461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and it's 4 Year-Cycle on: November 15, 2023, 03:47:32 PM
If it would have been this easy then everyone would be rich by now. Many people know about the 4 year cycle but fail to buy and sell at the right time.
The 4 year cycle would have worked in the past but it does not guarantee that the same would happen in the future.
Although I beleive that bitcoin will break it's ATH again but I don't know if it's gonna happen in 2025 or earlier/later.
I just beleive it will happen and keep happening but the timelines cannot be predicted accurately.

Just as I leave for work, it happened

LOL yeah at least you see it. I think I can remember 10 flash promos I found in my inbox after I woke up or came to work, when of course they already expired.

Hope you managed to gain something there. Even if you only do the 5 mbtc wager it's pretty great prize (10 GT).

Me I hope to get min 2 more Flash Promos to get my GT total over 1000 Smiley

What's it about ? I kinda know that it's a bonus but I haven't really paid much attention to it despite being a long term freebitco.in member.
How do you get 10 GT by wagering 5 mbtc ?
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hot take: Your crypto portfolio should have more than just Bitcoin. on: November 15, 2023, 03:07:30 PM
It depends from person to person whether his risk taking capability is good or not.
I personally don't have any problem in taking risks and while I am holding bitcoin for long term, I keep exploring altcoins.
I trade them for short term and keep learning about them. This keeps me invested in bitcoin while finding new altcoins.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: J.P. Morgan Thinks the Big Crypto Rally Is Overdone on: November 15, 2023, 03:01:17 PM
snip

After a small correction which was seen by everyone who knows how Bitcoin works, the analyst at the top company like J.P. Morgan thinks the Crypto Rally, especially Bitcoin is done.
How can they be so bad at their profession? I don't have a finance degree and I was able to call the $26k to $40k to $30k like two months before it all happened.

What do you all think about this?

They are just doing their jobs. If one of the analyst thinks bitcoin rally is done that doesn't mean everyone at JP Morgan thinks the same.
Saying that JP Morgan thinks crypto rally is over is not appropriate because it's not like the company has made an announcement or anything.

For some reason, I am not able to see that latest post in this article. The latest post displayed is from Nov 14 and not Nov 15.
Have this site deleted the post ?
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not all educated are educated. on: November 14, 2023, 04:54:59 PM
Especially, I do not expect people can be complaining about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general that they are causing global warming.

Mixers are seen to be used for illegal activities but the money in banks are not seeing to be used for money laundering and terrorism financing. Among the most fiats used for illegal activities, only little do the government and regulators know about. If there is no bitcoin or other coins and tokens, there will be illegal activities both online and offline and their scam fiat will be used for it.

That is true. People don't acknowledge the fact that illegal activities like money lanudering is being carried out since a long time.
It has been happening before bitcoin and after bitcoin but people are only focusing on bitcoin and it's bad uses.
They aren't seeing the positive sides of bitcoin and illicit sides of fiat and this is mostly because of news and media.
They have portrayed bitcoin like this to the world and people are blindly believing these news anchors.
466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you want to play on casinos without KYC requirements? on: November 14, 2023, 04:49:08 PM
It's simple for me. I gamble for fun and I don't want to under go the hassle of going through a KYC just to have some fun.
Besides that there are risks of getting our KYC data leaked through hackers. The lesser sites we provide our KYC the lesser the risk.

Thanks to our strong technical team, 9G platform creates a perfect personal wallet function! Either to make a deposit, or funds transactions during the game, all operations can be completed inside 9G platform, there is no need to worry about the security of funds storage and transactions.

Welcome to the forum. I wish you all the best for your site but I think you need to rephrase the bolded part here.
How can you be so sure of the security of the funds because you are holding the custody of the funds and if your site gets hacked then all funds will be stolen.
The worry will always be there for funds but if you assure people that you have a good team then people will be slightly less worried.
So instead of saying no need to worry about security of funds you can rather say that you have a good team for security of the funds.

