401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bad/good news relationship to the price? on: April 19, 2018, 05:23:15 PM
do you think that there is a correlation between the price of bitcoin and the news trends ?? I check the google news for "btc" everyday and I noticed that in the previous months when bitcoin's prices were dropping, the news were all grim and calling btc to be dead. however now that we are seeing a "potential" reversal (this could very well be a trap) I am noticing that the news are positive mostly.

so what I think is that the news are reflecting the "emotional" state of the market and what investors are feeling about bitcoin, and now for the most part it's positive.

Obviously where have you been until now? Thats the case man and that is what creates the FUD in peoples mind and sometimes people create such FUD's to move the market. The good and bad news are such pivotal things that they could drive the market crazy. Remember the last china news that spread all over the globe news channel then immediately after that there was mega dump of the bitcoin. Yes news was true but it was bad and market reacted to it very very quickly. Thats what the power of news channel is. Off course they will always make news which look more dirty to grab the attention of reader and fear will follow too.
402  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader Future life? on: April 19, 2018, 12:41:32 PM
How is trader life in the future?A trader is the country's wealth?
You can see that at present the market is fluctuating continuously and very different, bitcoin prices in recent days are very strong fluctuations and can completely commercial success if the short-term surf. The market is in a downtrend so trade will be more difficult and you have to plan more commercially.

I am sure the market is completely healthy and trying to get up in meantime. This is actually good time to enter the market and seek for the more investment possible. However I dont believe in the commercial success but only the individual success at any time. There is no way a trader or more boldly a crypto trader is liable for the commercial success or who can help the country's wealth as the OP is mentioning here. The crypto trades are virtual and whatever money is generated is generated from the circulation only and the balance is kept same at the last. The country's wealth would increase if there is trade between the products and services and the money.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I invest? on: April 19, 2018, 11:49:53 AM
I am looking for projects to invest, any good idea for me?

Hm, it depends on what exactly you are looking for! I mean if you are looking for something big and long term then you should start with completely new ICO projects are that being released. Get into them as Early Bird investors and position yourself to receive huge profits after very much long period of time. There one project like that, insure pal and jibrel network. However you have missed the early bird chance but you can still get in as they are already having good roadmaps. I never leave one more project and never tired of speaking about it called as Sociall one. This is huge step forward in terms of social networking and could result in best investment of all time.
404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie in crypto trading, whelp! Bot or human? on: April 19, 2018, 10:35:22 AM
Dont worry you will get your share of pie soon if you try to be consistent with the market. BTC and Alt trading is not big thing unless and until you dont go crazy about it over the time. Just stick to what you are doing ad you should be fine with your trades. Bots are anyway sucker punches they dont come easy and they have set of rules on which they buy and sell. They dont think and just stake everything,.

Better choose to do manual trades all the time, they are best and you can think on your own which is the right time to buy and sell anyway. Consider first few trades as your trainee period and once you get feel for what you doing then you can easily make up the good trades later on. Just do it emotions free.
405  Economy / Economics / Re: Only a mature and regulated crypto market will attract big investors. on: April 19, 2018, 10:01:35 AM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/2018-mature-crypto-market-will-draw-more-investment-see-less-volatility-analyst-says

Obviously as an investor you understand there are risks but out of all the exchanges out there, i can think of 2-3 that I would personally trust with my money and in my case we are only talking about thousands, imagine a big player with millions using etherdelta or some other retarded exchange, no way that will ever happen. Even big exchanges like bittrex, not long ago, they fucked up and made everyone wait months and months to get your account enabled or verified. Why would any big player invest in crypto when the risk is so huge, there is literally zero safety, any exchange can run away with your money and you can barely do anything.

But isn't this is the crypto where nothing is so sure and you can not make proof of stake depending upon what they say when they are developing the projects or market place itself. Its all about the uncertainty of the projects in the crypto which should be more or less depending upon which you can just make your decision whether you want to invest or not. I am the guy who always work on the principle of risk assessment and there is nothing like mature market or regulated one. Thats the personal experience talking about the whole scene here. Believe me I have tried to search investments which you are depicting here but nothing was worth spending time on to.
406  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that bitcoin immune from hacking & fraud ?? on: April 19, 2018, 09:30:52 AM
Consider the value of bitcoin,it has made exchanges prime targets for hacking, and thus has made hacks there quite lucrative..
I mean the anonymity and irrevocability associated with bitcoin transactions means that the money lost is also irrecoverable, CMIIW..

