I think they are gonna allow him some time. It's not gonna be that quick. The defeat from Spurs was humiliating one but they still have time to pick up the pace in the the table race and Ole earlier had also worked his team in such situations earlier so I think board is gonna give him some couple of months to make things right again at United.
I think they should give him a lifetime contract, he’s doing a great job In all seriousness I think he’ll get sacked before the end of the season but obviously it depends on the results they get. They look a really low quality team atm & I don’t think the board will have too much patience with him.

Seeing the bad results obtained by Mancester United in the first three matches of the primary league, it is likely that Poccetino will replace Solkjaer's position, how can not bad results be obtained when losing to Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 1 - 6 will be a consideration to replace Ole's position. But it is still waiting for the next result after the break of the international schedule whether Ole can bring victory for Manchester United or stay with a poor result.
A lot of people talk about Manchester united terrible performances, but nobody mentions the fact that City is also having a terrible start to the season a point more and lost to Leicester heavily. One thing clearer is that City got all signings while United did not. But in reality; the next 8 matches will determine whether Ole will remain as Manchester United boss; atleast a 6th win out of 8 will secure ole at the wheel; and also United need to find solution to woodward failures in the market; especially after champions league qualification got secured. Manchester united boards need to do better.

West Ham wants to buy forward Said Benrahma from Brentford for a cool $40 million. I see they can make great use of him in later games, considering West Ham's rally at winning it's last two EPL games, just in case something happens to their current forwards. Source: https://soccer.nbcsports.com/2020/10/11/transfer-news-west-ham-agree-deal-to-sign-brentford-said-benrahma/West Ham United are set to make one final signing during the domestic extension of the Premier League transfer window, as the Hammers have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Brentford winger Said Benrahma.
The 25-year-old Algerian international joined Brentford from Nice in the summer of 2018 and promptly went on to dazzle and delight Bees fans to the tune of 27 goals and 23 assists in two seasons. Benrahma was frequently linked with a handful of PL sides this summer, though a deal proved difficult for any number of reasons.
According to Sky Sports, West Ham will pay Brentford a transfer fee in the region of $40 million, which will break the Bees’ club record for the second time in as many months.

It should be a good deal even though the fee is on the high side. Benrahma would be a nice replacement for West ham's Felipe Anderson who is currently on loan at Porto for the rest of the season. Also, it would be nice to see Benrahma play in the Premier league after his impressive form last season netting 17 goals in the championship. I watched him play during their champions league playoffs in August. The deal might push through. What's left now is just to agree on personal terms. Brentford though, acquiring players for few millions and selling them later for 10x to 20x value. Real nice.

I really cannot understand why it is the manager fault if the team is not playing well. Personally, I do not like Solskjaer at all and indeed he must leave Man Utd but the team had the same results when Mourinho was on the team for example. It is not a manager's fail but a team fail. The whole team needs to be reconstructed from the beginning.

It's true that the current Man Utd team (including ole) has failed to achieve good results in recent times. But in cases like this, The manager takes a much bigger blame because part of his job is ensuring that the team delivers solid performances. So if they're not performing up to par, it means he's not doing his job correctly. This man utd team hasn't changed much since he took over (tactics, playing style), couple with bad line ups/subs doing games. Since last season Man Utd fans have called for Ole to be sacked so it's only a matter of time now. Mourinho got sacked after they were humiliated by Liverpool. After their defeat to Tottenham, I'm sure they're considering possible replacements for him if there's not much improvement in the team's performances going forward.
Compared to players, managers have bigger roles to play. For instance, when we signed Jürgen Klopp in 2015, he changed things around and Liverpool started competing for top competitions and winning them.

Yupp really great job , making opponents in a lot of advantages with their generosity to give the points away to small teams and taking points from the big six No matter if they sign great player like cristiano sancho and Messi at the same time they are still rubbish with the atmosphere that ole bring , they need a new one , a fresh start. Pogba might will reconsider to stay too.

For now, MU considered the bad results because they did not have a capable center-back. They are also trying to find players who are considered suitable for the team, which one of their targets is James Tarkowski. Based on rumour, Burnley put a price that is quite expensive for his players, with 50 million pounds. While MU may will start to open bid with 25m pounds. Regarding Ole, maybe MU will see the results achieved until mid-season. If MU still fails to compete in the Top-3, I think MU will take the decision to sacks him.

Reminds me of teams like Ajax and Arsenal, who make sure the club pay themselves by grooming talents, but at the same time, if you keep churning out talent and money, you suffer yourselves from a lack of success because creating a structure like that means few loyal players and that's part of what's needed for a winning team (at all levels not like Ajax just domestic success).

It’s easier to sack one manager than sell the whole team. The buck always stops with the manager, rightly or wrongly it’s just the way it is.

I still think that this is the start, even though it look bad but still has a chance to improve thing. The situation is similar for City, but I'm not sure it's because of Guardiola.

They have just won one match out of 3 and that too was against Brighton and they nearly had them in that. Its not too late though, they can bounce back but team need some crucial changes.

I agree that Man Utd is pretty much the same team by the time Ole Gunnar was hired. However, this is not only his fault. The upper management is doing so many bad decisions and they do not allocate the budget correctly. What would be the reason to hire a player such as Cavani when the whole team is already broke? He is not going to help only if the team will be consisted of bonded players.

Well they got some good players in the time. Van De Beek 40m Bruno Fernandes 55m Harry Maguire 87m Aaron Wan-Bissaka 55m He got some good expensive players.

Mind you that Manchester City have also won one match this season, against a struggling Wolves side, but they are still seen as one of the favorites for the epl title, that being said, I don't also think Manchester United can win the premier league just yet, but I don't think they'll fall out of the top four this season, except their bad run of form continues deep into the season, and teams like Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea have a good season. Imo, OGS would not be sacked till the end of this season, if he stays or leaves old Trafford will depend on where Manchester United finish in the table, obviously it already looks impossible for them to win the league, so it's yet to be seen if the hierarchy at United will be happy with a top four finish yet again and give ole another year as head coach of Manchester United or change their manager.

Top 4 in Premier League is not enough . Manchester United was 3rd last season and look at how tight his position is right now, there are tons of rumours about him being sacked soon especially after losing horribly against Tottenham. Its either winning the Premier League or Champions league to save his position The only decent players so far are just Van De Beek, Bruno Fernandes, Harry and Cavani ( yep I know he is on free agent ) IMO

too early if MU sacked off Ole at the beginning of the season, at least MU will give him a chance until mid-season. because there are a few new players who enter at the start of the season, it becomes a consideration, whether Ole can maximize their potential or not. if not Ole really wasted money. and By adding some new players, Ole should not always rely on the bruno effect like last season.

Has anyone else heard rumors that Mandjukic, a former Juve and Croatia player, after the failure of negotiations with Zenit from Russia, could sign a contract with Forentina and return to the Italian league? I'm not sure, after playing for a year in an exotic location, how much more Mandjukic can give as a striker in such a demanding league as the Italian league. What do you think?

I think he can definitely still do a job in a top European League, maybe as a squad player in a big team. He’s never relied on pace so his age doesn’t really matter.
