1141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XEM announced the launch of the catapult! on: May 16, 2018, 08:05:27 PM
XEM announced the launch of the catapult! Who thinks anything about this? Is there a chance to take a serious level? I think this can give a big boost to the growth of the token - the characteristics of the catapult are impressive!

i've already hear about this xem's catapult, but i don't remember its characteristics. Can you tell me something more? Is this an official launch or just a beta?

Catapult is designed not only to significantly expand the capabilities of this blockchain but also to give it greater speed and scalability. In particular, users will be able to create secure digital assets, decentralized swaps, etc. This new engine is a large-scale update written from scratch in C ++.
also:
Aggregated Transactions
Automatic payment of transaction fees.
Escrow transactions with multiple assets.
Multi-level accounts with multi-signature.
And much more. Beta version has already passed!

thank  you for your answer. If i have understood well is a way to make nem's blockchain be used by other "application", like all the token that "run" on ethereum's blockchain. If so..well, this is huge!

200 eurini per partecipare? mmm
purtroppo c'è anche il viaggio per me..

Peccato perchè non so quanti eventi simili organizzino in italia. Sicuramente sarebbe stato interessante!
1143  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Nuova Normativa Antiriciclaggio on: May 16, 2018, 07:58:13 PM

1144  Local / Alt-Currencies (Italiano) / Re: Oracol Xor ... Il progetto che può essere uno dei migliori 5 progetti del 2018 on: May 16, 2018, 07:54:27 PM
mi sembra veramente solo pubblicità quanto ho letto.
senza pensare le implicazioni di usare la parola "azioni". Ci si allontana sempre di più dal concetto di decentralizzazione, temo.

Mi spiace, non sono convinto.

1146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $50, what would you invest in? on: May 13, 2018, 08:44:13 PM
well, i don't think than 50$ is the optimum amount of money I invest in ICO: is really too small amount!

If i have 50$ i'll wait at least until i have 150$ to invest..
1147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY SHOULD YOU BOYCOTT ICOS THAT DEMAND KYC? on: May 13, 2018, 05:58:18 PM
i think that we don't have to boycott icos with KYC.
I know that privacy is important, and it's not ok for me for example when they ask for cell number, but if crypto wants to be taken seriously, crypto need KYC
1148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many new ICO, how to check if it's scam? on: May 13, 2018, 05:48:45 PM
I don't really know to detect it. at least you should see telegram group, or bounty manager. and if there is still information from the bounty manager and there is still communication, I'm sure it's not a scam.

i don't know if you can be sure even in that case!
Sometimes ico become "scam" only becouse the devs are not able to rise enough money and so they can't make their plan with their project!
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Capital invested in crypto, whats yours percentage ? on: May 12, 2018, 05:07:10 PM
Whats the percentage of your capital invested in crypto ?

I have between 25-35% my money on crypto
the rest goes most on stocks and a little on a low risk fund
My initial investment in crypto is only $100 and I never add up another capital since I invest, though it is my last penny in my pocket at that time. I just roll it in trading and today it is already $100,000. Basically 95% of my investment is in crypto. I just make sure that my wallet is safe and not connected thru internet to avoid hackers.

When did you start ? Can you share some more details how you achieved this?
I have only 5% of my money in crypto, too risky for me to put in more.

you had 100$ and now you 100,000$!
really impressive, mostly if we consider the huge drop crypto's market had in these last few months!

Can you tell us more?
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I HOLD this: ----> post your holding coins! on: May 12, 2018, 11:29:30 AM
I've sell with regret a lot of coin in the past, so right now i hold and keep holding more or less everything i own:
-nem
-elastic
-decred
-bitcore
-spectre
-swissborg
-eth
-bcc
-bgt

Right now maybe i'm in great loss, but i think that in 2-3 years i will have a lot of gain.
1151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 📒⭐👑 Jinbi Token ~ ‘The Golden ICO’ - Merging Gold With Blockchain 👑⭐📒 on: May 12, 2018, 09:46:09 AM

How are they going to be different with XAUR?