Yeah, it is kind of immune but dont forget that it has been made by people only and it could be hacked if some intelligence come together and tries to identify the missing pieces altogether. Its not really immune as I said but with all the safety features that we have gotten today and if we use them for real then we can actually make it very very secured one. Lets not talk about the anonymity of the same as it is really pseudo anonymous and do not hides itself completely. You can check from where the money is being sent and received and thus if the addresses are receiving bigger amounts then they get the prime targets for the hackers. It could compromise the security of the same.
407  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice for a crypto beginner? on: April 19, 2018, 09:00:56 AM
I just got $250 in BTC for a bug bounty. What should I do with it? Hold, or invest elsewhere?
I already bought 8 ETH a few weeks ago.

In need of advice. Don't really know how to get into crypo, but I definitely want to. Could somebody point me in the right direction?

Edit: Also, can somebody enlighten me as to what /r/BTC and /r/Bitcoin disagree on? I've looked at both sides, but I honestly still don't know what both sides are.

Off course for the first part anyone will say that you just hold it and there is no need to put that money elsewhere. The prices are already jumping to higher dimensions and im sure once we reach high enough you will double your money in no time. The alts are little more risker than the BTC thats why im saying just stay in the BTC only.

Buying ETH was best decisions and that too a few weeks ago means at lowest possible prices and you must be in profits by now. But just hold for more.

/r/Bitcoin is bitcoin subreddit and /r/BTC is subreddit that doesn't support btc but they usually are against it and strong supporters of Bitcoin Cash, a fork that occured in the past. If you those 250 doesn't mean much to you and you want to invest/hold then do that.

Better ask specific questions for instace for investong do you eman invest elesewhere in othher assets or in other crypto currencies etc.

Had no idea of that one. Great you shared it here.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Bear Market coming soon? on: April 18, 2018, 07:45:37 PM
Some people believe the market will crash anytime soon and then slowly the market cap will go up and the REAL bull market will start. In other words what you are seeing now is a false flag!

It is possible! What do you think?

Nope. We have just initiated the bull market run and it is not yet started completely. You guys have started talking about the bearish trend also, now thats really bullish too. I mean come on we can do better to keep this market clean cheat you know. Lets just think this one in better way. Last week is when the bull signs started to show up. We jumped little high in the prices and now we are stabilising in the prices. This is the sign where we should consider that bull trend will start taking over the market one more time and we will see some good spikes soon. No bearish trend at all, not with the current market volume at all.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your faourite 5 alt coins for 2018 on: April 18, 2018, 06:53:01 PM
If you need to choose 5 alts coin to hold for thisyear what would they be?
My favourite are:

ETH
BTC
NEO
NANO
EOS

ETH : Stands first in my list and thats just because it is first coin that I have ever bought and it is still rising and has shown potential after it reached ATH 1300 USD and still hoping that it will reach those heights surely.

BTC : Do we need any further discussion on this coin? However we should remember that it is most expensive one and if you have less amount for investment then always go for altcoins. Believe me sometimes, quantity matters a lot over quality.

NEO : Yes for this coin too. After all these months it is showing some scale up solutions and soon to moon as it is in the buzz right now. Since the time it ha fallen down along with the other market I am sure that its perfect choice before it gets mooned.

IOST : Is the next big thing. Recently I have started working on their signature campaign and started reading about the project. It does have some great features and are more advance than ETH and NEO too. That makes it more desirable to invest in. Plus it is very cheap.

NANO & EOS : I will skip those one.
410  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader or Gamblers. on: April 18, 2018, 06:29:38 PM
In coin trading, you are your only enemy. There are no rules in this arena, only you facing you, and you are both winner and loser.
People may think that they are fighting with the market, other investors, or those scammers shark that always have their eyes on your money. In fact, you are fighting against yourself. You are the one who made the decision. You can decide yourself to lose or win, trust me.

As human nature, we all want to make a bunches and make it fast; too much temptation that incites us to gamble with our account.
In the end, only you can chase off the temptation to follow the plan.

Tell you what, trade or gamble in the world of crypto currency they are one and the same thing here. Know how? Its simple even if you are trading you dont know what is the next move of the crypto currency that you are trading here. Crypto is so volatile that it can move up and down in no time and without any further news. Unlike stock where you at leat clue form the news surrounding to you, its impossible to do predictions in here and it makes it kind of gambling stuff only.

People are falling for this kind of gambles only and they know that if they hit the jackpot then they could just earn hell of money out of it. That is why I am thinking in that way.
411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will the bull market start? on: April 18, 2018, 05:07:11 PM
I have been observing the market for sometime now and I also notice that many YouTube/Telegram channels I subscribed to are giving the the buy signal for the cryptomarket. I have some spare dollars I wanna put into the market especially in altcoins. So just wanna know what your thoughts are.  Is is time for traders to be bullish and can you predict a date you think it's gonna begin?

