781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this SUDDEN price rise good for BTC? on: November 04, 2017, 07:37:02 AM

First of I am a BTC HODLER and I am happy it is breaking it's ATH every other day.  But is it really good for future of BTC?

As a currency and day to to day usage BTC price needs to be stable. For regular market to adopt this as a currency the price needs to to stable. Is it not? If BTC fluctuates so much within just few days how can some business adopt this?  For example if they fix a price for a product for $400 equivalent to btc  then  tomorrow the price can be $600 or $200.   Will this sudden price rise/ drop not affect the market adoption?

What you guys think about this?

Okay wait, what did you mentioned in the last statement about business adoption looks little drifted to me. I mean it doesn't matter if the price of bitcoin changes, they can always put auto pricer or some algorithm which will change the BTC price of that particular thing based on its dollar price but not the other way round.

For example,

if the price of a chocolate is $ 1 then the website selling it should show up the equivalent BTC at current rate of USD which user need to pay. So there is no worries whether the price of bitcoin fluctuates or not.

783  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A university in Vietnam receives tuition fees in bitcoin on: October 30, 2017, 08:25:56 PM
Le Truong Tung, President of FPT University announced on social network on October 26 that the university with accept Bitcoin payment of tuition, which will be first applied for foreign students.
http://vietnamfriendship.vn/FPT-University-acccepts-Bitcoin-payment-05-16697.html?page=40

Thats no wonder why bitcoin is getting so popular now a days. Just look at that, an institute, a teaching hub is happy to receive the tuition fees in terms of bitcoin and how the world might be looking at it! very surprisingly and we actually need such surprises to keep the bitcoin in the race of billion USD in next 10 to 20 years! That way we can get more investors into bitcoin community and by seeing such legit customers of bitcoin (the university) one can easily start seeing the bitcoin as legit entity. I mean see the chain of event here, university accepting bitcoin means students are getting to know new currency and indirectly there parents will com to know about it and thus their neighbours and then the news in next days newspaper. Yes that is the best way to get bitcoin into everyones mind. Almighty bitcoin will cover the whole world soon.
784  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would you want to get paid in ETH or Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2017, 07:52:56 PM
I think thats really depend on different factors. For now Im having enough holding of bitcoin and I would love to get paid in terms of Ether if I’m getting one job for that. The reason is very simple for me, for the same amount of salary I could stack up more ether coin as compared to bitcoin. If you look from eh perspective of one coin in the future then I will get more profits from the ethreum if it gets hiked. That would be good strategy to apply for getting more profits in the future. Also, getting paid in bitcoin would be expensive as it does not hike that much faster as an alt coin would do.
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs = More of the same on: October 30, 2017, 06:28:02 PM
If you ask me then honestly everyone here is having different perspective about the ICO depending upon their experience with the different projects. I mean for me I have myself earned more than thousand dollars just by investing into presale phases and selling those coins in the exchanger period. Where I was looted! No where. I profited always, at least few dollars plus minus than expected but I was good with them.

Ye there are scammers too but those can be identified very very easily in first place. Their ways of approaching, marketing and putting the project ideas up front everything can be seen and then we can make the right decision.
786  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: October 29, 2017, 04:40:34 PM
Thats because the prices are volatile for bitcoin. There is now way bitcoin can get stabilised as the market is decentralised and hence investors are making moves which are sometimes very giant and sometimes very negative. This will off course disturb the market in bad way sometimes and it might be good enough to hold it upwards at other times. This is important to happen so that crypto economy can sustain the market for long time and we can gran the profits from it.

787  Economy / Economics / Re: Legalizing Bitcoin on: October 29, 2017, 04:00:57 PM

Making bitcoin/crypto currency legalised is going to be big task for the government before we can think on how it will benefit the government itself. The thing is bitcoin runs on the blockchain and everything is so anonymous that you can’t easily track wont he who’s transaction is what. I mean a man can create unlimited number of addresses on number of different wallets who don’t even ask for any singe document. To track down the every transaction would be difficult task as long as people don’t withdraw the money into bank. But if it got legalised then why people would withdraw it and get taxed? So many question and troubles before converting this decentralised service all into centralised one.