I think it's complicated to get that much RP unless you have to spend a lot of money or rely on iPhone prizes from WOF, but I don't know, it seems like to get more RP you have to spend more money to gamble and do other activities on this site with a lot of time Also, it's not easy to collect a lot of RP, let alone exchange it for an iPhone. it takes more than five million RP to get an iPhone, which is a lot.  Shocked

I personally usually use RP only to exchange it for FREE BTC 100% BONUS or 500% BONUS, because I am still actively doing free spins so I exchange RP only to get bonuses so it is easier for me to collect BTC faster because the price of bitcoin continues to rise and BTC income it's getting lower, so I don't want to wait and exchange it when the BTC price is too expensive and it's hard to get RP and Satoshi there. but it all comes back to intention
@piebeyb it’s almost impossible to earn that iPhone using ones RP and the only scenario I can see is happening if it’s a whale who’s trying it and has tons of referrals which boosts his/her efforts otherwise it’s highly unlikely anyone can reach it wagering small amounts. Furthermore I feel that one should keep realistic targets so it becomes easy to reach one’s goal otherwise one will end up chasing the impossible and end up feeling hurt when that dream of theirs don’t materialises.
It also doesn't make sense, when you turn that much RP into satoshi, the worth of that satoshi is WAY beyond what one iphone would worth, plus it was very old version last I checked, don't know if they updated it to iphone 15 to be fair, but even if so, I would say turning that into satoshi is better.

Plus, not only you are getting money, the more you keep it there, the more interest you are earning as well. You know how many places are giving 4% for bitcoin? That is HUGE in the bitcoin scene, and this place is one of the most trusted websites ever. So you are going to get a lot more instead of using your RP, I would never use my RP at all, I will always encash it whenever I can, that makes a lot more sense in the end.

Exactly. It does make more sense to convert RP to bitcoin because of the interest and the appreciation of BTC price over time.
Getting an iphone would become a liability and while it might give you fund for a time over the long term it's value will keep depreciating.
So having more satoshis would be the best thing to do here.
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sites with bonuses without deposit on: November 14, 2023, 03:35:27 PM
Hello everyone, do you have sites with no deposit bonuses or no deposit free bets?

In the past, I often hunted for gambling sites that gave no deposit bonuses, but I had never withdrawn this bonus. Usually new sites have bonuses like this for promotion and to make gamblers have experience playing on their site. However, after I checked several sites that previously had no deposit bonuses, it turns out they are no longer available. So I can't recommend you on that site

However, in my opinion, don't hunt too much for no deposit bonuses because they usually have difficult requirements to be able to withdraw the bonus. I prefer deposits without bonuses because I am free to make withdrawals at any time and am not bound by certain conditions for making withdrawals

I am still wondering why would someone look for a site which doesn't have deposit bonus.
Usually people look for sites which have bonuses and promotions and any site not having these would potentially lose it's users.
So why do people look for sites which have no deposit bonus ?
I think you misunderstand the op, i personally would want to believe that OP is not from an English speaking country, so what his wordings said he is asking for is not actually what he is asking for, read the subject of this thread and you will possibly understand what i mean.

Going by what the subject of this thread said, op is looking for a site where he can get bonuses, maybe like free bets, free spins and so on without him having to deposit anything or a dime.
Going by this, which is what i understand the op is looking for, i recommended him to freebitco.in in my previous comment, as this is the only site that i currently know of where a gambler can still be able to participate in a lot of gambling activities on the site without having to make any deposit or what so ever.

Ohh silly me. I didn't focus much on the title and got confused with the content of OP.
Other tha freebitco.in OP can also try BC.GAME because even that has daily free spin.
But IMHO the WoF spin from freebitco.in is more worthy than any other free spins.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Differences between Mixer and BTC->XMR-> ? on: November 13, 2023, 04:48:46 PM
If you are exchanging BTC to XMR then you would probably use an exchange.
If you use a centralised exchange then the exchange will have your data and so it will not be private anymore.
If you use a decentralised exchange then you will face volume issues.
Whereas when you use a bitcoin mixer then you will convert your coins to tiny transactions and then sending it back to your wallet by mixing a lot of addresses in between.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every man you failed to lecture about Bitcoin can be a victim to scam on: November 13, 2023, 04:19:24 PM
Whenever someone come asking me about Bitcoin I sometimes look at them as another victim to scammer, at least before they learn, and that's even if they choose to stay after they get scammed, such category of people only know how to quit, I think this way because people only what to hear the good side of investment and not the bad and risky side.