The bull trend is already started and we are actually trading into that only. Look around you and see the progress of the market since past three months. We were dumped almost near to 5K USD and yet we stand at 8K USD plus in the todays date! This is really good progress and last weeks pump was the one who caused the market to go up suddenly. I am pretty sure that the bull trend is already in progress and its about the time when we will see it moving faster. I am predicting a one month period when the bull will be over one more time and we will reach good prices by then.
412  Economy / Economics / Re: Are all cryptocurrencies destined to be store of value in the end? on: April 18, 2018, 04:44:06 PM
So I've been thinking about the use of cryptocurrency in the real world. Because of it's current volatility, nobody seems to be willing to spend any crypto now other than for purposes of ICOs it seems?

Before BTC boomed, we hear the story of the guy spending 10000BTC on 2 pizzas. This was BTC being used in it's intended form.

Currently, BTC is only used as a store of value, which leaves other alts. From what I see in other alts, ethereum is spent on ICOs where the trade is one coin to another type of coin. Other than that, nobody advertises accepting payments in other currencies NOR do people seem to want to spend their cryptocurrencies on anything other than something that yields a profit.

So, the question is really about adoption. How do we expect cryptocurrencies to be adopted as valid payment methods when everyone is really using them as investment stocks? Will we only see proper adoption once the current greed and "quick buck" mentality subsides?

If things continue the way they are, then cryptocurrency will always and forever be destined as store of value assets and not really a currency that can be used in the real world?

I dont think that we are on that path really! Lets see what we have got today. BTC which can be used to transfer the funds with fees as low as 10-50 cents per transaction. Max couple of dollars if its big one. The confirmation time has also increased a lot and hence no problem with the time issue.

Many merchandise are getting involved with the payment processor that are dependent upon the crypto itself. So its good sing of utility use.

Recently, PornHub.com has started using the verge coin for their payments and off course others will follow the same as well. I dont think we re lagging anything here.

We wont end up using the cryptos as store value thats my conclusion.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should continue join ico? on: April 18, 2018, 03:05:21 PM
There is an ico from the Krypital team: Merculet. The project of this team was quite successful before: Cybermiles, Arcblock. Do you think this is a good ico? Should continue to join ico in the moment?

I am not going in far details and not gonna check the other two projects that is cybermiles and arc block but you can do that if you know it. Just look out for few things like, whether those two projects are running according to the roadmap, are they lagging behind it or doing perfectly or not. These facts will tell you that the team is not just playing around and trying to create more and more ICO just to raise the funds and run away some day. If they have been successful in that one then I am sure you should just take a shot to invest in the Krpital. I mean experience is what important and if they are having the good one then surely we can thin that it will turn out good one too.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be accepted in shops by 2025? on: April 18, 2018, 02:43:26 PM

Well those are not good percentage which are shown in the article itself but tel you what if there was even 10% population who were willing to use it then im sure thats best shot we have got.

Its good to know anyway that 55% people think that they are willing to use it in the future and thus it gives us idea that we are still in race where there is 45% people who either dont believe in the cryptos at all or they might just be scared about it. However with the time I am sure this % will go up 70% and above as everyone starts getting to know real usage of them.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look for in a New Project? on: April 17, 2018, 06:43:54 PM
Title says it all. If you're looking to invest in an ICO or pre-ICO blockchain project, what's 1-2 attributes that are most important to you? Market size/potential? Management team? Technology that is distinctive? Strong white paper? Social media following? Other...

Aaaaaaaand go!

Dont forget to checkout these one's :

1. Marketing and advertisement plan
2. Funds available for the first one
3. Telegram activity and regular updates from the admin
4. Buzz in the forum itself.

All above point are part of how much popular the specific ICO is and thus depending upon that it can really help you understand the success rate of the same. Its simple logic from here onward that if its more popular then it does have some success rate. You can choose that one promptly over others.

420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: teach your children about bitcoin on: April 13, 2018, 02:35:05 PM
Teach your children about bitcoin if they are already in the right age maybe if they are age 16 years old and above and then that is the time for me, to just teach your children about bitcoin and that is how they are going to get into the good opportunities because they know what they are doing and they are aware and have few knowledge to use so they can be efficient in the cryptocurrency world.

Yeah I like that idea. The age is very important factor for our children to teach about the bitcoin because if we teach them too early then we can confuse them and they might start hating the whole idea of the crypto currency before they could even start with it! Apart from that I believe we should ask them what interests them a lot and then decide whether they need to know the bitcoin or not. If they just dont like the digital stuff, computers etc then obviously they can skip the whole idea and do whatever they like. So teaching is one thing and teaching them against their will would be another one. So do consider those many factors before you can get started on that.