Its interesting to see that holders will receive dividends which the team is likely going to resolve with legalization. Seem too good to be true already specially upon seeing the team speculate about he price to be $16 already by next year.  Grin

Target asks:

1.How are they going to be different with XAUR?

asdlolciterquit asks:

2.I don't understand how this token works..it is a token connected to a gold mining company?

Hi guys. These are serious questions and deserve non pr answers.

I’ll try…

With respect to XAUR etc.

It is not my business to critique different individual approaches to collateralised crypto. And definitely not in public. There are various acceptable and creative approaches. (it is a bit like designing a derivative or an maybe an equity offering at a bank. Lots of ways work and depends a little on what you want to achieve.)

But here is root problem: How do collateralise something in a way that dampens downside volatility, yet keeps upside participation?

I don’t favor vanilla wrapping i.e. 1 unit crypto backed by 1 unit of something (say gold, but it could be copper or live hogs). This is legitimate: but it raises the question…why not just invest in the underying product? You would however dampen downside volatility if you took this derivative design approach. It is questionable that you would get any extra upside juice.

Actually: you need to figure out how to either add gold to a fixed amount of crypto or possibly subtract crypto from a fixed amount of gold on an ongoing basis. This can done in a regular way or in lumps based on some milestone (price etc.)

There are various shops trying to create crypto structures that work in this respect. And i think that various counterparties are prepared to invest considerable effort in this sector gives weight to the core idea. In fact, my own interest stems from the fact that I think huge chunks or both equity and derivative like instruments will migrate to crypto.

So. And the white paper says this clearly. Yes they have mining partners. So that physical gold stream gets added into the Jinbi Token. Essentially they are financing a certain amount of gold production. As more gold gets added you can rationally expect the token to maintain loaded upside exposure. Hence their token price predictions.

It all makes sense and I am happy to take PMs via telegram to dig hard into details. I just don’t want to go nuts here for general audience.

Thanks

Crake

i've read that you prefer talk via PMs or telegram, but i'm wondering if you want to answer this question:
if i buy 1000$ of Jinbi Token and with them i buy 1000$ of gold, where the devs find the money to develop their project?

PM me please. It isn’t totally clear which bit of the white paper isn’t clear to you. So if I can ask you a couple of questions, I am sure a can put you straight. If this leads to improving the WP that would be a win/win 😀’

hi crake, i really appreciate your help but don't understand why we can't talk here, i think that maybe these and other posts can help other people too.
You can ask without any problem these questions, here.
1152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] UBIATAR-AIRDROP -ICO-CRYPTOCURRENCY TO BE EVERYWHERE on: May 12, 2018, 09:32:19 AM
Hello. Joined your bounty program. I think your project is great especially that devs are just so active and do all the marketing. But will you tell me the ico price and the soft cap? Thanks.

1 UAC = 2 $
Soft-cap = 4.500.000 $ (already widely achieved and exceeded with the pre-ICO).

Thank you for such prompt response. Smiley
It is good to know that soft cap already achieved. But what is the hard cap of the token sale? What is the bonus gor the first hours as well?

Here you can see the "live": http://ubiatarplay.io/home/

The collection, after the big initial boom, now seems to have settled at 44%. We'll be here tomorrow morning if there's another progress. However, now it's a success!

As we can see we are already at target 5. And watching the progress excites me a lot. Smiley  what is the minimum contribution btw?

well, that' seem on of the ico of major success i've ever seen!
From the site i see that  have been sold more or less 18million of uac! if 1 uac is 2 dollar, they have raised more than 35 million dollars! amazing!
1153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Spectre.ai information - 100 trader Live Money Test Active! on: May 12, 2018, 09:27:29 AM
Both of spectre's token have lost more or less 65% of their initial price, but i don't want to sell. I don't want to lose my faith.
I think this project is only at the beginning.

Any news about the trezor's support?

