1181  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving effects, how long they will last? on: June 09, 2023, 11:41:38 PM
Every 4 years, we expect bull market just because of halving. What do you think when is this chain is going to broken? Ie, halving no longer equals that bull market is coming.

Hopefully it won't happen and the halving will always be like history in the crypto market,
if the halving is no longer the same then it will be the start of the cryptocurrency crash do you want that to happen? yes of course definitely not!.
Halving will happen in 2024 and hopefully after halving Bitcoin can reach $100k.
Hope is not enough because when everything becomes so easy to guess, everyone easily wins, who will accept defeat to let us win? The marketplace is a battlefield, and there are always winners and losers. I still hope history repeats itself, but I wouldn't be surprised if history were changed because too many people know about it, and that means everything will change soon. Don't just wait and hope, we should have a plan for a scenario if history doesn't repeat itself, and if it happens, we won't be too shocked or disappointed. Investing is risky, so always be prepared and ready to face difficulties.
People should really be thinking up this way on which that there's no easy way or method on which everyone would be a winner. This is why when everyone is really that anticipating or expecting that there would be some huge bull run incoming after the halving event then we cant really be so sure if theres really that bull run on which everyone is really talking into. Its true that there would really be those losers and winners on the other side on which it is really that precise on talking about being a battlefield.Everything is unsure on what would gonna happen and this is something that would really be that unpredictable.

This would really be survival of the fittest and the wisest in regarding with their decisions. If you do saw that halving event would really be that significant for you to make gains later on.Then you would definitely
be making out those early steps on the time that you would really be seeing some opportunity on which it is really just that a common approach to have.
1182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you guilty of promising not to gamble for specific days but back next day on: June 09, 2023, 10:38:32 PM
I stick to my schedule when it comes to gambling, and it's something that I built over the years so I kind of stuck to it and it has become a habit that I never try to break no matter how hard the urge can be. I also make sure to not leave anything on my online accounts that I use for funding my exchange accounts and buy some crypto for gambling. It's one way of ensuring that I don't have the money to spend if ever I thought of gambling and it's not yet my intended day of playing at all. Developing small habits like these can help you avoid the urges and just play whenever you are set to play.
And you should really know on when to call it a day or just really that enough. As long you have already spent that gambling budget of yours then it would really be just sensible for you to completely stop and never
play on that day.If you do have the budget for gambling on the next day then just play according into those amounts. As long you arent really that compromising your life savings then it should be fine but on the time
that you are already doing such thing then you are already at great trouble.

Am i guilty with this? Well, into those early days or months of doing gambling then i do really have this kind of behavior on which there are moments on which it do really keeps me on coming back
despite of the losses which i do have. You would really be tending to avoid as much as you could but since you are really that expose into your phone and pc, then its unlikely that you
could completely avoid but rather doing the opposite thing.
1183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: One or more trading strategies, which one do you prefer? on: June 09, 2023, 08:45:04 PM
Depends on the behavior of the market.
You cannot just rely on one trading strategy because sometimes the plan can be disrupted by sudden economic or financial events. I don't stick to one, it gets boring and for different pairs, there must be a different behavior into which you will apply a different strategy.
Let's say Bitcoin versus altcoins. I prefer a longer timespan when it comes to Bitcoin but with altcoins, I don't do that. Trust issues. Memecoins especially.
There are moments when I want to do it manually if I have the spare time to be monitoring it myself on how one altcoin market behaves.
Just having one will not be appropriate and for me, this could lead to losing more forcing one strategy into a new plan.
Some people even prefer using different strategies for the same pair of tokens that are being traded only to see which strategy works the best since you might want to try different timeframes for a single token/coin trade. And some strategies might not work the same with different tokens or coins as you said, so one will obviously need to try a different strategy if they are trading a different token or coin.

Though I personally tend to stick to what's consistent I also believe making or bringing changes can be a good thing sometimes, you might not get the results you've expected in the same consistent way and a new and changed way might do wonders.
Really hard to think that you would really be sticking with just single strategy on which you would really be facing up tons of market situations on which it would really make you think on having or creating another method

or strategy on which this had been my situation on the time that i had traded up with this market. There's so many variations or situations on which you could be able to encounter on which it would really be just that
right on having the approach that you would really be needing to have another strategy on which you could really make use on a certain situation or condition, because if you do stick into a single strategy
and having this market which is movement is totally random then it would really be hard to make out some analysis whether it is really that something relevant or not.

