I agree with your tennis pick, Del Potro should win this match. I'm glad I opened your thread, I didn't even the US Open was on now. I hope Andy Murray wins Smiley
Andy Murray is not in this U.S Open this year due to an injury or out sick.
Same with Djokovic.

You have Nadal and Federer to cheer for to take this title in New York for this year.  Cool

Also I do like the picks. But can you also post the result as well once each match and picks are completed.

I will frequent the thread more often if you can do this.
Thanks! Grin

Which site did you get these odds and allows you to bet in the middle while the match is in progress?

The one I use doesn't have live bets or very limited amount of matches.

Sportsbet.io allows you to bet pre-live and live . Odds are not very impressive sometimes but the site is good so I prefer that over other sites .
Okay thanks.
But heard someone on here saying them and bitstarz are doing an exit scam.

I don't want to start into a site and deposit if they are involved in doing this to there existing customers.
Don't want to be tangled up in that mess if they actually are.

What about BetOpen. Have you heard about them?
Are they a legitimate site to send bitcoins to and expect your winnings to be sent to you after you ask for a withdrawal from the site?

Those who are trading on that open source exchange only has one purpose in mind
and that is sell to make a profit if they get any.
They null their chances at getting a card in doing so and I really don't think they care in actuality.

They don't care about the project and what it's foundation is built on.

They are sell what they received to gain profit for themselves and don't care what follows after the ICO.

Like what most people who are just out for bounties are seeing ICOS as.
Just a quick way to cash in.
And if they don't care about the devoted people behind the project then fine.
They will cry later. Cry

wait 2 hour again
i hope problem BCC can solved

So were everybody who didn't cheat their system with that glitch allowing double or in some cases 10x the amount to be withdrawn able to cashout of their system now?

Cause I still see it as a scam. Tongue
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 01, 2017, 04:12:21 PM
Zverev and Kyrgios out . Kyrgios suffered from an injury but Zverev was beaten fair and square , Coric played some brilliant tennis to be fair . Easy for Federer ? No . Easy for Nadal? Yes .
Nadal is king of clay courts and some of the venues are in clay so if their is a finals in this open does it directly go to clay or does it depend on the weather to play a role in where they play. Indoor or outside courts?
1166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Centra Tech ICO | Multi-Blockchain Worldwide Debit Card & Insured Wallet on: September 01, 2017, 03:24:49 PM
I think with monaco and Tenx being out of the picture for now they can cover the time they lost from those being out before them.

You all heard of visa not allowing them to use their cards for their product?

That means Centra is the only game in town when it comes to offering a multi-crypto card.

This looks like the game changer right here folks when it comes to choosing which one you should go with! Grin
1167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the NSA identified Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 30, 2017, 04:38:25 PM
There's a difference between discovering Satoshi's identity and "catching" Satoshi.

Which is it? Are you claiming the US has Satoshi in custody? I highly doubt that.

As for knowing his identity, it has to be possible to find out. The NSA would have to start with metadata attached to the white paper and perhaps email or forum records. He left a trail on this forum, IP addresses and such (even if using TOR).
Okay. Caught maybe the wrong word to use and should of been not referring satoshi as a pokemon to be caught.
Alright they have Discovered the identity of Mr.Nakamoto.

They mention about "fingerprint" so this might be the way they discovered him to be the founder of bitcoin.
A fingerprint can be left either intentional or by accident in the code he created or the whitepaper he wrote.

It is also mentioned it will be revealed to the world in a months time.

But I have heard stories of people not being able to withdraw from their accounts.
Whether they win alot on a bet and then getting their accounts disabled from doing withdrawals or for whatever reason.
Can you explain if you encountered such a scenario happening to you. And how much were you able to withdraw after you won.

I was going to bet on Madison Keys and Roger Federer last night but the odds on the current sports book I use were very close to +100 for both players so even for a parlay it would not be worth it to me or to anyone I would imagine.

If this one has better odds than most I would consider to start using them.
Was looking at betonline but with the negative feedback the bctalk member account for their representative getting here is very concerning. Embarrassed
1169  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advice for bitcoin wallet.. on: August 30, 2017, 01:05:24 PM
It also would depend on what you plan on doing with this newly bought bitcoin.

If you plan to just invest then a wallet online.

If it were to transfer from computer to computer then an offline one.
Where you only plug in to get it online to connect to the blockchain to process your transactions.

A hardware wallet such as a ledger or a trezor might be your best bet to get if you haven't purchased that bitcoin yet.

I don't know why but I can't stop reading this thread...what has become of me?
It is just like everyone else actually.

It is interesting to see how this unfolds.

