1141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Know When to Stop. Lesson for Everyone, Particularly Investors on: October 13, 2023, 11:48:03 AM
If you ever catch yourself hurrying to make a trade – Pause.
If you're consumed by doubts about whether buying or selling is the right move – Pause.
If emotions start to dominate your decision-making – Pause.
If I see the price of bitcoin drop to $20000 today, I will rush and buy more bitcoin. Investing and trading are different, but you post is more for traders not investors.

Because you do not doubt to open a position and you open a position, that does not mean that you are a good trader. Have you see a market that has fallen before, the indicators confirmed strong buy, you buy and the market just start to fall and fall more. Trading is very risky and a new trader may not know unless he has started to trade.

If emotional starts to dominate, yes it is better to stop trading at that time.
1142  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you play while listening music? on: October 13, 2023, 10:09:05 AM
[/b]While listening to music its hard to control our emotions while losing and we are not able to concentrate on game. it is highly likely that we blow our account by betting high.
There are sometimes that you may want to enjoy yourself, the game will not be about winning and you are not going to use high amount of money. Using like $0.05 dollar for each game played, playing music and having some glass of bear with barbecue. Haven't you tried something like that before? And if you are with friends, you are going to like it.

But if you are doing something like that and you want a bigger winning, the day may likely ended bad.
1143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My dice strategy for quick 0.5x on: October 13, 2023, 08:06:53 AM
I do not understand what 0.50x means in this. If j am gambling on a casino site, the list odd I do go for is 2x, but I prefer going for games with 3x, especially if I do not want to stay iong and spend the money on a single game play or using something like martingale just three to 5 times and quit gambling for the day.
1144  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 7slots.casino scam, they don't pay on: October 13, 2023, 08:01:55 AM
You are right. But deposited a small amount after checking on casino.guru where they have a good rating.
The best is to make your own personal research which might take some days weeks and months, and if you are present very well on a forum like Bitcointalk, you will know more about gambling sites. Just be in gambling board and scam accusation and reputation board.

Know that review sites can be very fake and not all are true. As I have been in this forum now, I know the gambling site that I can use and the ones that I can not use.
1145  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 7slots.casino scam, they don't pay on: October 13, 2023, 07:36:26 AM
I have not heard about this casino before. Not having any official thread or official account on this forum.

I will advise you to use a good gambling site on this forum, the ones that people are not accusing of any issue. If you stay on this forum, you will see many of them.

Go to gambling board to see many gambing sites with active official thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0
1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: October 13, 2023, 05:55:37 AM
I'd like to share my experience with you all. Even though I'm not currently employed, I went through a phase of gambling while I was working in the past, and the outcome wasn't positive. It affected my job performance because, as you may know, when you lose, you tend to dwell on your losses and constantly think about strategies to win. When we talk about work, it usually means we're not particularly wealthy, and imagine what happens when we gamble money we can't afford to lose, especially when we're not earning much.
It is not gambling that is affecting you, what that is affecting you is gambling addiction. It can happen to you if you are working or not. What you can do to solve that is to look for ways to cease the addiction. Sometimes, you may have to quit gambling for sometimes for you to be back to a good habit of gambling.

Let me tell you, the feeling is far from pleasant. It leads to a decline in your work performance, which can have significant consequences since that's your primary source of income. It might be manageable if you're winning, but the harsh reality is often quite the opposite. Even when we do win, we tend to spend most of our winnings, so we don't treat it as business money. This leaves us in a precarious situation when we lose because the money we initially budgeted for our families gets diverted to cover unexpected gambling-related expenses.
That will be true because that is what gambling does to addicted people. It is you that need to have self-discipline while gambling and not going beyond your gambling budget which supposed to be a small amount of money.

I'd like to hear from those of you who have experienced this or are still dealing with it. Please share your testimonies.
Mine was when I was in school, gambling affected me during my final year. But I have built a good GPA already which was what that helped me to have a good overall result.
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cross addictions is Just as Bad. on: October 12, 2023, 02:51:08 PM
He can also decide to gamble with $20 monthly if he choose to. He can use $20 to gamble 40 times and more on gambling. But if he is addicted and want to stop gambling, I think that is a good approach, but in a way nothing will take money from him and seeing it as a way to stop an addiction.

Ever heard of cross addiction or suffered from it?
What do you think?
I have not heard about it before, but it looks like something that happened to me. I was addicted to gambling before, I stopped the addiction and I have control over myself when it comes to gambling, but I later got addicted in trading. Trading is not gambling but moving from gambling to trading, I think this is an example of cross addiction.

Only what I know that can make Biannce to display abnormal is bad network. I have checked mine and it is working good. If not network, probably it might be your phone or your phone operating system. If you are using lower operating system or lower old small phone and your phone can not be upgraded to one of the lastest OS, buy a better device.
1149  Economy / Speculation / [Fun] Bitcoin price could hit $750K to $1M by 2026 on: October 12, 2023, 10:16:41 AM
I saw it on news some days ago. I think it would be fun if we discuss about it: Bitcoin price could hit $750K to $1M by 2026 — Arthur Hayes

Can Arthur Hayes be right?

