It is always a good idea to stake the FUN tokens but for me I always stake them at 1 month or 3 months time as I am happy with the returns here if you have a lot of such FUN tokens. Also now it is a very good time to buy them as it just cost 22 Satoshi one such token and people who are already Premium Members can buy about 10-50 every day depending on the number of tokens they hold and the WoF daily that they have which is a good amount to keep adding such tokens every day.

The only problem I see is that FUN is not showing at all any sign of a recovery despite we saw some great recovery in price of Bitcoin,Ethereum and Litecoin to name a few as of lately.

Yeah even I prefer to stake the tokens for 30 days or 90 days period.
In fact, just yesterday I completed the 90 days period and my FUN tokens were matured.
I have staked it back but this for 30 days. Waiting to see if there's any volatility on the FUN/BTC pair.
I am thinking to buy more at this price as 22 sats price is cheap when compared to previous prices.
1222  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: April 20, 2023, 03:56:12 PM
Hi friends, I have some questions for you guys about online casinos

What will you do if you don't know that a online casino will ask you for KYC after winning over 8,000$ on the platform? And you now manage to process with the verification and they failed to pass you? Can you consider such a casino a scam?

Also, imagine you get attracted to an online casino because of the bonuses they offer and you open an account and make your first deposit then you didn't receive the promised bonus, is this an act of scam or not?

I am trying to solve such an issue for someone very close to me and that the complaint he gave, I have no answer than maybe the bonus was canceled already before he made the deposit or there was a minimum deposit requirement.

Any other reasons?

Talking about me personally there are things that I would do in both cases. Reading the terms and conditions at first place would have avoided both the issues.

1. Reading T&C we would have known that there is KYC and if there is any such process then it's better off to clear the KYC at first place and then gamble on the site.

2. Reading T&C we would have known if the bonus is active or not and if yes then we can raise a scam accusation against it.
If the bonus was supposed to be expired then we could make the deposit accordingly.

Correct me if I am wrong, are developers or tech experts the only ones that can detect if a crypto wallet is simply fully open source or not? Can a random human who knows too less about a crypto wallet detect if it's open source or closed source? If yes please share me a way, I am tired of people saying a wallet is open source and some other are arguing that it's closed source, I need to get things done myself.

What and what to deep dive into to real if the wallet is open source? Or there is something else I need to learn first.

If the wallet is open source then it would be hosted on public repositories.
There might be many contributors as well if its in development stage.
Some companies do create softwares and then make it open source.

Closed source softwares will not be completely available to the public users.
There will be some kind of restriction implied on the software.
1224  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I earn only from cryptocurrencies? on: April 19, 2023, 04:12:46 PM
If you are on this forum then you must already know what a cryptocurrency is and its usecases.
So the earning opportunities are limitless in the crypto community. You just have to spend more time in here and keep learning everyday.
The more you explore the more opportunities you will find to earn money.
1225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question Of Thought About Crypto Winter on: April 17, 2023, 04:29:45 PM
Question of thought...

I made a research recently, i found out that Bitcoin reached nearly $19,500 in 2017 and later fell below $3,300 in 2018.
Source https://www.forbes.com/advisor/investing/cryptocurrency/what-is-crypto-winter/

1) would've other crypto's survived during that time ?.
2) Why do Bitcoin survive during crypto winter and other crypto's finds it difficult to cope ?.

1) Why not ? Look at Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Dogecoin etc...
They are still here with and has survived previous crypto winter.

2) bitcoin survives every crypto winter because people has a lot of trust on it. This is what keeps it from going too low.
Other coins find it difficult because the owners/project team run away with the money when winter strikes them or find it too difficult to keep the project running.
There might be other reasons but these are common.
1226  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: April 17, 2023, 04:20:07 PM
Can you make bets on horses that are AI vs making bets on real horses? I see a new gambling project that focuses on horse racing only and I am surprised that those horses are not real live horses, I went deep doing research and it kinda looks like players will be the ones fine-tuning their horses 🐎 for better performance and go ahead to head with other players.

Do you think that gambling have a place with the metaverse in the future? I had a dream about being able to gamble online with people that aren't living close to me, we meet in the metaverse and it looks real, I know that sometimes when you think positively about something it is possible to dream about it.

I am not sure if I am getting it right but are you talking about betting on AI horses in the metaverse ?
If yes then I don't think it would be fair if people are able to tune/upgrade their horses because that would given them an unfair advantage.
There should be some kind of lock-in before the race where no changes can be done and the upgrades should be public.
So that others are able to see what upgrades others have done so that they can do it too and keep the race fair.
Still not sure on what basis the horses will win though.
1227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: April 16, 2023, 04:48:01 PM
It's good to acknowledge such posts. We need to monitor our gambling habits regularly and make sure we don't fall under the gambling addict category.
Fortunately, I don't fall under this category but I don't gamble that frequently. I do gamble 2-4 times a week but that's about it.
This is because I don't get time to gamble that much and every time I do gamble, it's only for fun.