The best income earner for most people destroying itself day by day with all the complications and technical issues.

Like a fire unfolding before your eyes.

You can not look away and just want to see what is left after the flames subside and there is just rubble and ruin left.

Just funny how Gleb the #1 instigator of it's demise has seem to feel sorry for them and not attacking them but putting up their bulletins instead out of advising people who invested in them or what happened.

A glint of remorse from the crown prince of terror of any scammers who dares mess with his community perhaps? Undecided
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: August 30, 2017, 05:57:12 AM
Expected thing happened, nobody surprised by this game and result. Mayweather could have finished before 10th round if he wanted to. The game could be less than 20 minutes but he didn't force himself. McGregor should stick to mixed martial arts, boxing isn't for him.

Yup. A lot of people went home with a little more money because of this. Betting on mayweather won't really give you big profits as he is handsdown favorite. Though if you placed a bet on pretty boy floyd, you probably were a little concerned with the beginning of the fight where conor actually won. It wasn't actually what most expected for floyd to school mcgregor. Conor lost wind late in the fight
Mayweather  is a smart fighter, he is just trying to give entertainment to the fans that's why this game was not ended early.
He sticks to his plan and he beat Conor in the late round, it's not a problem for conor anymore as he has no reputation to protect in boxing, but at the end of the day Conor is the winner with great cash reward.
Being small in the ring doesn't matter.
You remember a fighter called Mike Tyson whose statue was only 5 foot 8 inches
yet he dominated most of his fights.

He was a power house in the ring even if he was shorter than most of his opponents.
Same with Mayweather.
He is small but he can land a punch to you it is just like a being driven into a brick wall.
As what McGregor felt in the later stages of the match.
1172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 30, 2017, 05:53:45 AM
I see everyone predicts Federer- Nadal, but I think somebody unexpected will appear and mess with their plans.
Somebody like Kyrgios,Zverev...

I'm a fan of both those legends, Federer and Nadal and see them in the finals, but as you have mentioned there are a lot of unexpected things that could come.

Likes of Kyrgios and Zeverev to pull an upset is not far as this two young lions have been showing good potential and are really challenging the top players right now. And they have good odds to win the tournament behind Federer and Nadal now since Murray is already out. Though Kyrgios, who can beat anyone when he is at his best, is sometimes very erratic. Let's see how it goes, as the veterans usually push their game to new levels specially in big tournaments and if they are also shove by the youngers.

I dont think that kyrgios can be in the high class, especially not in this tourny.
Young Zverev has a beautiful tennis and he can get up to the semi finals imo.
I think that Nadal will win the tourny
Zverev is struggling with King, barely won the first set 7-6. Still see him as a great contender for the championship, however, all my expectatives are on Roger Federer to take it all.
I bet Zverev wouldn't have expected this quality tennis from King in the first round . Zverev isn't playing bad its just amazing tennis from King Smiley I bet on over 33.5 games @ 2.5 and I feel good about this . Lets go King , take a set atleast.
I managed to get Zverev 3-0 when King was up 3-1 in the first set, odds at 1.9. So far looks like King is playing really well, also, Ive seen a couple plays where the luck is on his side, he might even pull a set from Zverev.
This match was well entertained, and the game went more than 33 games. So you won your bet mate. It is a big win for you well guessed. I never expected that King would give this much tough competition in the first match. Zverev struggled a lot to win all 3 sets in a row. First 2 sets are excellent neck to neck game. But bad luck for King, Zverev won this game by 7-6, 7-5, 6-4.
Today, Federer and Nadal are on the field tonight. I hope our Lajović can make his match against Nadal interesting  Grin
About Tiafoe-Federer match... Tiafoe is very talented player and he is playing in front of his own audience. It can be an incentive for him. I hope he can make a surprise Smiley
I think good bet is over 9.5 games 1st set @2.00.
Which site did you get these odds and allows you to bet in the middle while the match is in progress?

The one I use doesn't have live bets or very limited amount of matches.

Gleb, they didnt paid you 1m, but seriously, how much?  Cool

They paid him with a free trip to Thailand with the other investors.
But I am thinking he will be having a resort room all to him self once this is done.

I am sure he won't mind that one bit! Wink

BTC withdrawals are not working  at all. They may have come online but they are not letting funds get out of the system yet. They should go to the law enforcement if someone had stolen funds from them not blackmail people and give out their personal details publicly
So they are not allowing withdrawals at all to even their non-negative customers?
What a fucking farce this has become!

