so if Garcia wants to win here I agree that he should tripled his effort on improving his skills and his self so he can match the energy of his opponent. This can be an exciting match, and I'm still rooting for Gracia on this match.

Tough indeed and like what @AmoreJaz have said above that this is not a cherry picked opponent, as far as the record is concerned. By merely looking at the record of Duarte alone, i could say that Team Garcia is pretty serious on bouncing back after that KO loss to Davis. That was record breaking on the Ryan's part so picking a tough opponent for a bounce back is the way to go.

  • Invite with refferal
  • Downline
  • To good to be true return

290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: November 06, 2023, 11:27:33 AM
Are you watching the game now? It seems like TNT is really feeling the loss of Pogoy and Mikey Williams, as they are currently trailing. Though I can say it's a close game now, since Castro isn't playing well, I think their import will be tired in the second half. I thought the high spread was overvalued, but there's a big chance that Magnolia will win this game and cover the spread. Anyway, I think I'm going to place a live bet after the first half since there's currently no live betting on my sportsbook.

Yes, it's tough to watch TNT trailing by a lot of points. They used to be a strong team, and it's surprising to see them losing by such a big difference. There's still the second half left, but if you believe they can make a comeback, TNT's moneyline might give you some appealing odds.

I have not bet for the game last night because i'm still observing the imports and i could say that this Tyler Bey can play and Magnolia has a bright future ahead in this conference at least for me. Bey registered 31 points and 20 rebounds in an impressive outing against an undermanned TNT Katropa.

Games on Wednesday:

Blackwater vs Converge
Meralco vs ROS

Though no odds yet but i have my eye on Blackwater because Converge has lost their key players to SMC teams.
291  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: November 06, 2023, 10:58:27 AM
So ang pick ko ngayong araw is Suns over Pistons, Raptors over Spurs, Warriors over Cavs, Hornets over Mavs ( Dito medyo nag aalangan ako sa Hornets since naglaro sila kahapon tapos crucial pa against Pacers), Grizzlies over Blazers. Hahaha

3 out of 5 ka kabayan, may kaunting profit na din yan kung parehas lang ang sugal mo bawat team.

Wala laro bukas, bakit kaya?

Wow, Junemar Fajardo just got his seventh MVP award in the PBA, just wondering if who's gonna break this record.

For me, he deserves this one and most likely he will capture his 8th because he is so disciplined on his body.

https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/june-mar-fajardo-wins-a-seventh-pba-mvp-award-a793-20231105?ref=home_feed_1

To be honest, I didn't expect him to win another MVP award, especially after his team's not-so-impressive performance last season. But it happened, so I guess even if Fajardo doesn't play as he did before, he can still dominate. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins another MVP now that he's fully healthy and confident after playing in the FIBA World Cup and Asian Cup. There might be no stopping him, and who knows, maybe we can start considering him in the conversation of being one of the greatest of all time (GOAT) in the PBA.

I was thinking how that happened I'm a Beermen fan but for me Scottie or CStand should have that award, not sure if how PBA score JMF to earn another MVP title just like you mentioned him and his team didn't performed that well last season and for me it was the Gin Kings though TNT snatch a title against them but the total performance I still giving my vote either with Scottie or CStand, hehe..

But moving forward, with the way JMF is playin during that last FIBA games it might be a quick with what we may expect from him this upcoming season, earning another MVP both season and finals MVP is not that far to happen.

Congrats Abay!

There are many criteria in winning an MVP award like statistical points on which Fajardo was the leader, players' votes, media vote. We know that Cstand is not so sociable with the media so may be that is one reason he did not covet this award.

In term of GOAT discussion, i do agree that JMF15 is the GOAT in the PBA because of the 7 MVP awards.

Sixers -3.5 @1.90 vs Suns

So Lakers ako, -3.5 maganda ganda pa ang odds @1.92.

Sana tuloy-tuloy na to.

On the other hand, we have an unfortunate news for TNT, as it was reported that RHJ might miss the game opener due to illness.

https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/rondae-hollis-jefferson-illness-adds-to-tnt-problems-a2244-20231102?ref=home_featured_4

Unfortunate news indeed for TNT as we all know the capability of RHJ but let's just hope that he would recover in time to finish the job which will be started by Quincy Miller, who is also a prolific import and could lead the team if needed just like what he did when he was with the Converge FibexXers.

So, the opening games would be tomorrow with Magnolia and TNT battling in the first game while Blackwater and Converge will fight it out in the second game.

No odds yet but I think it would be Magnolia and Converge will be the favorite in these games.

297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: David Benavidez Vs Demetrius Andrade Interim WBC Super Middleweight title fight on: November 03, 2023, 09:54:41 AM
Reports surfaces that the undercard will include a non-title fight between Jermall Charlo vs José Benavídez Jr..

So this is the first time that we are going to see Jermall after a long layoff and see if he still has is (champ in recess). While Benavidez Jr wanted to also make a huge comeback. Slowly the undercard might turns out to be good for PPV as this is a big fight.

Date is official - November 25.

I'm excited for that undercard fight (Jermall Charlo vs Benavidez Jr.) as i want to see if Jermall have already overcome the health issues that he had because if he has a great performance against Benavidez Jr, money fights will come but if it will be a boring one then he needs for tune-up fights before facing big names like Canelo or Crawford in a championship fight.
298  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: November 03, 2023, 09:30:21 AM

Knicks ML @3,1 vs Bucks

I guess I'll pick the Warriors instead as they are on a hot streak and haven't won a home game yet, so this could be it. Warriors -7 BTW.

You lose your bet there mate but what a hell of a game was that for the Warriors. Klay Thompson hitting that clutch jumper that sealed a one-point win for them. The Kings just couldn't be shaken away by the Warriors, they were always leading until that shot by Thompson.

Lose my bet there too but no regrets as i really enjoyed watching the game. Kings and Warriors games is always a fun to watch as they are building a rivalry in the West.

I'm excited about Romeo's return, the fit and nimble Romeo with his signature unpredictable moves. I'm pretty convinced SMB really needs him for a shot at another championship.

I almost forgot that Terrence Romeo is healthy and fit to play for the Beermen once again, i just hope that this time coach Galent will give him ample playing time to get back his confidence on playing competitive basketball.

TR7, CJ Perez and Junemar Fajardo are enough for me to help the import of SMB to clinch this conference's championship trophy sans injury to those three players mentioned.