Something happened to someone who is not very close, I remember he came to me asking me about Bitcoin and how to get involved, I remember it was a bad timing for me and I told him to go online and do his own research.

Now he is a victim to a WhatsApp group that opened a exchange and told him to invest through them, I never knew he had up to $3000 for investment, he never sound like someone who is ready to invest a lot and secondly I thought he was a time waster, now he can't withdraw his Bitcoin from the fake exchange.

I am thinking that leaving behind and not teaching people can make them a prey to scammers, if I have just thought him the right things about Bitcoin he might have not get scammed.

No matter how much you tell others to do their research about Bitcoin some are not very good at it, call it illiteracy or other but it is what it is, should we start turning those who are not so good with finding answers away? Is that a right thing to do? I don't even know why I am feeling bad for this person, I could have saved him though.

The thing is that if anyone approaches you to teach him about bitcoin then it kinda becomes our responsibility to help him learn the basics about bitcoin and stay away from scam.
If you don't have the time right now you can tell him to contact you later so that you can discuss on the same in detail.
If he's fallen a victim to any scam then it's his fault but somewhere down the line you could have helped him avoid it.
472  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Investing against 2024 on: November 12, 2023, 12:46:32 PM
I am so elated each time I come into this forum and see thousands of members who are already outside the matrix doing great things and doing everything possible to get the novice and beginners up in the crypto world. I want to put it out here Iro know if possible we can get to know the intending coins that one could invest into against 2024. We need a good crypto analyst of wall street standard.

This forum is not like Youtube or Telegram or Instagram where finfluencers will tell you which coin will become the next multibagger.
Most people here believe in bitcoin and suggest to invest in BTC only. There are few altcoins like ETH which stand out from other altcoins.
But some people stick to BTC only. But yeah, don't fall for new altcoins which promise high returns.
My personaly suggestion would be to stick with BTC, ETH and may be just a little tiny bit in BNB.
473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use bitcoin when gambling? on: November 12, 2023, 12:29:58 PM
Most of the times I deposit BTC and so I continue gambling with it. I also use stable coins like TRX for gambling.
The tx fee is less and since the price is low it gives a sense of feeling that we are playing with more money since the number of coins are more.
474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Owners of betting companies bet? on: November 12, 2023, 12:18:18 PM
Do owners of betting companies place bet on their own platform or is there a policy specific policy that restricts them from betting. Do you think that there would be conflict of interest or that it will be unethical if owners bet on their own platforms. These are the questions that I am seeking an answer to.

If he's the owner then can change any rule and so he can do anything on the site including playing whenever he likes.
But we can't say whether any owner gambles on his own site until any casino site owner confirms it himself.
It's obvious that it won't do him any good other than playing just for fun.
It's his own money and it will remain with him whether he wins or loses.

476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: November 12, 2023, 11:44:34 AM
At one of the local gambling shop I visited during the weekend I happened to listen to a conversation between two bald looking gamblers at the shop talking about one of their gambling colleague who had won a big amount of money amounting to a million in the local currency and due to that win this colleague of theirs' has been avoiding them since e won that money. From their conversation it was obvious that they were a circle of close three friends that gamble together.

After all I finished with my bet headed home and was asking myself what could the colleague act that way avoiding his close friends they all gambling together and just because luck shines on him first he decides to create a distance and class. I couldn't actually annex a good reason why anyone should do that.

I can think of only 3 reasons why that colleague would behave in this way.

1. He wants to stay low because he doesn't want many people to know about his winning. We know that lots of money brings unwanted attention and may be that's why he is keeping distance from everyone until he figures out what to do with this money.

