1221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN AS PAYMENT FOR ONLINE GAMES on: November 23, 2017, 10:22:37 PM
Bitcoin has already been payment for online games for quite some time. However I do not recommend you spend your bitcoins as one day they will be worth a whole lot more.

I only spend Bitcoin because it is how I use and spend money now. I don't really use fiat. Steam has accepted bitcoin for a long time. I hope blizzard will too. I don't care if EA do or not because they the devil and dont need my money. Humble bundle claim to accept Bitcoin but I've never spoken to anyone who has used Bitcoin with them and I tried myself and the option was not available.
1222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you OK with Bitcoin being called a token? on: November 23, 2017, 10:07:07 PM
Call it whatever you want. It is still worth a massive amount of money.

I agree. It doesn't matter what talk called let's not get hung up on names. Arguing about what it  really should be called or how it works and how that effects what it should be called should update not be and never be a priority. The priority is to collect Bitcoin.

You should just call it an alt coin

I am not sure why you or anyone would call bitcoin a token at this point in time. It has been almost 10 years since bitcoin came out so it is far from a token. Now there is plenty of new coins that are called tokens and im fine with that as they are new. Some of this new tokens hold my attention like this angel token that i see potential for and growth.

I'm not sure either. It seems like unnessesry drama. But I guess they say this because of the way it works and he things are going right now with coins and tokens showing up all over the place.
1223  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: November 23, 2017, 10:00:19 PM
Of course it's a good thing. We need a community to push bitcoin and hopefully get others to buy some and become involved in the future of currency. The more the better. We are the driving force behind the Bitcoin machine.

with many people's interest in bitcoin will definitely have a positive impact on bitcoin.
it is clear with the number of requests and has limited stock.
bitcoin prices will continue to increase every day.
I think we also need to tell the people around us what bitcoin is.

Yes and the more people who adopt the higher the price will ultimately go.
1224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to pay $8200 for 1 BTC if you are a newbie? on: November 23, 2017, 09:47:14 PM
It doesn't matter what you are it is a good investment and if you can afford it go for it. It's a really good investment and probably the best news you will make in your life so I think you should go for it and invest. How much do you have to lose? Put half of what you looking at investing somewhere into Bitcoin and see he well it goes from there. But I suggest you buy or earn a small amount of Bitcoin and buy and spend and trade it to see how it works and feels.
1225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Create free Bitcoins on: November 23, 2017, 09:33:30 PM
It doesn't matter what you call it. It will just be exactly the same as Bitcoin bit not Bitcoin because Bitcoin already has a value. It will still be Bitcoin and you will still have millions of it but it won't be the same Bitcoin it will run on another chain and be completely excluded from the current bitcoinchain. But I guess it would be nice to say you have a million Bitcoin and not be wrong about it. Smiley Or maybe you trying to say making altcoin is too easy.
1226  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Lending less than 0.1 BTC on: November 23, 2017, 03:10:00 AM
You might need to rank up a little but you could try here n the forums. Just remember to always ask for collateral so you safe. As long as you can do that it's fine and perfectly safe. The problem is getting people who want to loan btc to come to you. I'm not sure how much profit can really be made.
1227  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: U.S State & ISP's on: November 23, 2017, 03:07:51 AM
Your ISP won't know anything. If you that worried use a VPN. Bitcoin mining is legal there. It's legal everywhere you just need power and monig equipment. If you payng for the power and have a place to out them then it's fine. I'm not sure about this license story but you not a company you just a miner. Also noone is going to know you mining and none needs to know. Nothing to worry about. Have fun!! Smiley
1228  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it possible to use bitcoin without photo ID? on: November 22, 2017, 11:43:24 PM
https://localbitcoins.com/ lets you buy bitcoin directly from other people through things like cash deposit or even gift card codes. Just make sure you go with someone with an established good reputation.

Then as long as you're not interested in buying/selling on an exchange, you'll be set up with your BTC without needing any personal information at all.

I second this and can vouch for it too. It's a great site I use it all the time. There many traders and good rates. Easy to use and simple interface. Safe and has escrow protection and reputation as well. You can buy and sell without giving much personal info as well which is nice. Giving info just makes your account more secure and others will trust you more.
1229  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: General idea of motives on: November 22, 2017, 11:18:55 PM
There is no minimum amount to invest with. It depends what you want to do so it will be different for each person. If you have to out a number on it you can start with $10. It isn't enough to much to much of a difference but maybe you will invest it well and grow it and reinvest it. To make something worth noticing and enough to profit a few dollars and enough start off decently to make a small amount of additional earnings you can start with $100 so I say $100 is the perfect amount for you.
1230  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie Question: Growing small amount of BTC? on: November 19, 2017, 11:59:05 PM
If you want to grow small amounts of bitcon you can try helping the altcoin community grow while supporting your favorite coins and being paid by the Devs doing social media advertising. Look at the altcoin announcements and the bounties too. There is aoo sorts of ways to earn Bitcoin you just have to go out there and do it! Good luck and have fun!  Cheesy
1231  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: where goes the lost bitcoins? on: November 19, 2017, 11:50:54 PM
Whilst the coins are indeed lost and individually the person lost their coins but globally it bnefits everyone because it is the same as burning coins that destroyed coins will never come back and this reduc the maximum amount of coins in turn making them later. It all evens out eventually so it makes little impact but to the individual who lost that coins it makes a huge difference.
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker v Other casino games online on: November 19, 2017, 11:45:56 PM
I only play dice I really don't play poker simply because I could not understand it . Poker is very complicated game and I don't like those type of games I am much more on simplicity and dice sites give me that within just a couple of second I could already understand If I win or lose unlike other casino games very complicated
The Poker game is complicated but it is profitable game to cmpare Dice game. and this game you could not play if you don't have any knowldge about this game. The Dice game without having knowledge also you can play and it is easy to play. but making profit in dice game is difficult. i don't know how you may make profit in this game but i did not make any big profit. if you learn how to play poker game i am sure you like this game.