788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency ! Will go boom in no time. on: October 29, 2017, 03:17:22 PM

Bitcoin is no doubt the "Pioneer of cryptocurrency". Thanks to its recent value and popularity, many new cryptocurrencies have been popping up every day.

Right now, cryptocurrency might not be able to dominate the world yet, but it will gradually gain its position in near future...

Very nicely put forth about the bitcoin facts. The crypto currency are really making the golden moves thought the time and they will rule the world in no time. Though they lack some credibility in terms of legal status and legal recognition but they will still be accepted by many investors in the future. That day is not far when the bitcoin will be used by government for their use and for public interest. Once that step is surpassed by the bitcoin or any other crypto currency like that then will surely pump it to next level.

789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is WAVES' condition? on: October 28, 2017, 01:50:26 AM

I’m hoping for the waves to develop fast as well. Holding the waves since very long and can’t wait anymore for them to launch new advances and upturn the price of waves. First time I thought that it will bit the prices of ethereum but nothing like that is happening and it’s still below average. Hope that it will gain popularity and will keep the user base more than enough to achieve good prices.
790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making a Living Day Trading Cryptocurrency on: October 28, 2017, 01:24:37 AM

That’s just cool to read man. It was like going all through the history until now. I’m sure your journey was very exciting until you found out that yo made mistake after selling the coins too early.

I was excited to know about your ethereum investment while I was reading but your move was pretty good as you did not sell it. But you also did not tell what you did with it.

Nice move with your company Bitfountain but I wish you could have continued it for longer. You have been challenging with your life I guess. Such a good read really.
791  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can you avoid to be scammed by hyip investment of bitcoins? on: October 28, 2017, 01:05:28 AM

So many hyip were found in any Facebook groups. Last October 20 2017 someone refer me to join in hyip were she joined me also. From the very first day I deposit my investmetr to that hyip I suspected already that maybe it was scam because my deposit took so long before I received in my account and that's what I did was I sent message to their support. After 5 days of investing I failed to open their site and they took my investment.

If you ask me then these so called high yield investment plans are just scam and nothing much.

Best way to avoid scam is to avoid investing into them. Because there is no such thing or plan which can get you big money in short time. Just look at the crypto currencies and try to trade and invest into them for more secure investment. You can earn high profits there also without loosing a dime if you make your trades safely. HYIP sucks really.
792  Economy / Economics / Re: What would benefit bitcoin more? on: October 28, 2017, 12:45:24 AM

What do you think will benefit it?

Well I have been to this thread earlier but I want to add more stuff to this after getting some updates from the forum itself.

I have read too many posts regarding the acceptance of bitcoin within amazon merchandise or they thinking to do so. If this happens then I’m sure it will contribute to bitcoin on major scale.

The market cap of amazon is 520 billion USD and if ten percent user base also use bitcoin then it can help publish the bitcoin in positive way plus its price will rise too. Also amazon will be main factor to contribute into its publication. Just waiting for that day.

793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: October 28, 2017, 12:21:08 AM

I don’t think that I will be afraid of crypto currencies at any time because I live on them (almost) and trying to achieve big goals with them. If crypto was not there then I’m probably be a bad ass working around the clock like shit. Crypto currencies have given me freedom of choice and they gave me straight forward life. Truly you can say that I’m attached to it emotionally and I like it the way everything is working for now.

Central banks sucks. They never given us freedom to earn interest on our saving and always give out loans on heavy interest rate by using public money. How can we trust such institution. That’s bullish nothing else.
794  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN END PRICE on: October 26, 2017, 02:03:11 PM

The way bitcoin price has been increasing has been alarming lately and I can say that no other currency has the amount of power that bitcoin has, I can remember vividly sometime during January ( I mean early January) bitcoin was only struggling to reach $1k but now come October, the currency is almost nearing $6k ($5600) to be precise, now I want to ask if there is a mark in which bitcoin will stop increasing or is there  a mark it can't cross.

