I really cannot understand why it is the manager fault if the team is not playing well.
Personally, I do not like Solskjaer at all and indeed he must leave Man Utd but the team had the same results when Mourinho was on the team for example. It is not a manager's fail but a team fail. The whole team needs to be reconstructed from the beginning.

It's true that the current Man Utd team (including ole) has failed to achieve good results in recent times. But in cases like this, The manager takes a much bigger blame because part of his job is ensuring that the team delivers solid performances. So if they're not performing up to par, it means he's not doing his job correctly. This man utd team hasn't changed much since he took over (tactics, playing style), couple with bad line ups/subs doing games.

Since last season Man Utd fans have called for Ole to be sacked so it's only a matter of time now. Mourinho got sacked after they were humiliated by Liverpool. After their defeat  to Tottenham, I'm sure they're considering possible replacements for him if there's not much improvement in the team's performances going forward.

Compared to players, managers have bigger roles to play.  For instance, when we signed Jürgen Klopp in 2015, he changed things around and Liverpool started competing for top competitions and winning them.

I agree that Man Utd is pretty much the same team by the time Ole Gunnar was hired.
However, this is not only his fault. The upper management is doing so many bad decisions and they do not allocate the budget correctly. What would be the reason to hire a player such as Cavani when the whole team is already broke? He is not going to help only if the team will be consisted of bonded players.

I am open to this idea as well if it happens in order to keep species away from extinction.
Especially, if it is considered to be used to people then I am against it. We are made different for a reason. Everyone has their own skills and abilities and if we are made identical then this is good for the society - we are going to be a same mass.
Otherwise, there is not any reason to clone.
123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 13, 2020, 04:57:40 PM
Maybe people talk like that, but in my opinion Barca has a much stronger team than Real, Ansu Fati provides great games, Griezman has yet to show what he knows and with Messi it is an amazing trio with having Coutinho as an assistant, Real struggled a lot previous the game may be a good environment and defense, but they are hampered by the attack.
Much stronger?! I disagree if you state "much stronger", how can? Real Madrid also has good players and they are possible to win el Classico. For me, Barca only has Messi in the front line as the most effective striker after Suarez leaves. While Real Madrid has no big difference in their main players. Both Barca and Real Madrid have the same chance to win in el Classico. Don't underestimate Real Madrid, they the winner last season, right?  Wink

I wouldn't say stronger but maybe equal.
It is the same when people say that Real Madrid is better ignoring what Messi has done all those years.
In the end, El Classico is a game that everything can happen in 90' minutes. A team might be in a good day or not. We should not underestimate neither Real nor Barca.

While I'm looking at one picture of Butler sitting and just head down with disappointment, I feel the guy. He has done his best and made the series long and he's one of the best contributor to the team. Just the last game he didn't scored that much just as his normal game play.
Mad respect to this boy.

Butler really gave it his all. We can really see the determination in Game 5 when he freakingly played for 45 MINS++++. You have got to really admire that hustle. It was just surprising that Game 6 was a blow out even though Dragic was told to be Active. I guess Lakers is the better team to really want to have it so bad (FOR KOBE!). All we can do now is wait for the trades in this end of playoffs and see which team can take it to the next level.

Butler brought Miami to the finals. After that it would be a miracle to won them as an individual.
It was impossible for him to face Lebron and Davis as they were on their top form during the finals.
Dragic was good but he is too old to carry a whole team and get the ring.
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 13, 2020, 04:49:58 PM
The best solution for Serie A is to take a break. It helps to quarrantine infected players and team members. After a break for 2 weeks, test again all team members and maybe prolong it up to 4 weeks. After that resume Serie A again. It is not bad in my opinion. Keep the league running like this will be unfair for all teams.

Ronaldo also has positive test result.

If last season, a few months break did not destroy the leauge, this season will have better ending.

Ronaldo is also positive and he played against teams such as Spain that could be spread the virus to another league as well.
If Italy wants to keep the Serie A going they need to stop the league for 20 days and then start again. it would be a better measurement because on the other hand we are going to see a longer pause if we see more infections on going.
126  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Good Salary vs A Career in the sector you love... on: October 12, 2020, 05:58:01 PM
Everyone wants a well-paying job and a lot to improve their careers ii am not satisfied with the sector in which I work.  in order to meet the needs of one's family one has to look for a good quality job while doing low paying jobs. I think low paid jobs are a lot of trouble and can't be found at the end of the day. you need to build yourself up in such a way that you can get a good quality job. Usually those who have less skills do this type of job and then come up with a salary increase.