Poker is only note profitable then dice if you a good player and know the maths behind it. It's not very easy because you need to fully understand the game and each hand then take into account the possible hands the other players have. You need to do this too very quickly and make fast decisions. Dice is just for fun and anyone can do it and anyone can win. Just deposit and play. This is why I think dice is the most popular game played online. They also have faucets so people can try it out or even play for free if they very lucky.
1233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Superstition on: November 19, 2017, 11:43:44 PM
I know few person that is very superstition specially in gambling.they do more actions, giving foods to the Gods they believe can help them to win.not doing this..that before going to gamble.but for me its all about luck.if your not lucky that time.lossing is on your way.so my answer is i dont believe in such
Everyone of us has our own belief in order to win in gambling, I know being superstitious may sound weird for others but we are gambling with our own money so we have the freedom to do what we believe that could increase our chances of winning. This is only applicable in a luck based games and also it's only good for short term as we know luck is not consistent.
Yeah superstitious will work for a while but we can't solely rely on it because we know that in gambling we are not always sure if we will win or not. And I think there is nothing wrong if we believe with superstitious and nothing will happen to us if we believe with it, its the same as we are hoping to win with the help of luck.
There is only for gamblers who does not really play regularly because if they play on a regular manner then for sure in the end they will be a big loser.
We need to be consistent in order to last and maybe win in the long run and every bet we make should have a valid basis and not just based on our superstitious belief.

You only need to he consistently losing until you make a big win then you can stop. Once you get that big win you must know when to stop. Some people can do this and others can't. If you can't it can cost you everything but it certainly doesn't mean you can't win then stop and be happy with that for a lifetime. Maybe when people lose too much they bring superstition into it or maybe when they win they think that way too. Strange how people see things.
1234  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: November 19, 2017, 11:37:11 PM
I do not think that both have equal risk. I think that gambling is more risky than trading. In fact in gambling we totally depending on our luck, while in trading it is necessary that we must have some trading experience, we must also have good trading skill, which are too much necessary for expecting profit from bitcoin investment and trading. Therefore we can say that both do not have the same amount of risk.
I think that both of them do not have equal amount of risk. Skill based gambling is something still unknown to me.
I mean that how could one claim the use of his skills in gambling even if the entire thing depends upon the luck of the person.

No amount of skill can help you to win the bet indeed. On the other hand risk in trading gets reduced with the passage of time after experience and some techniques to set the deal and buying of shares is understood wisely. So, it is better to opt for trading.

Poker is skill based. To a point. There is an element if luck in everything we do in life but poker gives you ways to swing things to your favour and of course the other players can drop this too so you need to worry about them and be better then they are at it or you might only win bery little. Then they big boys are always playing and know what they doing so yes it is skill but it is not very easy.
1235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can't decide where to play... on: November 19, 2017, 11:00:28 PM
If you want dice your best bet is Yolodice. You can invest there as well. It's social and fun has ranking and many people to talk to. Provavably fair with a faucet and ways to increase it's payout. Everything is transparent and the owner and mods are very helpful. You will have fun there I'm sure. You clhave nothing to lose just give it a try and see.
1236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: November 19, 2017, 10:41:53 PM
i think it's both, because yes, we all know that bitcoin is a kind of electronic urrency, however if you simply convert it to your local money and the worth is high or you've got a large amount of bitcoin we say that it's also a good thing. because aset is something with worth and may use or purchase like bitcoin can did.sc

It is like having bonds or shares that you can spend directly because they als recognized as a currency and scc oted as such in varies places around the world and people are happy to deal with Bitcoin especially with all the added benefits a decentralized currency can offer. For me it is my future and forever investment which I sometimes use small amounts of to buy things.
1237  Other / Meta / Re: Are you parrots or bots? on: November 19, 2017, 10:22:55 PM
Maybe if you read junk threads. There so many useful members. Don't judge us all on a few. Yes there are many barely English speaking people that write rubbish bit there also many interesting people too. Try reading more interesting threads or reading about some altcoins the Devs post Announcements from. You also have got many good responses here too so you already off to a better start. Just try your best to ignore the illiterate people. Or you can even start your own threads and just reply to those like you doing now.
1238  Economy / Speculation / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: November 19, 2017, 10:17:05 PM
Bitcoin is much better than gold. If you even asking the question weither or not to buy gold then why are you here n a bitcon forum? This whole place is about digital currency and you trying to compare it to stone age gold. Huh

bitcoin for sure but it's a little risky, gold is the safe one

No it's not it barely makes any interest compared to Bitcoin. If you serious about money you buy bitcoin.
1239  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin falls 20% a day on: November 19, 2017, 10:08:03 PM
I don't think it will fall that much. Well let us hope it does not. I will continue to hold the vast majority of my coins for the future. I only ever spend a small amount on some items now and again. Bitcoin for me is Kent for saving and using as money. Right now it's in infant stage so it is like an investment that you can spend and that is why I try not spend so much because there will be more tomorrow if I don't spend today.
1240  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin almost hitting $8000 on: November 19, 2017, 08:51:19 PM
Now btc is $8200 and I can see it only going higher and higher. I guess $10000 by the year's end. Nice nice profits. If you invest your Bitcoin well you can make even more. Imagine if you grew it with Yolodices investment option. You could have doubled your btc in the time Yolodice has been open and profit even more from the rise in USD value for btc. Brilliant!!