We do have TA+FA kind of thing on which you could really be able to apply both method as long it would really be that beneficial for you. You cant really just stick into one just because you do believe
that it could handle out everything. Thats not how this market works and would something that too easy to handle out.
1184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: June 09, 2023, 07:22:38 PM
~snip~
They should understand and know that boxing industry is also a business industry which means that it is almost unavoidable that the sanctioning bodies and promoters will literally take advantage of the situation especially if they know that it will be a huge fight as that will mean a money in their pockets as well. Might be unfair to some, yes, but again, it is also a business.
^Definitely right and I agree.
People should understand and recognize that the boxing industry operates as a business. This means that sanctioning bodies and promoters often seize the opportunity to exploit situations, particularly when there is a highly anticipated fight that promises significant financial gain. While this may appear unfair to some, it is an inherent aspect of the business side of boxing. The financial success of these events translates to financial gains for those involved. Understanding this dynamic is very important to comprehending the decisions and actions taken by various stakeholders in the sport.

Well, they can try and get loud about the issue but it won't go anywhere because it is what it is. Every boxers have their own time to shine and it's up to them how will they take advantage of the limelight while they having the crowd's attention, and if people is not convinced about their skills and ability then there's nothing they can do about it.

People just cannot understand the fact that everyone can be a boxer but only few are born to be a champion and make a difference in the league/industry.

Yes every potential fighters have their time to shine and once it will become then for sure a lot of fans will support them and follow their fights. Like what inoue already achieve he is now one of the best of the best fighters in the whole world and maybe he have a chance to become a legendary in the world of boxing. All he need is to win this fight and for sure he can step to another division.
Every boxer would really be having that kind of dream or target on which they would really be acquiring different division belts but of course this wont really be an easy path or career to take.Just take for example on how Manny Pacquiao do able to get that 8 weight division record on which it is really that awesome for a certain boxer on hitting that. Some do only get that 5 or 6 as far as i remember. Therefore, this kind of
record isnt something that easy but if Inoue does have plans on reaching or breaking up that record then he might that on a fast track now. If he would be able to beat up Fulton then we might not know
that if he would potentially be moving another division after this.

Somewhat if he would be able to do such thing then i would definitely say that it wouldnt really be that so simple and it would be better if he would really be staying up on this upcoming new weight division
but if he seems that he could able to move forward then for sure i wont be shocked if he would be making announcement or team about moving another step.
It would actually depends on him but most likely he would really be doing that.
1185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please recommend a reliable Bounty Hunter... on: June 08, 2023, 11:32:14 PM
FireDAO is planning to launch our signature campaign and bounty campaign very soon. We know that there are alot of experience players here that can provide us very informative tips. Please recommend a few trusted and reliable bounty hunter so that we can have a great start when taking off our marketing campaign.
So you do want to have a good quality bounty hunters or promoters/advertisers on your project?
The main key is to able to get a good campaign manager on which these managers does have that kind of selection of quality participants.

I would recommend on these managers.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=366632
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=355846
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=881377

They are the ones who would really be the one to manage your marketing on which these are experienced managers.
So you dont need to worry. Just remember that there's no assurance about the result of the campaign whether it would be
positive or negative which these things cant really be determined. It would always vary on the project potential in the end of the day.
But somewhat handled out by best managers out there would really be that significant.
1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll management discussion on: June 08, 2023, 10:34:20 PM
I don't utilize a certain amount when I gamble. Everything depends on how my gameplay goes, but I try to maintain enough self-control to regulate and manage my bankroll well. But if I will estimate it, I think it only goes between 1-2% or at least 5% or my monthly salary though I only gamble when I want and not regularly and as much as possible, I only gamble with minimal amount to avoid excessive gambling.
We all know how compulsive gambling will affect our finances so we should always have self discipline when it comes to spending. There are gamblers who continuously gambling as long as they have funds and will stop when they are losing their bankroll and that's what we should avoid.

