221  Economy / Gambling / Re: does betonline.com send an sms when you sign up? on: March 29, 2024, 10:56:38 AM
The site domain is old but I clicked on the link and it is not working.

If you are able to access it, just make sure you follow the ToS of the gambling site. If your country is restricted, do not use VPN to bypass the restriction because the betting site can block your account and not give you the money that you won.
222  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wait for the right set-up on: March 29, 2024, 06:48:11 AM
People actually don't know how important it is to wait for the right set-up, some traders think that the more you trade the more money you make which is very much unlikely, trading doesn't work like that, you might make a lot of money from 5 to 7 trades, and use just only one trade to lose everything including your initial magin.
This will depend on the strategy that the trader is using. Traders that are using high leverage will see this a lot. Assuming a trader has $500 to trade, he can think of 10x leverage, thinking to earn $10 each from scaping. If the trade favors him, he will be winning $10 each. Let us say he has won 5 time which is $50. If he trade again the 6th time and the trade is not favoring him, he will think to leave the position open for a while and this might result in liquidation of the money used. But if using low leverage or no leverage at all, it can help against high risk trading.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going all in and losing the bet on: March 29, 2024, 06:27:43 AM
Then I have all sorts of thoughts blaming casino, like do they manipulate the result of the game when user goes all in. I am sure they are all fair, it's just that the possibility of losing the game may be minimal but it's never 0.
If you bet with little amount of money, you will not be afraid to bet, unlike if you want to bet with high amount of money that will make you fear and let you want to go for what will possibly be the outcome and in the process, loss are more possible unlike if you bet with small amount and just not fearing but gambling responsibly. It is not good to go with all the money you have in your betting account, neither is it good to bet with high amount of money, but to bet with small amount instead.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been kicked out of a casino? on: March 28, 2024, 10:25:35 PM
I think someone ask this question recently. My country legalize gambling and allow foreign gambling sites. I read the gambling site ToS and if my country is among the countries that are not restricted, I can make use of the gambling site. But that is not all because I also make sure that I read the ToS from beginning to the end. I do not try to manipulate and also not try to cheat. I have not faced any problem from casinos before.
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: are you expecting Bitcoin to hit $400,000 after the bull run. on: March 28, 2024, 08:33:55 PM
The halving has not started is not correct. It is the halving has not occured.

All I am expecting is $170000. But I can be wrong. Bitcoin may go higher than that or not go higher than that but from my analysis, that is the result and my guess. If bitcoin do not get to that price or get above the price, the price difference will not be that much.
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does prediction in sport work for you? on: March 28, 2024, 07:45:02 PM
If you are interested in gambling on sports, do you rely on prediction betting sites? Why?
What is the most prominent site you rely on?
No. I prefer to make my own findings to predict the outcome of a match. One thing about prediction sites is that they are not accurate as some matches they select are wrong predictions while they predict some matches correctly. If you see the ratio of inaccurate on prediction sites, it is more than 40% and that is enough for someone to make a wrong pick and lose.
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling excites you ? on: March 28, 2024, 03:58:40 AM
Does gambling excites you? What motivates you, winning or just the fun in it ?
Not all the time. I have more excitement when I am with friends and gamble together on a casino or gambling site. Being with them makes it more exciting. But not that gambling is not giving me excitement but not as when someone can gamble together with me. But sometimes when I feel bored but feel like to be alone, I can gamble and also I gamble during weekends which are exciting though.
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poll: What Crypto coin would you prefer in a skill game on: March 27, 2024, 08:50:21 PM
Why are there no any stable coin among? Some gamblers prefer coins that are pegged with fiat.

If I should choose, I will prefer sats/lightning. It has cheap fee and the transaction is very fast. There are many exchanges that is supporting lightning network by now and also there are some easy-to-understand wallets that you can keep small amount of it.
229  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2024-03-27] $20 Million in Bitcoin Long Positions Liquidated ... on: March 27, 2024, 05:20:36 PM
This is not something that is new. If the price is very volatile, some people that used high leverage will lose their coins. If it is about today's volatility, it is clearly predicted as bitcoin moved from around $70000 to almost $72000 in less than 30 minutes that the market will likely be bearish in the coming hour and it happened as bitcoin fall from $71890 to a price below $69000.

This is not new at all and it always let us know that we should use low leverage and not to be greedy in trading.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Monitoring sequence of btc transactions on: March 27, 2024, 03:43:14 PM
You can make use of any reputable escrow service providers on this forum.

To establish trust, both of us are willing to deposit $900 in BTC into an account, which will be returned to us after the completion of the transactions.
There is nothing like trust in life. Do not be fooled by it. Always do it like business.