Many times we have seen ourselves having skills that do not apply to the jobs that people offer to us.
This way, we have to choose if we are going to go for a high salary and a job that we do not like or go for a low paid job but in a sector we love.
Another factor is the fact if you have a family. People who have kids would go for the high salary in order to deliver to their children as they are their priority.

This tweet gives me a good chuckle, 2016, the price is below $1k, and now the the US has again, had their first Presidential debate, the price is well above $10k, so that's more than 10x gain in four years.

Wonder what will be the next price four years from the next Presidential debate? could the pattern repeats itself.

Also, in other words, EarnBet, the world's first online decentralised casino is close to announcing the winners of its Lucky Friday giveaways including a Samsung Galaxy S20 https://twitter.com/EarnBetCasino/status/1311322217523941376?s=19

I wouldn't say that it is so easy to hit 10x in the next presidential elections.
Just imagine for how long the price is stuck at 10.000. And apart from that, we haven't hit the ATH for the Bitcoin price which was hit almost 2 years ago. If we want a 10x we need to see some movement till the mid 2021 IMHO.
128  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm broke in real life. I lost most of my money. on: October 12, 2020, 04:32:18 PM
Okay long story short, I've been earning my money since 2014 by doing CPA and Pay-Per-Install campaigns from different publisher networks (these are the kind of networks that gives you $0.5 USD per install of an app) but now I've bellied down and I haven't thought of saving...

My question, is there anything else I can do to make money online that are somewhat in the grayhat and blackhat area?

While I'm aware that some people might take this post negatively and trash it because it doesn't affect them, I still have faith and is looking for some thoughtful advice or information that can get along way.

How can you make money by installing apps for 0.5?
In my opinion the profit margin is very low and you will not be able to earn decent money by that.
Another option is to make surveys online which still do not give you huge profits. I used to fill surveys when I was back to school in order to make some money for my daily activities.

Is it a big match vs Barcelona or Real Madrid?
Just wait for matchday 10 to know about it.  Wink
I can't wait for this match. Classic duel, I still choose Madrid to win.  Barca without Suarez will have a hard time to win, even with Grizeman, I think they need luck. Suarez is doing so well Koemen should regret letting him go. Apart from that there were a lot of other important player sales and until the transfer was closed I don't think they got a better substitute

Many people are saying that Real Madrid has the advantage due to the fact that Barca is not in good form but it is still a Classico and we do not know what would be the outcome in the end.
Both teams will play strong defense as usual and none is going to think about Suarez empty spot or replacement in the end of the day...

A 69 point lead now with 6 races remaining - Hamilton looks untouchable.

Hamilton is not going to lose this championship...
Only Bottas can make him lose it but he is far from the top now especially after Nurburgring circuit...
What makes Hamilton win those titles is that when he doesn't win he is still close to the podiums or gathers the maximum points he can. Bottas lost a significant point opportunity after retiring in this circuit and gave Hamilton a great advantaage.
131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2021 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifiers! on: October 12, 2020, 03:48:01 PM
I think most of the sport betting players play more the over 2.5 goals as that is a more common result in the majority of the soccer games. However in International games it is different, the teams play more cold headed than in League games as here the teams only want the end result to qualify and will play carefully to achieve that.

It is more common on other leagues.
In Nations League you cannot easily go for the Over 2,5 bet. Players are tired by games of their teams and they see the national games as something that needs to be done but with the less effort.
On top of that, they are not so bonded with the whole team as they train and play games not so usual.

here I don't understand with MU management, i think they are too early to decide to sacking Mou. (IMI)
I think it's not just management, supporters sometimes have the power to get the coach out. I've heard that Solskjaer has a lot more pressure after the big loss from Spurs. Then MU management began to approach Mauricio Pochetino to replace him. A difficult transition period after Ferguson retired. I think the coach needs time to win😅 especially when MU is filled with young players.