I can say also that I am allotting small amount in my gambling activities.
But when it comes to management of my bankroll, I am allocating higher percentage when it comes to sportsbetting.
For luck-based games like hi-lo, crash or dice, I only use like 1-2% so I can play longer.
As much as possible, I have my limits in gambling. Though sometimes it goes beyond a lil bit, but I always make sure I don't go overboard with my spending.
Would really be that situational basing up on what type or kind of game you are really that been dealing with on which using up 1-2% in luck based games would really make longer sessions which it would be unlikely when

you do make out bets on sports betting or playing poker games on which those percentages would really be more because it isnt something that way too risky comparing into casino games which it would really be normal on having this kind of approach. Bankroll management is really that suggestable to have because you would be able to enjoy up your gambling session or time further more because you dont really
make out such kind of all in thing when you do gamble.

You would eventually be able to find out for yourself on what kind of spending or style would fit you in. Its up to yours whether you would be liking for it to be that longer session or
would really be that impulsive on going all in specially when playing up some luck based games.
1187  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cz or the Sec who would you support? on: June 08, 2023, 09:16:48 PM
I'm not supporting anyone on this issue; both the SEC and Binance CEO are not completely clean; they all have what's going on for them under the ground. In as much as the SEC is claiming to be protecting their investors interests by deciding for them on what's safe and what's not safe, I always see a personal interest and attack over their past and present cases with crypto exchanges.

I'm not one to normally take sides on legal matters until I see the entirety of evidence either, but keep in mind the SEC hasn't been clear on the statutory language of crypto and their classification as either commodities or securities. They'll create a treacherous legal environment to begin with, then start filing lawsuits at companies they want to target.

Subpoenas start being thrown around (judges will sign them off without cause) and then the U.S. government can force company executives to show up to court, and if they refuse, they become immediate criminals.
Totally im with this on which im not really that a fan on taking sides when we do speak about legal aspect or matter on which if there's something that needs to be clarified and prove out then it should really be needed up to be presented and its not really that shocking that government sectors would really be targeting out those companies or services or whatsoever that they would be able to spot out. You would really expect that there would really be that pressuring type of condition specially into the ones who had been accused or sued out or whatsoever in correlation into it.

Im not really into that kind of supporting just because this is what ive been using for several years now in speaking with Binance. If ever there are issues and been proved out then we do
know on whats next but i wont be shocked if this one would be an another show made by SEC which it isnt something new.
1188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Sex Championship 😳, Will you Bet? on: June 08, 2023, 08:16:37 PM

Well, if anyone's in doubt, the word from the horse's mouth itself says it's not true ( Swedish Sports Fed as quoted by DW). Funny in a world of information, misinformation is still the winner in most cases, as many posters here prove.

Was just having some conversation recently about what qualifies as "sport" and while the physical exertion aspect appears to be lacking in many "sports" there is this criteria(on) that sex will have difficulty setting and that's rules.

Oh its fake. Someone part of me wishes this Sport to be true though.
Anything is possible these days just so people have something to do. One example of such crazy stuff that people are up to is the transgenders.

Why was this published in the first place or are they trying to check the crowd's opinion about sex as sport?

This is what on my mind too on which they might really be trying out to see on whats the overall reaction of people on why they do make out such news to spread out which on the time that they have seen that

people do see it negative then they had made it as a false news or fake one but if they have seen that there's so much support into it then they might really be having that able to launch that sex competition.

This is really indeed the dumbest idea ever if this was realized or really that make it happen. There's no way that it can be called as a sport considering on how its been done. Its really on that intimate
thing on which it cant be considered as a sport on what the heck they would really be able to score out such thing via those criterias or points? Come to think that once people would be tending to
look on television or on social media or streaming sites then it would really be considered as watching some pornography or in overall it isnt really that pleasant into the eyes of some or many people.
1189  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: June 07, 2023, 11:24:04 PM
take it calm and enjoy this bearish time by buying Bitcoin at a cheap price and hold it for the next 1 year,
if Bitcoin reaches $ 80k then you will be rich,
don't think about bitcoin in the future because if you think you can go crazy if it doesn't fit your expectations.

