981  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: August 10, 2017, 06:26:18 AM

Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?

Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.

I think from now onwards it would be very hard to fall back to dark ages for bitcoin. With recent hard fork we experienced panic selling of bitcoin and exchanging with alts too. This led to dramatic drop in value of bitcoin to $1800 but not below that. It means even with the biggest panic scenario it did not go down below to three figures.

So as you stated here
Quote

may not really happen real soon. With the time devs are making advance moves in the blockchain technology and continuously upgrading the bugs. This will keep bitcoin held to greater values always. So it will take worst case scenario to make it fall like that, may be government implementing rules and regulations or may be world war for instance.

983  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining Farm cooling. Circulating or suction? on: August 09, 2017, 02:10:45 PM
I was thinking about this for pure ten minutes and imagined what could be done. I think suction is not best option or not enough option to cool down your miners.

As your brother stated here
Quote
best to put single tubes on the end of every antminer and connect them with a big tube
this looks little incomplete to me. With suction you will be creating one way drag of air load and this will make your big tube very very hot. As there is no air circulating from outside in, this will again heat up the rest of room due to that bigger tube as for now it is working like radiator. To overcome this one you will have to put in stream of cool air from outside which will balance the room atmosphere. Believe this is what will happen.
984  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is your stratety in trading on: August 09, 2017, 01:50:50 PM
Trading is my life now a days and I have been doing it with lots of pairs of BTC/xx. The best pair for me is monero, ripple, crb, ETH. These are top most traded by me. My strategy is to focus on these pairs because they are kind of lucky for me and I know these pairs very deeply. So I understand when to buy them and sell them by exchanging with btc. I don't invest in any other pairs without understanding the nature of their trend and the trend must be available for at least one month period. With this much data analysis it gets easier to know whether coins will rise up or sink down. Learning the open and close at perfect time just by relying on news and trends.
985  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price BTC after 23 August? on: August 09, 2017, 01:30:46 PM

How think what price BTC will be after 23 August?

I think $4500

Yes I completely think so. We can refer the current situation with the 23rd one and correlate it to know what price could bitcoin have at that time. It seems bitcoin has already moved to +500 USD since a week and it won't be difficult for it to surpass the price of 4K really. This would be another effect of segwit2x activation and making bitcoin economy really healthy.
986  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining vs Hashflare Review - Which is better? on: August 09, 2017, 12:50:17 PM
I believe in your data analysis which is nothing but calculated maths. The thing is these numbers look very promising and you feel wonder that why I should not invest in it. There lies a very important reason behind this, the legitimacy of cloud miners. Truth is there are only few of the cloud mining sites who are promising the payout. The genesis and hashflare are one of them but I would advise you to put your wealth responsibly on these sites. They are paying "for now" but we are not sure about tomorrow. Cloud mining works on the basis that user invest money and this money used for maintaining the mining rigs on the other side. For this they provide you hashrate also which looks pity as to how they might be maintaining profits. There is ambiguity how they might be catching the break even point after the costs of expenses. Anyway the legit answer for ambiguity is not to invest really.

991  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is cloud mining safe? on: August 03, 2017, 06:30:11 AM
This is really been asked at least hundred times in this section and in the mining section too.

There is no such thing like cloud mining because they don't really exists. They pose like they are mining but there are no hardware in the background and you just see numbers and calculators on the website which makes you feel like you are mining something. The idea is ponzi kind of and must not be trusted.

Recently seen pictures of hashflare rigs, the team working on it but I don't believe in pictures too. So just be aware while investing, rather go for trading or simply do campaigns.
992  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Could Coinbase be forced to support BCC? on: August 03, 2017, 06:20:13 AM
That's really ridiculous idea to think on. Crypto world is decentralisation system where there is no rule. You can not really force here to anyone to accept something if perform action which they don't like it.

So simply we can say no it's not possible. Why would they.

993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC cash an altcoin? on: August 03, 2017, 06:10:10 AM
Yes it perfect altcoin and no one can change the fact really.

You can read theymos thread in the bitcoin discussion to understand why it is altcoin and how to acquire it if you really into it. As a definition altcoin stands for alternate coins in which bcc fits perfectly. So yeah you can call it that way. Originality of bitcoin is still preserved and to the date there is no one like it.

994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You SATISFIED With AUGUST 1? on: August 03, 2017, 05:49:47 AM
Many of the people seem to be very happy about it but not everyone has got the cash really. I think unsupported wallet did not make this happen and no cash was distributed to them. As if now those who got it must have sold it immediately like you. That's the value of BCH really which is not worth. It got dumped immediately like anything.

995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with BCC on: August 02, 2017, 04:37:08 PM
I'm really not interested in the bitcoin cash. That altcoin has really started the headache to everyone who are against it and don't want any foreplay with it.  Roll Eyes

I'm just thinking to put money into bitcoin and bitcoin mining which now seems to be distributed amongst two friend BTC and BCC.

But as piece of advice blockchain and bittrex should give full support to them. They are the only good clients for your BCC.
996  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex scam? on: August 02, 2017, 04:21:59 PM
First of poloniex is master player in the world of exchanger currently. They are not scam by any way and they won't be after looking at their net worth profits. Lols.

Anyway here is your own mistake as you depicted here:

Quote
I then noticed that I had included VPN O_o

You yourself gave them the reason to froze your account. You have only option to email them and explain them whole situation like you did it here. They will ask you security questions may be and or will try to figure out how you are related to the frozen account. So best way to let them investigate the problem.
997  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining vs Hashflare Review - Which is better? on: August 02, 2017, 03:54:18 PM
Mining works only in hardware not in the clouds buddy. These two sites however has shown amazing potential in the cloud mining industry and they are paying to the customers really. But cloud mining as always listed under the ponzi sites and it's better to stay away from them. They actually have no supporting evidences that they will run for lifetime as your ROI is decided on the investment you are doing. It can take up to five years to get it back then you start earning money from it. So who knows when these websites will stop or turn into junk yard. Better keep it low investment if you still want to go for it.
998  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading Forex with Bitcoin deposit/withdraw on: August 02, 2017, 03:17:54 PM
This list is long and one of the links not working now. Are these brokers still working for the bitcoin? This looks really nice option for those who want to exchange the bitcoin and trade it for the forex market. Sometimes I feel there are many more talented minds around.

However, I'm worried about my security concerns with third party applications, so I never went looking for brokers really. I kept myself in the boundaries of exchangers and trading platforms which I'm close too and can trade directly with. May be I'm gonna give a shot to one of these. I know forex is having great name around the world but worried about broker things. Anyone recently been using them? As this post looks too old to be considered for now.
999  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 02, 2017, 02:52:15 PM
The best way is to invest in bitcoin for long period of time. Like really long and that's five to ten years. For best results you should invest in bitcoin (buy at low) on monthly basis. This will add up with big interests rate due to fluctuations in the market. Every time you will buy bitcoin at lower prices you will have bigger window to earn return of investment.

But, do not hurry of withdrawing money immediately as our target is to earn back 50% of ROI. So you keep it for five years minimum which will pay you back unimaginable interest rate. Just do the analysis from 2012 year and up to 2017 then you will come to know that you could have earned 60 percent of payback.
1000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safe to make transactions now?! (2 august 2017) on: August 02, 2017, 02:23:29 PM
I guess theymos has already announced all clear mark! We should be fine with any kind of transaction now. As you said that your transaction already got six confirmations it means we all are good to go now. Already most of the wallets were not going to support this thing so they won't be having any problem for users to do the transactions. So it's time to get back on track.