There are several trusted escrows in the forum that you could use, what I see unnecessary is to make both transactions and also use the escrow. You could specify what you want to send him $400 for and then refund $900. Normally payments are made in exchange for a good or service, not back and forth like playing games.
These are the trusted escrow service providers on this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047302
231  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Countries agains Binance Ex. surges and also founder hits $8.42billion in 72hrs on: March 27, 2024, 07:12:03 AM
Although it has been to my awareness that my own country Nigeria has been on a tussle with the exchange but I felt disappointed likely to blame the exchange in questioning about what really internally going on if a number number of countries like this could be against them, are they the Binance exchange really at fault? It is just something I can not technically accept to say yes o no by myself because some of these countries too could be selfish with an autonomous authoritative ness to engaging beyond its limits of governance and operations.
If Binance had initially went to those countries and registered there and follow their laws, it would have been better and something like this will not occur. But Binance decided not to expand using governmental policies but instead using his own policies. You are not in a country, you are not registered in that country as an organization but you are providing crypto services to the people in that country. Binance is mostly targeted because it is the strongest exchange.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: User experience Trends in Online Gambling: What's Next? on: March 26, 2024, 09:06:26 PM
I do not think there are much that I want than what those sites that rate casinos are using like wide range of casino games, fast deposit and withdrawal, excellent customer care response, deposit bonus, other promotional offers. I also like good security like 2FA login and withdrawal.
233  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who can you trust more to handle your business, man or woman? on: March 26, 2024, 08:20:29 PM
It depends on the business and the nature of the job.

Men are more dubious than women. But there are some works that man are better at that women. I am not saying women are not  dubious also but the chances that men are more dubious is higher.

So there are some part of my business that I will prefer men to do while there are some parts that I will prefer women to do. Some jobs are masculinity why some jobs are feministic.

So you have to be specific and let us know the business and the type of job you are referring to.
234  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Two Kucoin Founders accused of violating anti-laundering laws etc. on: March 26, 2024, 08:14:47 PM
With concerns now, will the Kucoin exchange collapse?
In a statement on X kucoin they said the platform continues to operate properly and even user assets remain safe, but I'm not sure as this would be a concern for its customers.
If Binance survived it, I believe Kucoin is not that small not to survive it. But I do not care about surviving it or not, the best that I can tell people to do is to move their money out of Kucoin and trade on another exchange until the matter has been solved. But I believe this can not collapse Kucoin from the result of my analyses.
235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live games so hard to win experience? on: March 26, 2024, 11:23:56 AM
There can the days that you may win. There are days that you may lose. Also not only days but weeks of losses instead is possible. I prefer roulette and it is the game I play most in casinos. There are times that I always lose. Sometimes I use the martingale strategy if I mean it, starting with just little amount of money like $1 and go up to $25 max and it works for me more but I has to be done wisely as it can lead to huge loss of money. I do not ramble often. Do not think you can play without strategies and be winning even if it is blackjack.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New New on: March 26, 2024, 11:03:45 AM
You can take a look at https://www.soccervista.com. You can use the site to also analyze last give matches, leagues that use to score goals very well and the ones with just few goals.

Know that it is just a prediction site, it does not mean that what they are predicting is completely accurate. Also gamble responsibly.
237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are crash games profitable??? on: March 25, 2024, 05:33:25 PM
You talk about martingale strategy. The truth is that it is best to use martingale in just casino games like roulettes, blackjack, baccarat, dice and others like that with at least 2 to 3 odds with almost similar certainty of wining. Like in 2 odds, having chance of 40 to 50% while inn3 odds, having a chance of 30 to 33% of winning. It should not be used with lower odds or crash games.

Is crash game profitable? Is gambling profitable itself? No. Just that different games and matches have different risks. If you like crash games, why not go for it and spend little but be expecting losses more than profit.
238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dana thought he lost $80k one night and his advice for gamblers on: March 25, 2024, 04:59:17 PM
Losing $3 million and thinking he lost $80000. Alcohol is not good for those that drink too much of it. I think he gambled on a land base casino where you can have fun and be given alcohol. I do not like that kind of mistake, people needs to be careful of alcohol in anything they are doing. It is even not only while gambling but in everything we are doing because during alcohol intoxication, bad things can happen and the person may later blame himself when he feels no more intoxication. Mild to moderator drinking while gambler is better than excessive drinking. Also we should know our limit.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Becomes of Gambling if Sport book is taken away. on: March 25, 2024, 03:43:55 PM
I think you should have a reread again to understand that country part of the ops because what I meant is not what you understood it to be and making your point not to give me the real message I expected from the reply,  well what the thread is aimed at in a simple terms is how the influence of sport bets in the gambling industry,  and how sportbets made casinos to become more popular and what are the possibilities let assuming that sports such as football tournaments are ban?
You mean what will happen to casinos and gambling generally if football is banned all over the world? People will move to other sport. Or what if all sports are also banned?  No bad effect will it have on casinos than people that only prefer sport may because of it visit casinos instead as they are bored. They will look for alternatives. More people will visit casinos than before because casinos ar one of the alternatives.
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Becomes of Gambling if Sport book is taken away. on: March 25, 2024, 03:03:40 PM
Just as the title stated, what do you think will becomes of gambling enirly if we wake up one morning to the news of global banning of football,  or a country ban it citizens from participating in football both as a game and also a sport.

Do you think gambling/casinos will lose it popularity since chunk number of their clients are from sport bookies section?
Why will casino or other gambling site lose their popularity? It is not possible. All countries can not just come one day and decide to ban gambling. That is not possible. There are some countries that ban gambling and there are some countries that do not ban gambling but gambling sites are becoming popular.