Actually the $80k figure has broken through a new ATH in Bitcoin's journey so far, and $80k is a big target, if you expect it in this year I don't think it will be easy to happen, unless the market continues to move on an increasing green line and from now on they are back at over $30k first at least. and maybe to enjoy the present moment is seasoned with buying or doing DCA in the market.
Bitcoin price movement so far this year has not occurred with a significant increase even quite proportional between the increase and also the correction that has occurred so I also think it is almost impossible that we will see a price of $ 80k, that is too high but not impossible, I believe it will happen but not in this year maybe in the next few years.
for this year i think Bitcoin price will move steadily and won't be far from $30k price.
For now, we are really that minding about breaking that 30k price barrier or resistance and later on we would really be minding about 40k and further on or simply with +10k increments overtime but just as said that this

wont really be that so simple because if we do really look around on which there are lots of issues and economical events and situations on which it do really make out some effect on entire crypto space, which does
simply means that it is really that hard to tell and hard to know on where it would be going in future years to come. Talking alone for this year then it would really be that impossible on reaching 80k or breaking its
previous ATH.If we do tend to look around on what most people been saying is that, these events or things could happen on bull run time but for now on which the market is really that lots of fundamentals
happening around, then it is really that hard to tell and assump out that it wouldnt really be that easy to reach out that point.
1190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? on: June 07, 2023, 10:24:03 PM
I experienced this many times in the past I still experience but I tried to minimize getting affected by my gambling experience, gambling is for entertainment and should be fun, but we are all just humans we get excited, we sometimes chase our losses, and sometimes our expectations failed us, so we feel remorseful.

This is normal but the most important thing is you manage to weed out your remorse and you must not let it linger in your mind because it's harmful and causes depression in the long run.

Expectations more than we earned, only brings us closer to been in a devastated form when our plans don't work out. Feeling remorseful after placing bets is the guilt that leads one to consider taking specific methods to gain money. It is not perilous, but if addicted gamblers feel regretfully, it is only for that moment. They would like to change their habits, but they can't because their entire thought is trapped in gambling. Betting and profit is one of the variables that leads to a desire to play more games. Gambling is never a choice, and if you're doing it for fun, there's nothing enjoyable about gambling; it doesn't even fit for pairing.

and to avoid such emotion, spend what you can afford to lose, the amount you can tell to yourself that you won't go broke because you lost it all in gambling. most gamblers are remorseful because they are allotting such money to other needs and yet, they lost it in their gambling activities.
You should really be like this on which you had already accepted your fate on the time that you had decided on touching or playing gambling on which losses would really be that casual or really that next in line.
You wouldnt really be having those feeling of regret is you have started on having that kind of approach on which you are already that anticipating that losses would be there. On this way then you wouldnt
really be making yourself that impulsive and making out such dumb moves or decisions just because you do find yourself that panicking because you had lost some money. This is which usually an action
made out by someone who are just new into gambling field.

Feeling of regret and whining and crying out later on is a sign that you are really just new into this field on which it is really  that important that on the time that you do gamble. Then its better
to anticipate those losses and its better that you should really meant out on having that fun and leisure.
1191  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A opinion on regrets on: June 07, 2023, 09:22:34 PM
I say don't miss any opportunity, I mean, as long as we can make a profit, we shouldn't miss it.
If talking about technology, I dare to promise, only bitcoin is the only coin with technology, the rest is garbage, just for speculation. Many people talk about altcoins having new technology and use cases, but have you seen any altcoins put into practice so far? Bitcoin was created with the intention of being a currency, unlike altcoins from ETH to all, which were created for the purpose of selling tokens for profit. The market is over 13 years old, and thousands of altcoins are said to be technologically superior to bitcoin, but so far, all of them are slowly dying out and being replaced by newer altcoins. Do you remember the names like EOS, LISK, and NEM...where did those new technologies go? And future BNB, SOL, DOT...all will have the same end.

Investing in altcoins is gambling and speculation, never think that they really have technology. They are all equally trash, and that's why I don't hate memecoins, as potential altcoins even lose to Doge or Shiba.
what makes bitcoin not be replaced by other altcoins. it's because everyone hears bitcoin more often than altcoins.
brands also have an important position to continue to exist like doge which was introduced by elon musk.

There's no doubt that Bitcoin would remain on the peak which it do able to serve its purpose aside on being the first crypto then it would be understandable on why its really sitting in top of the rankings which it would

really be continuing on upcoming years to come.Although there's no such thing about being guarantee because we know that no one could predict the future. We dont know if there would be some sort of altcoins would be surpassing out Bitcoins place or ranking. Everything would really be basing or depending on the community demand and recognition because if we do look around on which there are really lots of altcoins which surpasses out Bitcoin if we do speak about tech and other features but still the community had been still choosing up on the King or father of all crypto.

