121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weekly Review in Crypto Market on: August 08, 2018, 11:25:02 AM
And here we are with the worst market situation currently but very good one if you are smart investor.

This is the period which tells us how volatility is running in the blood of bitcoin and how it affects the whole scenario of market movement. Now the situation has arrived where neither bitcoin is in the bull and nor altcoins are marked as the sign of recovery.

Currently what I am seeing is big players are manipulating the market before we come to an end of the Q3 and thus start the year's last quarter to take the most profits out of it.

Thoughts on this thought are welcome!  Cheesy
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto money will kill fake money on: August 08, 2018, 10:48:00 AM
Bitcoin has no relation with the fiat yet and thus I dont believe in the idea that bitcoin will kill fake money. It could have done that job if bitcoin would have been part of the fiat system and where it is to be used for authentication purpose. But we see nothin like that in the current era and bitcoin may not help just now. If in the time to come we see that bitcoin has got merged with the real world and it is the main currency then these thoughts will come to existence and we can see heavily authorised system to differentiate and save us from the fake currencies.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency could benefit the world's economic welfare? on: August 02, 2018, 07:30:23 PM
Canada and the United States economic welfare may come through cryptocurrencies. Canada's Central Bank has published such a paper. Only the economic development of these two countries? Or cryptocurrency can bring economic welfare all over the world.

https://www.coindesk.com/central-bank-crypto-could-bring-economic-gains-bank-of-canada-paper/

What do you think about the economic world of cryptocurrencies?

Crypto currencies are far from what is being imagined in that article here. I think crypto currencies are not capable of doing that because they themselves have no solid support. Leaving behind the whales I can only see weak hands everywhere who use bitcoin and crypto's as medium to earn money and nothing else. As long as it doesnt end up having real use it cant be used for the national development or so called welfares around the globe. That process will get executed later in the time and not just now. This world is yet to understand the best of its characteristic and then we can think about the welfare really.

125  Economy / Economics / Re: Everything you need to know about the Bitcoin on: August 02, 2018, 09:07:23 AM
This is nicely arranged article mate and it will helpful for many newbies here. Even seniors too, good info.

Now coming back to the discussion mode here, I hate the people who keep saying that its anonymous and used by traffickers for their own use and ruining the regulatory system at all.

I guess during this process they completely forget that even fiat can be used for smuggling , trafficking and stuff like that so does that mean one should go and ban the fiat as well ? Come on man, bitcoin was created for ease of transaction. If bad people are ruining it then why good people has to suffer!

Referring to this point here :

6. Was the bitcoin used by drug traffickers?
So, when his initial goal was a certain anonymity. It has been used and continues to be used by sites that sell everything from weapons to drugs. In 2013, federal agents found and closed an anonymous e-commerce store with a turnover of $ 1.2 billion - Silk Road (Silk Road). However, soon his place was occupied by others. Joseph Stiglitz, winner of the Nobel Prize for Economics, recently said that bitcoin should be banned because it was designed to avoid regulation and "does not perform any socially useful function."
126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Needs Some suggestion to find the best exchange....!!!! on: August 02, 2018, 06:19:24 AM
From the reputable ones you have Binance, Bittrex and HitBtc. They have a lot of coins and the fees are not bad.

Indeed. These are the best shot for you.

Binance will benefit you in terms of fees. They have great program where you can use their official token that is BNB for using fees. This will benefit you by reducing your transaction fees by 50%. Thus their original transaction fee of 0.1% will be 0.05% which is literally tiny fraction for you to pay.

There are other benefits also for holding your BNB so do check their official site.
127  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain technology is not a trend on: August 02, 2018, 05:47:35 AM
Who says its trend, its not and it wont be unless and until it gets into the real world application. Say fro example, blockchain tech is being sued for the public services, railway stations, bus station etc where machineries are being ran over the blockchain. This will be the time when people will at leats have the general idea about what it is and why it is there. Also, we know about the blockchain because we are using crypto currencies for our daily works online, this way when people start using it then they will come to know about it. Thats how it works, unless and until you dont utilise something then you dot know anything about it.