I see no boundaries for bitcoin price to reach at peak level which we can’t define. I mean we can’t stop people from investing into bitcoin and we can’t stop the increasing market capitalisation of bitcoin. So if that’s the case then how can one predict the right prices for bitcoin. It could cross 10k or it could cross 100k as well. Everything depends on how much money is bing put and will put forward as investment.
795  Economy / Economics / Re: Why economists say Bitcoin a bubble on: October 26, 2017, 12:36:30 PM

This crypto currency is really making a news today because of sudden pump I understand why economist thinks that bitcoin is a bubble imagine from $2700 in few months it reaches to $6200 this thing no other kind of investment can offer the same. Economist believe that the higher the return is to have a higher risk of failure. Maybe in few years after bitcoin became stable economist will soon believe in bitcoin an its capacity to appreciate this big.

Yes it’s economist on one side Nd the financial institutes which blame the bitcoin and its viability always. The day won’t be far as we say but I don’t understand how far it is because we are already seeing the breakthroughs of bitcoin that it has made recently. The price of 6K USD is not a joke and stil economist are believing that it’s a bubble. I mean economists are now looking like a joke to me. ;-) Anyway there was swift tech once and now is blockchain which legal authorities will accept in the future and will try to break the limits of application that bitcoin can do. Then we will talk about the bubble.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In it just for the money? on: October 25, 2017, 03:55:32 PM

I’m into it for money purpose only most of the times. I will support the cause only as long as it interests me otherwise there is no reason for it support. I mean not for long time. I supported TenX for longer than i expected I would do because I wanted to have their black premium edition debit card. I was not lucky enough to get it as first 100 investors but I enjoyed supporting the project for long time. So you see it’s all about the project and how it might perform or what are the advantages of it.
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many coins to choose from on: October 25, 2017, 03:35:24 PM
Yes I do check on coinmarket website for all the historical data about it and to know what was the total volume of last 24 hours. This gives us estimate of how that coin might just perform good or bad in the time to come. Surely if you see the red side (-%) for the coin which always stays up then you should really buy that coin. For such coins there are higher chances of getting pumped sooner than we think. So if you see the same coin onscreen side then don’t buy it. It is very simple math and logic which gets you profits. Also do not try to enter into coin which is away from top 100-150 coin range or with dead volumes really.

798  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Gold is Forking Off on: October 25, 2017, 03:14:22 PM

As we see the current price is $164.47 vs yesterdays 400$+

Seems like the only good usage of this fork is just selling it asap for a higher price. Actually the same that with bitcoin cash but much faster this time.

P.S. I am realy surprized that someone is buying those garbage forks.

The surprise is no more because it was already known to most of the crowd that they will receive the free bitcoin gold which they can later on dump for real bitcoin.

Now people are more aware this time due to segwit2x where most of the community enjoyed receiving the free cash. This time people don’t wanted to loose the money and they made reality. This is why we are seeing more dumping rate, faster than previous one.
799  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment for Bitcoins on: October 25, 2017, 02:55:23 PM

BTC Anyone got idea for investing in bitcoins than bitcoin mining which is already dead?

Also not the captcha thingy faucet which needs thousands of clicks for just 0.0000XX btc per harvest?

Thank you Cheesy

Have you considered putting your money into faucet which pays you interest for doing so. Try freebitco to increase your wealth and earn 4-5% of interest rate on your bitcoin holdings.

Besides this you can also take advantages of increasing prices each month for bitcoin and that can bring you booming 2-5% of incriminating profits everytime you increase your stakes on it. ;-)

Moreover you can just enroll into twitte campaign and do 3x retweets and 2x tweets in week to earn big bucks. Now don’t tell me you are lazy enough to do that as well. Lols.

800  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin from $6000 to $5500 on: October 25, 2017, 02:33:20 PM

It could be that reason or it could be people are now receiving the free bitcoin gold which they will trade soon. I’m still in ambiguity because if they are selling the bitcoin gold then it should actually pump the coin in first place (bitcoin) and lead to higher prices. So I believe it could be mixed case where people are getting the free bitcoin by selling gold and then again putting it back into altcoins which they did already have as portfolio. So that’s why it’s uncertain to predict what’s really happening in the trade world.