If we do speak about regrets about not investing into those early days then it would really be a common emotion to be felt off.We are imagining that what if we had able to accumulate into those
early years? For sure we do really have that lavish life as of this moment.
1192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you use a VPN on a casino, even if it is not allowed in their ToS? on: June 07, 2023, 08:59:28 PM
There might be countries who totally ban all sorts of gambling including the offline ones but for those who still allow some, it would be better if you play on the casino where it is fully legal. There is no need to use a VPN. I don't like this actually because I think it makes my existing connection slower and also my gameplay because there are now more than one app running in the background.

If VPN is not allowed by a the terms and conditions of gambling site, the more I will not use it but there might be some who continue and are lucky to not get caught. If in case it gone wrong, well I guess they will accept the consequences easily and just move on. It only becomes hard if we accidentally win a really huge amount.
I will also do the same thing if I can't access casino sites that are prohibited by the government of my country, I will not try to use a VPN because obviously it is very unsafe also in many cases the account is banned by the casino and can be frozen, so I it's better to play casino that I can access using my internet wifi without having to use a VPN.

I know there are other reasons people use VPNs, namely wanting to hide their real IP, but actually it's also dangerous if the casino marks them as users who violate the rules, usually there are also rules not to use VPNs, you should also read the terms and conditions of the casino before using VPN at least contact their service support.
Without question, your apprehensions regarding the employment of VPNs ring true, especially when considering the possible hazards at play. Indeed, as you've highlighted, one might face complications such as decelerated net speeds or extraneous applications leeching off your computational capabilities. Nevertheless, I'd advocate that a high-level VPN service would only inflict an insignificant effect on both your Internet velocity and overall system output.

Moving to the sphere of legality and user agreements associated with virtual gambling platforms, I concur without reservation. It's utterly critical to remain in strict compliance with the stipulations imposed by these digital arenas and the relevant governmental bodies. While the rigidity of rule enforcement may fluctuate, and a select few might evade repercussions, I must stress that such a path is not wise nor recommendable.

Diving into the aspect of concealing one's actual Internet Protocol address, though a VPN does proffer a layer of anonymity, one must appreciate its double-edged nature. There's a clear and vital difference between remaining anonymous and intentionally bypassing regulations. Ergo, it is absolutely necessary to peruse the terms and conditions diligently and don't hesitate to contact customer support in case of ambiguities!
When we do trying out to compare in between free and premium VPN then we could really be able to tell about its differences on which we know that having that premium is much better but if you dont bother out
then using up those FREE would really be that enough specially when you do really like to hide up your IP address and chance up according on a certain location. The thing that i dont really like is on the time that
using up this connection is way too slow which it is understandable.I never ever experience out with that swift loadings when using up VPN which it is really that pretty common.

In the question whether you would use something that it is against a casinos terms and condition, is this something really be that needed to be answered? This one only needs up common sense for you to have
that kind of action that should be made. Why would really be doing something which its against their TOS? You would really do know that if you would be able to do so then you are really that putting yourself
at risks on getting blocked or locked up funds because you have violated something which it is really just that a common thing to happen on someone who do loves on opposing those rules.
1193  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: June 06, 2023, 10:33:37 PM
There will be many people who define money. In terms of value, the function of money has so many benefits. Motivating to encourage people to further improve their self-quality power and develop their potential to achieve financially as expected. But often money is made into a god as if they forget that money is also a double-edged sword. Make a person forget who he is. Why is money so motivating? because in this day and age without money will be an obstacle. I admit everything costs money but that doesn't mean money can buy it. Therefore there is such a thing as self-respect, in economics, it may not be too strange that in fact, self-esteem is the only controller so that money can follow you. Skill, quality, and knowledge make you have value.
and then there are so many people who worship money. they would damage someone peace of mind for their own pleasure.
Money is a motivating factor I also agree because Money buys you the basic necessities of life in a medium to very high standard. But it is also true that money can be double-edged depending on how we use it. One thing for sure, money can't buy friends. At least not real friends. Money can't buy fun because all the work you put into it leaves no time for fun. Money can't buy the feeling that you are creative, interesting, helpful, observant, altruistic, or kind.