129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to do this? on: August 01, 2018, 01:43:56 PM
I highly doubt that ICO's will end up like that because the new projects will be out there every other minute and guess what you have no control over it or no public decisions can stop them. Its free environment and kind of open source where you can code whatever you want, publish it and get money for it. You know very well we live in decentralised model where people come up with different usage of blockchain technology and thus gives us wings to spread anywhere. Well, ICO projects are similar to any IPO that we see in the stocks etc and thus its no different than real world only the difference is its in the virtual medium and people are gonna try out them for earning money.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON? on: August 01, 2018, 12:34:11 PM
Anytime i see some members of this forum asking "Is Bitcoin dead"?, or "Is this the fall of bitcoin" i just become speechless because it is so shocking to hear that within just six months when bitcoin improved the financial status of people last year without any hard sweating people have forgotten about it so soon. I now understand the saying that "Men forgets easily". Well i can't really blame them but I know the few Real Crypto Enthusiasts like myself still believe in BITCOIN and we are going to keep investing in it because we know that the its value will rise with time.

People tends to forgeg especially when they do not benifit on it. And in contrary, people tends to love something where they can get benifit. That is how human mind works, or how what it is some people thinks. But as we can see, no matter what is the state of bitcoin we do not need to worry anything.

Thats called as greedy humans. They have ability to get greedy very quickly and always want to have some more and more out of something. They think they should receive huge profits from the crypto currencies and king like bitcoin should benefit them in short terms. But they forget that it is coin with a purpose and its utility must be explored before any judgment can be made about it. To be honest they just put thousands of dollars in it and think that they will be rich by next month. Unless and until they dont remove such attitude they wont be understanding it and they will always come up with the terms which OP explained.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ask]Just Opinion Miners Vs Bounty on: August 01, 2018, 09:55:27 AM
Bounties are easier than mining mate because they come at the cost of your time and efforts. I agree that it could be disturbing at the end if we do not get anything from it but then also it’s best as we don’t loose our money. This is the case with mining operations where you need to put lot of money into its set up, cost of daily electricity and maintaining. Over the time difficulty continues to fluctuate a lot and might not give you returns as expected. So it’s bounty that I will choose.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New ICO's to Look Into on: August 01, 2018, 09:27:56 AM
Hi everyone, I'm currently looking to invest some spare cash into a good project, any of you know a good ICO to start with? I usually just do trading, but I'll try my luck with ICO's right now. I have a couple in mind, but maybe you know a good project that's also worth looking into right now.

That is good decision as well as very risky too. Yes, risk because ICO can be scam at a times and it could be best the fewer times. So you just jump in but make sure you jump into right ICO and right time. This is very important because you will be investing your money, and once you loose it then you loose the trust over ICO investment too. Better to have extensive research and see what others have got to say about ICO in which you are investing.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency exchange got bigger on: July 31, 2018, 03:59:59 PM
You just need to check COINMARKETCAP on a weekly or monthly basis and you will see more and more exchanges sprouting up everywhere. I am seeing new ones come every week and a lot of the ones that are coming our way are DEXES, that is decentralized exchanges as many people who can't do KYC/AML in certain countries just pick up the odd token from DEXES so they can hold for the long term. Let's see if an EFT will bring an influx of new crypto customers as well to existing exchanges.

Yeah that is true, they all are exchanges which are decentralised and thus they are just based on the same source code of DEX. I guess it pity how people are applying their knowledge to create more junk out of one junk. This is diluting the crypto currency trades and making the market more volatile. The reason that one can not handle crypto volume and prices over the decentralised exchange gets it more complicated and thus projects are affected badly. Literally anyone can list any coin over there and start trading it and thats the thing which makes any coin unofficial.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Should the U.S. stop importing from China? on: July 31, 2018, 12:54:54 PM
I thinking on this matter is don't stop, but slow it down. I don't think we should stop imports from China at all. I do believe that we should cut down a bit and start making our own products. We were a country built on manufacturing. What happened? Did we get lazy and in good times we decided buying cheap would be faster? This is a major reason the economy is where it is today, we stopped making and chose buying.

