Markets react pretty heavy when coinburns are announced or listing on new exchanges. to be tactical 1: Listing on new exchanges 2: coinburn 3: continue with development. Not the other way around. Listing should be highest priority to get more volume. DUAL-KGW-3 (kimoto gravity well) is re-targeting mechanism. Dual-KGW-3 is developed, to maintain a real-time, aggressive diff re-targeting, by using a second, hard-coded KGW3 thread, to check against and to leverage diff re-targeting, in case you hit a block earlier than target-block-time. With this we have a limit of 1h/block. The above is the official explanation. In simple words, with this re-targeting system we will eliminate the big targets/times of blocks. When we hit a very fast block let's say 3secs block, the next block re-targeting to have bigger "hit" time like 4 hours block, so, the new algorithm will "re-calibrate" the new target to <=1 hour. I hope I helped with this. Thanks. So it still could last up to one hour for a new block to be found? I mean, the problem is not when a bigger miner hops on and mines several fast blocks in a row, but when he leaves and the difficulty is high, so no block will be found for a longer time by the remaining hashrate. It should help to show how organized and simple it is. We've disabled commenting in the poll channel,
and only designers can post their submissions. All we have to do is add voting reactions once the deadline

In the case of one logo submission last time, the votes went up 60+ just hours before the voting period was over.
We were able to see via the logs that is was a botnet that submitted all those votes which made removing
them and getting an *accurate* count an easy matter.

Until you have opened your Discord-channel, everything Mooncoin has been discussed here on Bitcointalk. Discord may be one other channel, but it is not THE channel.
Bitcointalk-users are NOT more inactive, even if you seem to transport this. Maybe they are working more in the background and you don't see it, because they do not call for some useless logo-contest every week.
Bitcointalk is not THE channel either. Look at what the starter of this community, MOONCOIN_FOUNDATION, is saying. This is a decentralized coin where no single place if the official channel. The Discord gets hundreds times as many messages a day as this ANN and there are a lot of projects being worked on. Like I told you before, there are a lot of good projects coming from there.