If I should guess what bitcoin price would be by 2024/2025, I will guess $170000 which has been the highest price of my guess. As we know, 2026 would likely be a bear market year. I do know if that would have changed, but what people will think more about that time is that bitcoin price could have reduced slightly back again.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Casino Industry's Contribution On Your Country By Percentage on: October 11, 2023, 09:30:48 PM
My country is one of the most populous in the world and there are many gambling companies with millions of users that are making money from their users. Gambling is regulated most in the way to favour the governments in tax generation. If there are many gambling companies in a country and people are using them, the government in the country will generate more internal revenue from gambling, while some will provide gambling service to people outside the country as additional way for the government to make more money.
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: October 11, 2023, 03:28:58 PM
After all I finished with my bet headed home and was asking myself what could the colleague act that way avoiding his close friends they all gambling together and just because luck shines on him first he decides to create a distance and class. I couldn't actually annex a good reason why anyone should do that.
It is because people are different in life and I think only the person that gamble and won huge amount of money would be the best to answer that question. He may avoid them maybe he is not ready to gamble again or he does not want to lavish the money. But he can do all these things without leaving this friends. He is the one that can answer the question correctly.
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone encountered any dog race betting here? on: October 10, 2023, 04:13:02 PM
Dog racing is rare in a casino or gambling sites, from my experience so far in gambling I never came across that game in gambling site, although I mostly used local gambling sites to ease me hassle. Dog as the name implies can be mostly found a casino that is altcoin based, I don't think if we can find them in btc casino like I mean a decentralized casino where you need to connect your wallet to be able to gamble there.
I am kind of confused, doge racing are found on sport gambling sites not casinos. The gambling sites that I used to see it have both casino and sport but dog racing is listed under sport.
1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone encountered any dog race betting here? on: October 10, 2023, 04:01:47 PM
On the gambling that have horse race, likely dog race would be there and it is common on fiat gambling sites. The last time I tried it with my friends and we continue losing has been when I lost interest. It is on local sport gambling sites and I saw it on a foreign gambling site which I will not mention its name for not to advertise the site. I do not like doge race gambling because you can easily lose money there than win.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you not gamble on women sports? (tennis not included) on: October 10, 2023, 01:43:05 PM
Men sport is mostly watched. Gambling sites deals most with men sport. Some gamblers can not gamble in what they do not watch or know much about.
1155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sustainable Approach For Your Earnings in Gambling on: October 10, 2023, 09:27:31 AM
Do you think this is a good idea? Do you have a better idea?
Lets have it!
Sounds good but may not be that easy in reality. You did not mention anything like loss, you only mention winning and profit. This is how some people will go beyond their gambling budget and play more and lose more. But if you are able not to go beyond your gambling budget, it is a good idea but winning is not possible all the time.
1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a strategy to lose on: October 10, 2023, 07:32:15 AM
Gambling is based on luck for real but that doesn't mean you should be dividing your attention into poker, soccer, horse racing, or roulette all at once, you need to choose a side and learn everything you can about the game. This is the mistake that many gamblers are making, they believe since it's all about luck they should expand the possibility to get lucky and it always end up badly for them.
The only game I do not know how to play among the ones that you mentioned is poker and it is the only one that I can not go for. I can go for the rest and other games. There is nothing hard about those games and everything are luck. But I prefer casino games than sport that have low odd to casino games.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard about financing a gambler? on: October 10, 2023, 07:13:07 AM
How will you feel if someone you know or just a friend of a friend walk up to you and ask you to finance them in gambling in exchange for a portion of their winnings? Does this even make any sense?
Not making any sense. When I am using just small money to gamble.

Because the only place this makes a bit sense is the skills base niche like forex trading or crypto trading, how can gambling/gambler be financed?
5% of weekly income for the gambler is enough, not huge amount of money.

Have you heard of such before? What is the end result if you have?
I have not and only a stupid person will borrow someone money to gamble. The gambler will disappoint.

Why would you trust anyone to gamble better than you can when it's all about luck?
There is nothing like someone will gamble better. Luck is luck. Games will favour the house more. The ending will not be good.
1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Casino Crypto gambling on: October 10, 2023, 07:03:35 AM
Does anyone here really utilize these online crypto casinos to place bets in bitcoin and have you had much luck with it? What have you found to give you the best odds in winning? Is there any skill involved in any of their games or is it all purely chance?
You can use some strategies. The only strategy that I have used and that is working is martingale. Martingale can be good but it has its own disadvantage and you have to use it for games with at least 3 odds in a way if you lose the first game, you will make profit if you win the second game in a way that the money lost in the first game when you play the second game would all be recovered and have more profit. If you continue to lose, you can go up to 5 games and stop for the day. Anytime that you win, you quit for the day.
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often is your luck in gambling? on: October 10, 2023, 12:07:06 AM
How about you guys, are you having a good fortune on your gambling career? Do you ever think of quitting after you won a jackpot?
Gambling is not a career.

I am of the type that do not expect anything good from gambling. That is why I use little amount of money to always gambling except if it is free money which I can try my luck with.

I have never won a jackpot that can let me quit gambling before. If I win big, I may quit gambling if I become a business man and have no time for gambling anymore. But if I still have time, I can have fun with gambling at times with tiny amount of money.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do crypto sport books have better odds than "licensed" ones? on: October 09, 2023, 03:56:53 PM
In my view most "licensed" betting companies are more shady than others.
Who are the others? Unlicensed gambling sites. If a gambling site is licensed, it means it has been tested to be capable of running a gambling site, unlike unlicensed gambling sites that can be for scammers.

Supposedly a sportsbook having paid a license to opperate in your territory should make gambling safer. But you probably pay for it in other ways. For instance, odds on online platforms that are licensed might tend to be worse than those that operate without being officially licensed but get around this by mostly accepting crypto deposits.
Licensed gambling sites have good reputation if you further your research to know if it is a good gambling site or not and know the gambling site pros and cons.

So based on the above, the smarter gamblers should always go to a sportsbook that has better odds. But yet licenses are still to this day are promoted as something better. When in reality it's just probably states wanting a piece of gambling profits. I don't think anyone should be fooled by a platform being licensed. Because if a sportsbook wants to do wrong to people, it'll do it anyway. Odds and reputation are what matters.
Licensed gambling sites have good odds.