For those who are in this category, I would suggest them to decrease their gambling frequency and gamble within limits.
To reduce the dopamine levels increases by gambling they will have to go through a dopamine detox through any of the methods they like.
1228  Local / India / Re: Not all crypto earning will be taxed on the 30% on: April 16, 2023, 04:30:53 PM

-snip-

$5000 at USDT/INR rate on the date of sale will be taxed as per normal taxable rates whereas $2000 at USDT/INR rate will be taxable at 30% under section 115BBH.
Will 1% TDS be applied on $2000 component only or on the total of $7000?

1% TDS will be applicable on the total $7000. This is very important point. I missed it in my post above. When you sell crypto on Exchanges, the whole amount is considered as the transfer. So while showing the amount of consideration u/s 115BBH, you are required to show the whole amount $7000 but you can show $5000 as the cost of acquisition, hence the net amount chargeable to tax u/s 115BBH will be $2000.

That clears so many things. I was always under the assumption that EVERY crypto income is taxed under 30% tax slab.
This was very much unfair according to me since traders were taxed only on their profits but the ones who are being paid in crypto were taxed on the whole income.
Now that things are more clear, I think the income from campaigns will be added to our income from our full time jobs in INR.
Together both the income will be taxed under the normal tax slabs if I am not wrong.

It's interesting who of us here in this thread had the largest amount of tickets, and who won the Lambo?
Someone with 7,021 tickets won the lambo.

Is there any way to check how many GT I had in the previous round ?
Click here. Download round 7 tickets list and find your user ID.

Thank you for the reply. I downloaded the list from this tweet and found out that I had 1 GT.  Grin
Although it was still a possibility but the actual winner obviously deserved it more since he had 7k GT.
1230  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hack bug duplicate transaction on: April 15, 2023, 03:00:04 PM
Hack bug duplicate transaction

If a vulnerability occurs in the system, where you buy eth and the exchange due to some bug doubles the purchase, and you manage to withdraw it to your wallet twice, what would be your responsibility in this bug?
Could the exchange charge you (has kyc) in the future for this "hack"?
Or should you take advantage of this flaw and create infinite money? Do you think it would be a police case?

The exchange will surely track you for this thing and may be freeze your account and threaten you.
But would you withdraw the money at first place ? Would you be able to live with the fact that you stole someone's money.
It is definitely similar to stealing someone's money and so may be yes there might be a police case as well.
Does your morals support you for this action. There are things which we should avoid to live a peaceful life and this is definitely one of it.
1231  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How did you get familiar with threads? on: April 15, 2023, 02:52:02 PM
Most at times I get confuse and stuck when I see some post with strange or unfamiliar threads but at the same time I will see a lot of people arguing the threads and comments. I don't know how wide is crypto currency with exclusive terminologies like nodes, cores, NFt etc. At some point I wonder what I can do to mingle deeply in the discussion and contributions of this hard terms but one can not said something where you have no ideas. That's why I want to know how you get much familiar with all bitcoin technologies? What should I do?

You have to stop writing and start reading everything on this forum. The only way you can start contributing on this forum is by learning what it is all about.
The learning phase is something that you should stick with throughout your life.
Talking about myself, I have been here for more than 5 years and yet I believe I don't sufficient knowledge and so I keep learning every now and then.
This is the only way for you to know about crypto and the tech behind it.
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ridiculous Bets that disappointed you on: April 15, 2023, 02:09:46 PM
I get the most frustrating bets when I play "Crash" .... Example : I will constantly bet say $1 on Crash and my highest multiplier will be 2x and below on my wins, but the moment when I drop my bets below $0.05 it will go up to 50x or 100x at it's highest wins.

Then, when I stop betting ... it will hit the 2000x or some ridiculous multiplier just to tease me into betting more. I know this sounds crazy and they use one seed for everyone playing on Crash, but this is my personal experience.  Sad

LOL, I completely trust you on this because the same thing has happened with me too.
Just when we decrease our bet size or set a lower multiplier then it will hit big which is really frustrating.
I do wonder many times whether we are playing the crash or the crash is playing with us.  Grin

I won 5 through the Wheel of Fortune, and got one through my wagering. I knew the chance of winning the Lambo was minuscule, but I hoped anyway. Smiley It's interesting who of us here in this thread had the largest amount of tickets, and who won the Lambo? I remember the last draw the guy showed up here telling us he's the winner. Hope it happens this time too.

I wasn't the winner but I am still happy because I won some decent returns from the WoF spin.
I was so sure of not winning the Lambo that I didn't even check how many GT I had.
Is there any way to check how many GT I had in the previous round ?
Just checking if it was worth a shot that I missed.
1234  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I make money running a bitcoin node? on: April 14, 2023, 05:15:27 PM
I was going through some materials when I saw Bitcoin node. Now my question to the community is; can I make money if I decide to run a Bitcoin node?

If only earning money was that easy then everyone would be running a full node. I owned a full node running on my raspberry pi as well.
Although you cannot really earn money running a full node, there are other advantages which contributes towards your privacy and bitcoin network's security.
You don't have to depend on third party for exploring your BTC transactions and also you can help other nodes in validating the transactions.
Running a bitcoin full node is like a charity. It must be out of your own will and towards betterment of the world.
1235  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asking me for KYC although their site explicitly states no KYC on: April 14, 2023, 05:05:20 PM
That`s interesting because only ~2 weeks ago I had a "debate" with the justbit affiliate management and they asked me to edit our review, which states that "KYC is unusual but may be requested if deemed necessary". We decided not to remove it, because just like almost every crypto casino, they still have that term in their TOS, and here we are, me stumbling across this thread.

