301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's looking bad. It's looking real bad out there on: May 24, 2018, 01:43:26 PM
The funny part is when I do a google search to find out why the sky is falling I see results from months/years ago that could exactly describe what's happening right now. It's like being emotionally connected to the past

Then dont get attached with it emotionally!  Cheesy

It would be really bad idea to do that as you will loose your patience and might not trust the crypto currency ever again I the long run. The first rule of the crypto currency is the same, dont get involved with crypto if you are going to do that emotional way.  Tongue

For time being you can try out buying of the crypto currencies at this point and see how they benefit you when there will next up surge. Then you will understand the real importance of it mate.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Portfolio is Down on: May 24, 2018, 12:16:12 PM
If I have converted my portfolio to fiat two months ago, I will have 50% profit if I'm to invest the money back at the moment. I have learned a lesson again

If your portfolio is down at the moment then you just have to wait for the right time to sell it again. The prices for the crypto currencies a two month ago were not much higher than what see today. It could be around 20-30% drop since then and it is very normal to see that currently. We are seeing just the bearish trap which may get resolved sooner than we think and it would be unrealistic to make any assumptions about it at this very moment. Ideal move would be to wait for some more time, see where market heads itself and if everything goes in the positive way then you can continue holding. You will soon be able to recover the investments.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite blockchain project?? on: May 24, 2018, 10:37:58 AM
There are so many blockchain projects are opened everyday. I want to involve with the real and prospective one.
Could you please share your fav blockchain project or the way of choosing the best blockchain project?

Thanks for your sharing.

You must try to get involved with IOST project. They are perfect scalable solution over the blockchain technology for transacting the currencies. IOST has already solved the scalability issues obtained during the transactions over the blockchain and thus are already one step forward to most of the big platforms like BTC, ETH, EOS and much more to talk about.

I feel that this project will grow to classic level in the future and you have chance of getting into it as it is very cheap at the moment and thus you can buy sufficient enough of IOST tokens.
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Verge can do better in future? on: May 23, 2018, 06:50:12 PM
The coin is really doable now as it is getting played by the pornhub. The site itself has thousands of daily visitors and im sure the porn greediness myst be attracting people to use their service. With crypto currency like Verge it has just got better and anonymous to pay. No more credit card stamens showing that you sued the card over porn site so its perfect blend of everything. I think this coin will get more attention in the future and it is possible that it will go double or triple than what it is currently.  Wink
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins which is good today to buy on: May 23, 2018, 06:04:48 PM
right now I want to buy altcoins, but I am still confused to choose a lot of his altcoins on the exchange, in your opinion, which altcoins is the best thing right now for me to buy?

No need to be confused. Just keep watching this thread for long time and you will see some very common suggestions. When you get common suggestion about specific coin or coins then you can understand that it is the coin of choice investors has made!

So just try to focus on them and you don't have to be very confused about it at all. The more votes are given to one coin then more invested one it is. :-)

Altcoins however are getting down the line today so it is the perfect time to buy those in bulk at discounted prices.  Wink
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO vs No ICO? on: May 23, 2018, 03:30:49 PM
Those are good points and off course your No ICO analysis is good as well.

However this is crypto space and it completely void when new coin is formed. To be frank they do need lot of money to work on the prototypes, real modelings, and further products and services development. When ICO is offered they are actually from the companies which starts with scratch. So the only funding source that they get is the ICO.

Even with the real world IPO concept is very popular when it comes to the setting up of start u businesses. IPO is just Initial Public Offering where company proved stocks with very tiny rates.