From Kay:
Nano by 6th May, Trezor by end May.

thank you for your answer.
When will the trade platform be open to everyone?
Is there any video or guide where i can see how it works?
I really want to try it!
1154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SwissBorg | The Blockchain Era of Swiss Wealth Management on: May 12, 2018, 09:22:34 AM
one of my biggest regrets of investing in an ico. Because of Swissborg and their kinds i will never invest in ico's again even its perfect.

can you tell me something more?
why are you so disappointed? I know, price is right now more or less 1/3 of the initial price, but i don't want to give up yet...
1155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Saifu: One Account For All Currencies & Cryptocurrencies on: May 12, 2018, 09:18:08 AM
I everyone, i know right now that the ico is end.
Is it possible to trade this token? Where can i find info about the price and the exchanges that listed it?

The team are still working on it?

Thank you!
1156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: LiveTree ADEPT [SED] Crowdsale complete! on: May 12, 2018, 09:11:44 AM
LiveTree Contract  SED- SEED  added on etherdelta https://etherdelta.com/#0x44f850d75023e8d3da9981b70e84e092c4b1067c-ETH - all can buy/sell you tokens

Well I guess it's a step in the right direction but I wouldn't use EtherDelta if it was the last exchange on the planet - maybe I would. Let's wait until SED is listed on Binance..hopefully.
Binance does not appear to be available for this project. No one trades even on etherdelta, and in order to pay for the listing on Binance, need a lot of money that the project can not afford to spend
They have raised 1100 ETH and 60 BTC until their ico ends. I don't think they can't affrod to pay listing fee for any of exchange (binance included). They even will starting to buy back bounty tokens from bounty hunter who want to prefer ETH instead of SED token

Livetree could easily get listed on a major centralised exchange, they have the funds and better still they have a great product and solid team that any exchange should be more than willing to accept. Binance took on Bytecoin and look what happened there, Binance now needs a strong and genuine project with a reliable team behind it to mitigate the damage Bytecoin has recently done to its reputation.

Update:
Well, I can see why LiveTree don't want to list on Binance, looks like it's going to have to be another, less expensive, exchange.

1million dollars?? that's totally absurd!
so, right now, is not possible to trade this token? there is no exchange until now?
I don't understand, why they don't use etherdelta? I think that for a token is fine..

Greetings Sylon,

I just recently checked if my wallet has been credited of the SED tokens. I'm just wondering about the Bounties Buy Back or BBB.

Regarding your statement on the Bounty Thread:

"The buy-back price is guaranteed at 1000 SED = 1ETH.

Thus, bounty campaign participants can be paid in SED or SED + ETH, the choice is up to you."

I was wondering if I'm still legible for this. Assuming if I can exchange my SED tokens for ETH. Hoping for a reply. Thanks for the awesome campaign!

yes, you are still elegible
I'm pretty sure that tomorrow is the last day you can send your pm and register here --> https://secure.livetree.com/#!/seed-signup/?return=bountyHolder

by the way i have a problem whit the site...it keep saying "please enter your full name"...but i enter it!

Can somebody help me?

Dear Friends!

Bounty tokens will be transferred to the ETH wallet, connected to Midex account, according to the Bounty ID provided.

Please make sure, that you have the private key to this wallet.

You may change the connected wallet address before 07.05.2018.

In order to do it, send an email to
Support@midex.com with the following information:
1. Profile email
2. Current ETH
3. New ETH

Thank you for your participation! Lets MIDEX IT!

hi midex, i would like to doublecheck which eth wallet i have give you when i registered my midex account.
I've login here --> https://presale.midex.com/cabinet
but i can't find that info anywhere..
what can i do?

thank you!

was also looking for it to connect my eth address but its nowhere to be found.

After login to your account you will find there I have ETH address simply click on it and add your personal address into this field. This is very easy way to do this and in settings tab you can verify your address.

i had to insert it, clicking on "I have ETH address", like you said.
After that, right now, i can see my eth address on setting section!

Thank you for your help!