I have just emailed them and share the thread link with them. Smiley

Nb. KYC crypto casinos --> never-ending dilemma

What goes around comes around. Here comes efialtis to the rescue.  Grin

But as per the posts above your post they say that justbit had already mentioned about KYC on their site.
Now this seems conflicting. Besides that OP is saying that they also confiscated his coins which is definitely wrong.
They can't simply confiscate their users money without any concrete conclusion to the situation.
1236  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 14, 2023, 05:00:55 PM
Today is the big day I see as I saw now that 179 days and some hours remain until the next draw, everybody is hoping to be a winner but only one will be the lucky winner of the Lambo.Even those persons with just a single ticket with only a few tickets but most likely it will be won again by some guy with over 1000 tickets.I hope it is the same like the last time, not the same number of tickets  Grin but I hope that someone from the forum wins the Lambo again,we deserve it more than anyone else as we are the most active users of Freebitco.in from what I have seen here.
I think today all active freebitcoin users who have gold tickets are of course waiting for the announcement of the winner of Lambo Round 8, to be honest I didn't expect too much and imagined to be a winner, I believe that luck exists, so whoever wins I hope he is an active user on this forum is like the previous winner in Round 7 , to be honest not sure I won with one ticket but there is always hope no matter how small it is.

I'm still monitoring the freebitcoin site as well as this thread to see who's the winner, because this is the first time I've participated in this event by purchasing and owning 1 gold ticket from the free spins earnings there, which I've collected so far. if later I don't win in round 8 I will try again later in Round 9, I believe luck will come to people who never give up  Wink

May be not the Lambo but just won decent returns on 45 WoF spins. Other than basic rewards below are the higher rewards.

410 sats x 1
410 lottery tickets x 1
4100 RP x 1

1237  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limbo and Dice Simulator on: April 14, 2023, 04:24:35 PM
i just try it but it seems the simulation is not real because every time i start the simulation it just gives the same results
i thought every simulation will be given different results

You are actually right. Even I thought it would generate different outcomes very time based on the provable fair algorithm.
At first I tried the simulator with different number of bets but after reading your post I used the same number of bets again and the result was same.
It's not really useful has it's just a dummy simulator I would say. It should have incorporated provably fair algorithm and generated different outcomes based on that.
Then it would have been useful and would bring value to the table.
1238  Local / India / Re: seems a great idea. on: April 14, 2023, 03:49:02 PM
You Idea is awesome!
Haha, even though your idea is awesome
It is indeed a good idea

I am surprised that everyone thinks the idea is great. Have all you guys not heard this before or discussed with your crypto friends ?
Also, I am wondering why none of you is pointing out the fact that crypto is not a legal tender in India.
Accepting crypto payments at shops or anywhere is against the law.

It's not that I am against crypto or anything but it's not simply feasible right now to convince local shop owners to use crypto payments.
I do wish this happens and we promote the usage of cryptocurrencies but at least don't encourage someone to go against the law.

Tax on Bitcoin earning would not be a big issue as 30 perct tax is only applicable if you have earned money through trading. To solve that issue the trader needs to show his Bitcoin earning which I think would be easy.

As far as I know, the 30% tax is applicable on ANY form of crypto income and not just trading. So we will have to declare all our crypto earnings and pay tax on it.
1239  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: April 13, 2023, 04:59:26 PM
You actually have a lot of contents now, I remember the first time you have posted your announcement thread here in the forum I think you only have few gambling sites listed and most of them are the known gambling sites here in the forum but now you have around 6000 pages. It's really nice to see how much you have improved and how much you've added in your contents, some sites that similar to yours only have limited contents and it seems that they are not updating it.

Even I remember how BTCGOSU had initially started with just few pages and reviews but it has grown immensely over the last few months.
All the events and promotions BTCGOSU has hosted were truly fun and enabled us to win some nice rewards.
The knowledge and reviews it has shared on the site and the promotions and affiliate bonuses it provides are some of the reasons behind it's success.
I am happy to be a part of BTCGOSU community.

Good to see you rolling.

It's a little unbelievable that I started using this faucet in 2014, and that it still exists today Cool

Im still keeping my WOF stored and looking for right Opportunity to roll them all. I know one thing for sure, there is no use running behind the bigger rewards. Its better to accumulate more rolls and then do the spin at once so that at least we can have accumulated bigger prices.  Tongue

I am not a premium user, so I only have one free spin on WOF every 24 hours, which must be used within 48 hours. I have to admit that sometimes I miss that time frame, and I would certainly suggest that the deadline be a little more than 48 hours.

It simply means we have to visit freebitco.in more often which is right for them since they have to keep the profits incoming.
If the deadline would have been more than this people would start hoarding their WoF spin and visit the site fewer times.