The human brain has not changed much since the stone age. Feelings are what make people happy. Everyone has their own feelings that will make them happy. For some people, the feeling that they are creative can make them happy. Others are made happy by the thought that they have improved the lives of others. Some people think that having lots of expensive things will make them happy but in reality those people tend to be miserable.
Money is indeed a motivating factor on which it is really just that understandable that people would really be doing their best and doing such hard work for them to earn because if we dont then we would definitely
be able to survive on day to day living, considering that inflation or economical problems does exist then living on this world would really be a huge challenge. This is why it would really be that better if you are really that wise on having multiple income sources on which you would really be able to sustain at least on living. It is really just that normal that money does really motivate us on making things or doing things on which we do earn money. It would really be just that a normal approach on having this kind of desperation on whatever things that we would be involving with.

If you dont earn money then you would struggle on living. How much more if you do have some mouths to feed? Support their living or give out their needs or simply having a family?
Pretty sure you would really be that mainly thinking up on lots of methods or ways.
1194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: would you play more on casino when your country plans to ban BTC? on: June 06, 2023, 09:16:57 PM
while your country plans to ban crypto trading but online gambling legal, you'll gonna to decide what to do with coins.  would you go play your coins to accumulate or just withdraw and wait for the government to change stance?  no other option.
There should be another option on the poll
*Doing nothing at all.  Grin

You wouldnt be needing to spend your crypto or Bitcoin if the things you've been dealing had been decided to be banned on your place. Trading and gambling is different thing on which if you do mind off on how you should gonna spend those coins then gambling might be an option but since you are involved on trading then it would be common sense that you are really tending to accumulate as much as possible
which it is really that contradictory if we do speak about spending those coins on gambling.

Just like the rest or people been telling on here is that we do have that non-custodial wallets on which means that we do still have the full control of our coins as long you dont touch up
centralized exchange and if you are really that eager to trade then there's platforms that dont ask out KYC so it wont be a problem and if you are still that hesitating
then we do still have that DEX which we could deal off with.
1195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lets Brain storm on how to limit losses... on: June 06, 2023, 08:32:48 PM
To limit losses, you have to have enough Conviction to cut losses when you need to do it, have no doubts and do it without further ado, firstly because when you lose hope, hope enters our brains, that everything will turn out well, but when there is a trend or a specific rally and we are not in that direction, the best thing is to stop , cut the operation because only then can losses be cut, that is something that almost nobody does and it is a big mistake, that is why hope is sometimes It is not very good when there is already a defined direction , that is why you must cut losses Quickly.

Trades either result in a loss or a profit, and a single is triggered. Risk management should be our top focus, and we should avoid deals that have taken a long time with no possible screenshoot or sight of rewards, as this is hoping for earnings that have not arrived. Although losses are unavoidable, we can limit them to a bare minimum. Limiting losses is only possible when we have a sound trading technique, are always planning for bigger chances, and are prepared for the worst in case things don't go as planned.

This is very easy, if we think that when we trade and we are losing, what does our brain say? maybe he will say and we in profit and the truth against one stranded position and this reduce the profit and less the loss and it can stop the gain in profit only in the but instead close the Position because that was our take profit, and we do not let that take profit close at 25$% and that from then on we put a stop loss and run it, is the best.

Knows how to stop midway would be always the best and something that could call it a day on the time that you are seeing that your profits in a certain day is gradually decreasing because of current or recent losses
on which closing up the position wouldn't really that bad because it would benefits you out but it cant really be avoided for you not to think those "what ifs?" into your mind on which will really hinder you out on
situations that you would really be needing to do so or planned. This is why mental strength and discipline would really be the key.

Limiting losses is never been simple. There are various things that needs to be reconsidered first before you would proceed. We arent that dumb for us not to know and realize those learnings on the time that we do
deal up with the market. As the time goes by then it would be impossible that you wouldnt really be making out those realizations along the way on which it would really be just that right that you would really
be needing to apply it into your future trades. This is the most basic approach or concept on how you would really be dealing up with your investment or portfolio.
1196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: June 06, 2023, 07:28:43 PM
I do not know if he had some faith or not, but I sincerely hope he is in a pleasant place now or at least in a place without pain and suffering, sleeping until he can be back to face our creator.

Completely heblart breaking.
Good catch. One who commits suicide enters a world where there is no sorrow, no misery, no human traffic, no war, no idols, no need for food. We all have to enter that world sooner or later. So there is no need to be sad. Like you, we will return to God one day.

