It seems to me that such a large-scale project is aimed more specifically at business, and not at individuals, although I can be mistaken.

How this will work and the most important for me how much it will cost, I think this is not a cheap service. I really not fully understand what kind of services this platform can give. Is it they are offering free wifi to the company by using the platform? Because some people as what they understand is the platform will give free wifi to the community. ı think its quite simple. You get some content (advertisements) to interact and if you do so then you get free data from this company to use it in your mobile data - this is why they mentioned in their wp mobile free data and not free wifi ... Project already raised quite some money. As far as I know, they raised about 7 mil when the token price was 1 USD. I heard that they will update the total money raised every stage that is when they complete the 10 days each with USD 1.5 and then 1.75 and finally 2 USD. Like somebody mentioned in this thread, they have already hit the softcap also quite sometime ago.

I am still waiting for their whitepaper, but there is no update, I feel like Velox team are all developers and no one of them work in marketing or other field since all their focus are on developing the platform and waste lots of time on centralized temporary exchange that will go to a garbage can once exchange bolt releasing.

Try to ask them about some info that can help you to determine if he/she is a scammer. Be careful guys.  Not today scammer, hopefully they can banned the scammer which is moving in various social channels, or somehow people in this community that might encounter this people will just block or don't try to communicate with it. All of us should be aware of the scammers, even if they will ban it scammers will create again many accounts. The most important thing is we are all aware what is happening now. I think 10 Eth is really expensive and making a pool to invest in this project will take a lot of time. What are the perks of investing in presale aside from the 40% discount?

@Wiki_Bits, I'm not sure if I missed it, but was it explained in the white paper on how the site will really work? I read about contributors, but how do they really contribute? Let's say it's given that they will share their knowledge, how and is there some sort of checking or approval first? I'm looking for that kind of information but it seem to be not discussed. Even if 1 eth is minimum now I hope there will be more serious investors that will support the developments of this project. I also want to see how active the devs and staffs here.