They can without investors funds INDEFINITELY this way stating they are still collecting from those customers so to make back from their losses in excess of an estimated 200btc from that shady glitch they are blaming on this on.
Just seems to convenient if you ask me. Undecided

Fuck that Gleb.
The dots were connecting but you aborted the mission.

I would take a million to as hush money.

Just to show some here don't blame you on taking the money that they paid to you for stopping your detective skills on them
since they saw you were getting to close to the truth in exposing them all for the fraud that they truly are!
1178  Other / Meta / Re: How to combat the surge in scam ICOs on: August 26, 2017, 11:56:40 PM
Agreed to as well! Wink

Bitcoin exchanges charge atleast 3Btc to have their alt coin listed to some of these exchanges so why not here to have them shown to the bitcointalk community.

Call it a royalty so to improve the quality of the site.

But really to keep the bad seeds out of trying to scam the membership here. Smiley
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: August 26, 2017, 11:53:32 PM
It has none of the traits of a ponzi scheme.

Lol. Gotta love it. A true cult follower, ready to go down with the ship!

Are you blind or just f**king stupid?! Roll Eyes
This is tell tale sign of how a ponzi SCHEME - CON JOB operates.
Or are you just so naive and living under a rock for the past 9 years since crypto started (early 2009 - 2017 is coming to end you nit picky nerds  Tongue ) to even notice when you are just following your greed? Angry

I like what I just read on a slack channel of another ICO.
It boils right down to it and what the main goal of ICOS are about in gathering loyalty from it's followers and then leaving the crime scene unscathed:

nomader 6:27 AM:

I don't care either way. If the price goes 4-5x because of FOMO after the ICO when the coin hits the market, that's fine with me. The devs can run off with the money after that most of crypto is a scam and most ICO's are pure BS at the end of the day as long as you are not a bag holder and you sell before the people beneath you, who the fuck cares.

That is what being true crypto (derivied from the word cryptic you naive people who thought BCT was gonna pay you at the end of all this!) is all about.

You want to play with the bull you better be ready to have horns embedded in you ass! Cheesy

I think most people know what the ponzis are..... bitconnect.co were profiting hugely though from their lending system because their coin was growing faster so both bitconnect and the investors were sharing the profits and nobody was losing. The trouble is I think they stumbled upon this accidentally, unless they really do have a trading bot as I just noticed that it's on the front page of their site and goes back to before they even had any coins although it's possible they were profiting from the rise in BTC when investors swapped it into USD as it would only take about a 5x increase to cover everything (the tab on the graph showing the bot percentages goes back to march 2016- weird I never noticed that graph before but it was on a separate tab). Anyway, they were in no financial trouble, so not sure why they would think of exiting yet. This problem might be a good excuse. By the way, I saw someone posting at the top of this page about control-finance (an obvious Ponzi site) being down but they still seem to be up....

Bitconnect is basically the only one that would be sustainable. Can anyone point to any info about how amis went down?

Another point is that their exchange does offer them the possibility of making money too from the commission and obviously the BCC also gains a high monthly staking percentage that they can pay affiliates with (lenders lose out on this when they lend into USD). Their massive growing profits over and above all their liabilities (which may have been lost now from the glitch) also made them valuable to invest in but their original intentions seemed suspect, anyway, unless this bot was real. The crazy thing is that their huge staking profit from their reserves aren't even necessary either and they can build up a lot more profit from just continuing as they were. Would be hard for them to crash if they just had minimal risk management. They even lock out their exchange when there is a panic.

How do you know that Bitconnect was profiting from a volatility bot? Where is the proof it actually exists?

I've tried to get them to talk, but they are the most reticent and unaccomodating PR team with whom I have ever tried to communicate. They don't respond to anything. They have yet to post anything here to their own thread that they created, what a bunch of idiots, don't they care about their public image? They are clearly trying to hide something.

I've asked before and I'll say it again. They need to have an independent third party financial audit to prove they are solvent and legitimate. Many legit exchanges have them done regularily. If they can't do this after this "glitch," you can't depend on them for anything. They are nearly a billion dollar coin, show some transparency, take some fucking responsibility and show respect for your customers.

As for what Gleb wrote, I agree it proves nothing, even though I do agree with him this is a fraud.

I think this is what did these double withdrawal amounts.
Making it to look like they were getting hacked or whatever they will claim was happening to their system.
So for a reason to close down the site due to maintenance just to give them more time to get away with investors funds.

I wouldn't doubt if that one account with was able to do 140BTC with the "glitch" that was faulted into being able to double the withdrawal amount,
was done so to send back to the owner's of the site own bitcoin wallet at a later date when all the heat is off them.

I wouldn't doubt it for a second on what is going on here.

Mark my words! Wink