Do not misunderstand me, I indeed think there is a reason to be sad, because in the end his life ended prematurely and he has left people behind who are suffering a horrible sorrow because of this.

Does it mean we all have experienced death, everyone is scared of it lol. No one knows what is on the other side, but nothing is interesting about imposing pains on ourselves and people around us. Like you said, his parents are half finished, no joy, no happiness and no laughter ever in their life. Such a thing is difficult to evacuate from the brain. Moreover, he is not the first student to risk his school fees on gambling, many students did this during my school days, how they managed to pay up after losing all in gambling, I don't know. The best alternative is to drop out from school, instead of ending his precious life.

Even if he dropped out school, still had the chance to come back after working or saving up more money, or even asking his family for help admitting he had problems.

Also, I had not idea it was so common for students to gamble with money they actually need to pay for their education, from reading this news I would have expected it to be rather a rarity than a widespread problem, specially in countries like USA or Europe, where people needs to ask for credit in order to attend college.

I know this is not about a young man in neither of those places, but still, it does not make sense...perhaps it was even money it was given to him, instead something he earned by himself.
This is indeed true or on point!

How these students able to accumulate such fund for them to play? Whats up into their minds on taking up some loan or borrowing money as if they are already making some income or having those sources for them to pay back? If they had been entrusted up by some fund and they are really that engage to gambling then for sure it would be high likely that it would be used up on there. Gambling addiction doesnt really mind whether you are young or old because once addiction hits then for sure you would really be having that huge problem on how you would really be handing up yourself on such situation or condition.

This is why that if you do decide on engaging with gambling then you should really be that responsible when it comes to spending up money or simply with your finances specially if you are still a student then it would be that just right that you should really be lessening out such engagement since we know that money is really that hard to sustain when we are still that dependent from our parents. Spending up that much would
really lead into disaster because you would really be finding for money for you to play. Better to avoid this while its still early rather than on playing more.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Sex Championship 😳, Will you Bet? on: June 04, 2023, 05:33:14 PM
Sweden has declared sex as a sport, and is set to launch its first tournament tagged "European sex Championship" on the 8th day of June, 2023, this means it's about 4 days left until the tournament begin?

We all can read the details on - https://m.timesofindia.com/life-style/relationships/love-sex/in-sweden-sex-is-now-a-sport-first-european-sex-championship-to-be-held-soon/amp_articleshow/100720445.cms

You as a gambler..
1. What do you make of this?, is sex truly a sport and is it supposed to be carried out openly?
2. If casinos pick this up and make provisions available to users to bet on this supposed European sex Championship, would you bet?

Lets have some serious and healthy discussion here..
What the heck did i just read up?

Never ever in my life which i do really see that sex is being a sport. I dont know on what comes up into their minds about making this thing as a sport? Basing on what i have read up on the article on
how the heck they would really be applying those criteria and how they would really be able to judge it up? It doesnt really make sense considering that this thing isnt something that
could really be that competitive or something that this thing is sacred in religion means and something that shouldn't really be ending up like this.

If ever this one would be pushed through then this one is really indeed a pleasurable kind of sport but for sure it would be only good on that certain place.
There might be participants but for sure it wont be that broadcasted.  Tongue
1198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: June 03, 2023, 09:31:15 PM
A gambling addict doesn't necessarily have to be a drug addict as well, some of them might be but those are very rare cases. A drug addict generally doesn't have any money to gamble and even if they do, they are mostly not in their perfect senses and someone without any sense cannot gamble and even if they do, they can never manage to win anything.

Gambling addict who doesn't think that they are addicted or need any assistance is never going to let anyone help them out of the situation, only those gamblers who acknowledge the fact that they are in trouble because of their gambling habit can be helped.

only a small percentage of gambling addicts are drug addicts and vice versa but in several cases in my country are many crystal methamphetamine users who gamble on slots even for days on end because the effects of using methamphetamine they use are insomnia and very self-confidence, so that's not no wonder they love meth so much because of the effects they can feel from using it.

people who become gambling addicts + drug addicts, it is almost impossible to be saved, that person will definitely easily ruin their life.
I agree, there is the mistaken belief that we can do everything no matter how difficult it is, however a person can stoop so low that is simply impossible for them to ever recover from it, and if a person develops two ongoing addictions then I would say that is impossible to save them, as at that point is impossible for them to not realize that what they are doing is destroying their lives and yet their desire to fulfill their want to keep their addictions going is stronger than anything.