Well that is called as maintaining the international relations and at the same time maintaining your countries economy in proper way. The corporate relations are very much different, the cost cutting and labour cost is touching the skies and I guess such importing makes things very much easier for most of the manufacturers. US is giant continent and its needs are expanding like space so its always better to have extra sourced facilities to work for them. Its cheap and that cheap process is what making products and services cheap inside the country as well. So its benefit for the people and nation as well.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: What expectations have not been met in cryptocurrency? on: July 31, 2018, 11:29:41 AM
I believe everyone had some dreams to achieve when moving into cryptocurrency. Which part of it has not been met yet?.will they be met anyway?

The only thing that bothers me int he crypto currencies is that they are not being used for anything. We are just storing them by buying them, in the hope that we will see price hikes and we will earn huge profits from that. Well that kind of mentality has become for us when we use the crypto currencies. We are not really using them for any real purpose, that is expected thing from the crypto's and to be honest its been long time now since when the crypto currencies has become our life. I guess at least that much features should have been out there for it.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: July 26, 2018, 09:49:40 PM
this may be a very good signal, we see in this week market only bitcoin which has good growth in the market, I see in exchange also higher buy volume, but I wonder why ethereum and altcoins like LTC, XLM, TRX did not go up , there are many who argue if bitcoin prices rise then altcoin will rise, is this wrong.

With the current bull run only bitcoin is the one looking very healthy and there is obvious reason of its popularity and right time of investment! People are now crazy about it because they see themselves selling the bitcoin at the rate of 20K USD one more time just like they did in last December. That is one of the biggest reason here and thats why people are selling the altcoins and lowering their values. May be this explains your second question as to why LTC, XLM, TRX etc are down at the moment.

138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the usual mistakes that newbie traders usually do? on: July 26, 2018, 07:44:49 PM
As a new kid in the cryptocurrency world, we often have our share of first mistakes in trading which helps us to be able to become better and wiser in the next transactions. What are these usual or common mistakes that newbies commit?

There are lot of topics about this but here is the snapshot for you to go through he safe tips.

- Research the coins that you are going to hold for the trades.
- Never invest in the coins which has got just listed over the exchanger, Give sometime to it and let the investors jump in with big guns.
- Do not go for under ranked coins at all
- Never be greedy while trading and dont try to get too much profits. Its always harmful and your trade can turn upside down.

I guess this is good for the start up people and eventually you can learn more.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How we can stop scam ICOs lanching? on: July 26, 2018, 06:42:32 PM
I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?

We simply cant do that by all ourselves. Scam ICO's should be recognised individually and must be warned to everyone on the forum before they catch others and scam them.
You can only get awareness about it this way but you cant simply ban the ICO's or hunt the scam ICO's and close them. Remember we are on the decentralised stage and here everything is ran over the public knots and we can not stop anything here as long as it comes under some jurisdiction etc. If there had been any way then I am sure we would have ended up closing almost 90% of the ICO's. lol
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bots on: July 26, 2018, 03:08:31 PM

(mostly because I was using them In the bull run and the bot didn't konw how to handle high jumps accordingly, making me lose money).

Thats the reasons met behind all the failure and its too good that you came to know about it by all yourself. Well this is the prime reason why bots fail always, they dont know how to act to the market situation according to these trends. Crypto currencies are hard and fast when it comes to the trading, they could go up and down very fast and thus create situation unrecognised by the algorithm of bots. These scripts are just art work of similar algorithm, and when thousands of users use it at the same time and thus it could fail and bot to bot fights might just start. Finally they can fail. Tongue