2. He would be thinking that his colleagues would ask him for money and he doesn't want to give them any.

3. He might be busy enjoying his reward elsewhere.
I know the same example when one of my friends got rich and stopped communicating with me, although before that everything was very good, we had fun, we often met together. But after a lot of money, he developed new interests, he began to spend time in different countries with his family, and now I hardly see him. Many tried to borrow money from him, but he did not lend money to anyone. Sometimes bad thoughts come to me that if big money hadn’t fallen from the sky on him, we would have continued to get along well, communicate, and meet. But on the other hand, I’m happy for him and I won’t wish him anything bad, let him do as he wants.
Maybe your friend want to experience new things such as traveling because he had given a chance to travel. I don't have any problem with your friend based on your description, your friend just want to enjoy his life because he has a chance to. New interest is a normal thing, even me changed my hobbies a lot because I can and I want to. About borrowing money, I think it's a right move since I'm not fan of lending money unless it's really a life or death situation. Try to cope up with your friend, try to get a long. A full day with him will be worth it after not being seen for a long time. As long as you both treat yourselves as a friend, money will not be a hindrance.

But don't you think that no matter how many new interests a person develops, I don't think he/she should stop talking to one just because of new interests.
As he said, he didn't borrow any money or anything but still his friend didn't have any contact with him.
This shows that he changed because of money and not because of new interests.
477  Local / India / Re: CBDC/eRuppe wallet is currently being tested! on: November 11, 2023, 04:17:39 PM
Even I have received the invitation from my bank to test this wallet.
Although I am interested in testing the wallet I haven't done so because of my day job and other work related items.
I will try it once I get some free time and let you guys know the experience of it.

Try to find out whether it can be used at any normal store where they have a QR code for UPI payment. I doubt that it may not work and I fear the money might get stuck. If it does not work then what the heck should we use it for? The most embarrassing part of UPI or Credit/Debit card transactions is when the bank's server gets busy and starts declining transactions. In such an embarrassing situation, this digital rupee should come in handy otherwise I do not think there is any use of it for me.

As of now, you can only use eRupee for making P2P transactions. So the other party must have eRupee wallet inorder to receive the money.
I think the merchants haven't started to use eRupee yet because of lack of awareness.
So it will take a while for merchants to accept it and until that we can only make P2P transactions with other people.
478  Local / India / Re: India trained 3,000 police officials on crypto investigations in 2022–2023 on: November 11, 2023, 04:02:15 PM
This is something new. It's good to hear that the government of India is taking certain measures to protect their citizens from crypto related cyber crimes and scams.
As many others have said, it should have already been done a long time ago but at least it is being done now.
It is also a high time because when the citizens of India have started using crypto so much and the crimes are increasing every year, it's about time that the cyber crime department and police officials cope up with the technology too.

The website is available in English, Spanish, Swedish, and soon French and Portuguese.

It would be great for you to add another language which is Filipino as there are more gamblers here in the Philippines who are struggling to control their addiction.

As I have checked your website, it looks neat and decent to me at least. I choose not to register though as I do not want to input my real details into it.

When it comes to your app in the Google Play Store, despite having 1,000 downloads there is no honest and genuine feedback from those who are actually downloading and installing it compare to the Apple App Store, you did have a couple of 5-star reviews.

In this area alone, you really need to push for organic honest (and not paid) reviews in the Google Play Store. Just my own honest opinion.

In my view, I think the site look and feel can be improvised further. The design looks a little dull.
The content is good though as there are many videos and membership forum.
Coming to the language, I agree with you that few more languages can be added.
OP can either create a poll on this post itself or create new one or may be fetch data as to where the number of gambling addicts are higher.
480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use multiple platforms for betting? on: November 11, 2023, 02:33:01 PM
If you bet with multiple accounts on the same game, the result of the bet will be the same. Suppose I use two accounts for betting on a match, one account is for my win and one account is for my loss, that is, if we bet according to this equation, we will lose money from one account and our money will come from another account. You may say that in betting for two teams, bet using different strategies, no matter how different strategies you use, you will lose money from one account and money will come from one account, that is will remain the same, your profit and loss will be combined.
I don't like betting like this. For betting there will be only one account and from that account either money will come in or money will go out. If there is more doubt about a match then I will refrain from betting on that match because there is no saying that I have to bet on every match. I will bet on the match I am guaranteed and refrain from other matches.

Using multiple accounts for betting won't do any good but there is a small benefit if you are using multiple platforms for betting.
The betting odds are slightly different on different betting platforms. For example the bettings would be 1.5x on platform and on the other it may be 1.55x.
So betting on the other platform would be a little beneficial when compared to the previous one.
This is how many people take advantage of better betting odds using multiple platforms.