So you can imagine why ICO is important as well as it could be confusing too.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Participating in bounties with low allocations on: May 21, 2018, 01:39:03 PM
I think that is all right to get those 100 bucks rather than getting nothing in the hands. Now a bounty hunter would be person who will participate in more than 100;s of the ICO in a month and thus if even 50 of them turn out to be green one and pay you 100 bucks each then you end up earning at least 5K USD after months of work. So it doesn't matter how much they are paying and depending upon that you should be paying attention to it or not. But its all about how much time you can devote by yourself to make nice fortune from scratch. At least thats some money, many time people dont even get pennies in their hands.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Reviews, trust them or NOT? on: May 21, 2018, 12:22:36 PM
I knew it that they are paid once! Off course who would do that job for free anyway as everyone here is to earn bucks for themselves. ICO reviews are literally paid one and this can be proven from the fact that every other ICO that I see on the forum has rating over 4.5/5 or whatever scale they use but its always more than 90% good auditable score. Thats the fishy thing there. If they all had the same score then why we get scammed in the alter stages of the ICO? Why such high rates people run away with our money. Because they make investment on the ICO rating, attract people to put their money.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why KYC should not be asked from the Bounty Participants! on: May 21, 2018, 11:33:32 AM
Hm, this is really next level of the bounty programs these days. But for now we may not need to worry much because there are not many who are asking for the KYC. I agree that it could be pain in the back if some of them ask for KYC after working for months on the same project and getting nothing just because we are insecure about giving away out personal info. So yeah in that case it could be an unpleasant experience for us but I think managers will do take step forward and tell all the bounties that they shouldn't be asking for such critical documents. However there might be some who could be dominating one but in that case we should just let go everything.
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: multi-currency wallet on: May 21, 2018, 10:50:45 AM
Why not try the most popular wallets like MetaMask or MyEtherWallet. They support almost every other coin that comes out as ERC20 token. You should be fine with these two wallets as they does not carry your Private keys at all. You can either download the keystone file to open up your wallet or you can just have the private key to access it.

These wallet do not hold private keys so the developers can not access your funds. Put as much as you want and any supported coin that you want. All under single roof.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is China government upto? on: May 21, 2018, 06:01:06 AM
There are only two possibilities with this country. Either they are very very confused about the crypto currencies OR they are making some revolution within the country and hiding everything until the projects completed.

But I am afraid we can not predict anything about them as there was time when they completely vanished the idea of bitcoin and all other crypto currencies a year ago. Now they are trying to be giants in the crypto exchanges and there are still some projects like NEO which are running with high speed in the country.

Sometimes we cant even predict what they really want and what are they upto. May be they will surprise us with something really bad for us. Lolz. The same way they did last year.  Grin
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart invest on altcoins ? on: May 21, 2018, 05:19:42 AM
Precautions : Altcoins are risky when they are in the ICO phase. So if you are not sure about the project then you dont have to take the risk of investing into it during the ICO sale.

Moderate Risk : You can aways have risk anytime in the crypto currency so if you want to avoid the risk then this is the level you always have to face anyway. This can be done by investing into altcoins which are already listed on the exchanger and they are having good volume.

Usually such altcoin can be found within Top 100 who keep receiving daily volume thus making the project practically alive!

Few suggestions for you to get started :

IOST, ETH, XRP, TRX, XVG, and SCL.

317  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: MARGIN - Yes or NO on: May 19, 2018, 06:00:22 PM
Is that the google transaction I am reading all over?  Tongue Google has to work better man!

Anyway, Margin trade is like last option for me if I were told that I can not do normal trading, day or swing trading etc. I mean why choose risky zone if you still can have easy to ways like swing trading for instance. Margin trades will always take up your profit while shifting the currencies or swapping them and thats why its bad idea to go with that way. At least for me it doesn't work effectively.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / IOST Campaign has open its doors one more time, Read more.. ! on: May 18, 2018, 12:07:11 PM
I am one of the participant of IOST campaign which was held for four weeks. I already published the results of this campaign earlier where IOST has risen from 200 satoshi's all upto the 800 satoshi's which was all time high after its campaign.

Now the question is, they have again started their campaign and is it likely that we will see huge pump for the IOST one more time?

Will it cross over the rates of 1000 Satoshi's ? As it is already trading at 600 Satoshi's now and thus it would be far easy for it to cover the next 400 satoshi and meet ATH of 1K Satoshi.

319  Economy / Economics / Re: Making crypto succeed in the real world? on: May 18, 2018, 09:11:10 AM
Wallet alliance? No man, its not about the wallet itself. Those things will never matter as they are just processes of transferring, storing and retrieving the info about the coin. Thats virtual thing, an android app for instance!

What really matters is government approval to all these things. As long as reserve bank of each nation dont come to the same page until then we are not going to see that one happening really. The wallet creation has become very easy these days and there are literally thousands of them both regulated and unregulated one.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: does it feel like 2014 again? on: May 18, 2018, 06:39:10 AM
There was an article which I read yesterday which stated some technical calculation based on the graphs. Im not techie one to understand that but they clearly mentioned if bitcoin is going to drop below 8K USD (which is about to) then it could happen that we will run into the bearish trend and might hit the low rates of 6-7K USD.

However, they analysed the further data with 4 hours scale and stated that if we do cross exactly 8,600 USD rates then we will turn the trend into bull run.

Now either your post which is based on hypothesis of 2014 data OR this article based on fresh data of 2018 is going to be true. The question is which one is true and on what we should rely on.