Both addictions need to have a sell-will to address the problem but in your scenarios if both are being acquired and there's no willingness to seek help in curing this problem the person who are addicted from both gambling and drugs will keep ruin their life. Nothing to expect but to seek for keeping the pleasure and keeping their desire be filled.

The madness of keeping to have money to fulfill their addictions can force them to do illegal things.

As the addiction is already deep inside their brain and the only thing that's important is to make sure that they'll be able to satisfy their needs.
Addiction is something that could really be solved out with self will, it is really just that there are people who doesnt really mind off about the consequences and this is why they would really just simply
tolerate out their addiction into its fullest and this is why unfortunate events and situations would really be that something that would really surely happen into you. You would really be having only that feeling
of regret on the time that everything is messed up. Therefore, if  you dont really like for this to happen then you should really be that wise on making up decisions because if you dont then
it would really be that common that you would really be able to face up the consequences.

In speaking about addiction on which we a certain individual would definitely be doing all sorts of things as long as they could be able to play up no matter what. They dont really care on the current condition
or finances that they do have because they would really be that confident that they do still have money on their pockets until the time comes when they do realize that they have none already.
This is where self realizations would kicked in.
1199  Economy / Economics / Re: For average Joe advice about money finances and Investment on: June 03, 2023, 08:48:20 PM
There is a lot going on about Money finances and Investment.
If you don't want to learn too much about finances and money then simple BUY/SELL rule Will keep you on track.
But If you are average person you should follow this one. The mainstream don't want you to know this that's why so much fud and FOMO.
So it's been proven o et the time over and over again.
When Fed rates up .... it's BUY
When Fed rates down it's SELL
In financial world money the currency is commoditie the asset so If Money expensive you sell it If Money cheap you buy it.
And people tend to make this simple mistakes over and over again covid19 times was good example of that.

Easy to say but it would really be that actually hard to be done even if you do know those basic principles specially if its connected into economical matters then there's no way that it would be that precise for you to

to make out such step on the time these things would happen. Is there any assurance that price might go down or up with these sentiments? I have able to observe it out and for sure other people do too.
In speaking about economical events on which whether FED rates would up or down, there are indeed times on which it doesnt really care at all or this crypto space doesnt really correlate from time to time
when it comes to fundamentals and if you are really that following in some sort of pattern then it cant really be that precise from time to time.

This is why its really hard to make up some predictions in speaking about price movement or condition on such scenario. This is why whenever you do step your foot on crypto space then you should really
make yourself that get prepared for whatever things you would encounter randomly. Come or bare into your mind that there's no such thing about assurance on following with some pattern.
1200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: June 03, 2023, 07:15:14 PM
It's really a shame, this is really one of those sad stories that really tell the dark side of sports betting and gambling in general, I could not help it, but had tears rolling down my cheek while reading this story..

Another future father, a future millionaire maybe, young 22 year old boy with a promising future lost to suicide after losing his school fees, and that of his friend to sport betting due to gambling addiction..

We are in the 21st century, until when before people realize that suicide does not put an end to problem, but rather create more for those living??

This is really a sad story though, ya all can read it on https://punchng.com/how-ogun-student-committed-suicide-after-losing-school-fees-to-sports-betting/?utm_source=telegram&utm_medium=social

I hope we all as gamblers learn a thing or two from this, and go back and look at our gambling life and see if there is a thing or two that needs to be adjusted..
I pray non of us, and any of our relative shall ever be a victim of such a sad story 😢😢.
Nothing new on which suicides and other criminal acts or doings would really be the most common option for these people to see that this is the solution into their problem and at the age of 22, i dont really believe that this is really still that a young age for you not to be able to think on whats good and whats bad because we do know that this is already having that sufficient age but well when it comes to addiction on which it wouldnt really be knowing on what age you do have because even oldies or to those matured ones would really be still falling into making up some decisions which arent that even right.

Suicide is never been a solution and its true that you cant really solve out problems by this.Yes if its talking literally but come to mind that your loved ones would be still able to suffer on the amount or money
that you had left out specially if its a loan but this one speaks about school fees on which you could really still make out some explanation into your parents on what you have done.
They would surely be able to understand but of course you should expect about being scolded but its better option than on taking your own life.