After Ferguson retired the whole Manchester United team changed.
In my opinion, it is not Solskjaer fault that the team is bad - even the fact that I do not like Ole Gunnar I still think that Man Utd will have the same results with Pochettino as well.
The management needs to spend money on the player and hire young talents from teams that promote them such as Ajax for example.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 12, 2020, 03:42:21 PM
Seeing the bad results obtained by Mancester United in the first three matches of the primary league, it is likely that Poccetino will replace Solkjaer's position, how can not bad results be obtained when losing to Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 1 - 6 will be a consideration to replace Ole's position. But it is still waiting for the next result after the break of the international schedule whether Ole can bring victory for Manchester United or stay with a poor result.

Congratulations to all Lakers fan out there, It was great season and it's been coming all along, also the best to honor Kobe Bryant's memory.

Another milestone for Lebron, you've just gotta admit he's one of the greatest players of all time, you don't need to be a fan to admit that  Cool
Kudos to the Miami Heat teams as well for putting up a decent fight, even when the circumstances weren't in the favour...

See you all in next season, and hopefully the atmosphere will be a lot better by then.

Lebron is one of the best and as his nickname says he is "The King".
It was pretty much done that the Lakers are going to be the champions this season - that was the reason why people lost their interest when Miami reached the finals. The better team won.
We should not forget though that Davis had a vital role in this team as well and performed well as Lebron did this season.

    Daniel Ricciardo Renault +0.954
    Esteban Ocon Renault +0.973
    Lando Norris McLaren +1.189

Pole for Bottas, the few new things used in Leclerc's car seems to work but remember the engine is still shit, they can't upgrade it till the new championship, what a stupid rule.

In this track, we also may see some overtakes in the 1st corner.

I can see that Bottas is so strong in the last races that we have seen.
He has made me believe that he is going to be able to get the championship in the end if he continues like that.
It is the same as when Rosberg where on Mercedes that he was driving superbly but he couldn't win a championship due to other internal reasons.
Let's hope that he is going to keep the P1 till the end of the race.
136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2021 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifiers! on: October 10, 2020, 06:33:10 PM
I think that Iceland will win the match against Hungary! In general, Iceland has good results in qualifying matches!

I also consider that Slovakia will win the match against N.Ireland... Wink

You are going with the favorites in both matches as I can see.
Personally, I like to bet on bigger odds so I am going to gamble on both ties for these matches.
Iceland is a strong team and they have good results in qualifying matches but Hungary is always a considerable opponent, especially if they score the first goal it is very hard to win them afterwards.

138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 08, 2020, 08:35:17 AM
I agree with you. Atletico will be far ahead in the fight to win the trophy this season. The team is good and they’ve gotten stronger by getting Suarez. Suarez is now in form. He played very well in Barcelona. I hope he played well in Atletico Madrid too.

Last season Barcelona had not only Suarez but also Griezmann and of course Messi.
Yet, they didn't manage to fight for the trophy they had a really bad season and the worst was the disqualification from the Champions League.
Suarez is not enough for Atletico if they want to win the La Liga. They have to make expensive purchases in the defensive line as well.

Last season, the Barcelona team had a lot of problems. Such as their coach was not successful. The coach did not have a good relationship with the players. Messi's trouble with the club president. These internal quarrels of the team affected matches. Moreover, the defense of Barcelona was not good.
Yeah, you’re right. Suarez is not much enough for Atletico if they want to win La Liga. It is never possible for a team to win a title without the contribution of everyone.

Indeed there were many internal problems but if you are a big club you should overcome them.
The most serious problem in Barcelona was the one with the coach - we saw in the past similar situations with players being disrespectful to coaches (such as the situation with Sarri and Chelsea) but big clubs have boards that can treat those situations successfully.

Trump is out and not in quarantine which is very dangerous that he is going to infect more people.
He released a video a couple of hours ago saying that he got a medicine which made him feel healthy and that the US has a ton of this medicine. This doesn't mean that his body is clear from the virus and he will not infect more people...
140  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus Outbreak on: October 08, 2020, 06:54:25 AM

As long as vaccines and drugs have not been found ................................

Ill Gates has been saying for years there is to many people in the world and something needs to be done about it.
7 companys work in vaccine dev. for SARS-Cov-2 he is finacing all of them.
Someone has to have some serious brain malfunctioning to inject that virus (vaccine).
[/quote]

You know that this vaccine is going to be mandatory for some people groups, right?
They are going to pose this measure in order to make people inject the vaccine, especially those who are old and those who work in the health sector, so this doesn't mean that they have brain malfunctioning if they are going to do the vaccine.
