Is it possible a way has been found to game the system by pushing the difficulty down and then switching all the equipment back on? I have to think that's a losing scenario but "doors and corners".

Difficulty drop and price bump. You love to see it
Maybe people were nervous to see it went OK. Also seems as if someone made their spending numbers and now we're back in the wind again.

Yeah all the newest Far Cry games are really cool to play . Ah you know each and every game has its errors , it is how it is hh.. I have not played on the Console but on the PC , i bet on PS5 this game would look really really good. Yeah 6 is comming soon thats why they are selling it so low, have you played the New Dawn version ? It is the continuation of Far Cry 5 after the Nukes have dropped and a few years have passed. It is really cool as you meet the Survivors and they tell you storys about 5 and stuff I have not. I'm not really so big on the DLC but might be worth a look if it's on sale.

Im here making a Proposition, if anyone has not played a Video game called Far Cry 5 i seriously indulge you to play this game . This game is AWESOME ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DIffo6RpXEIt is on Sale in Steam. Or if you got a PS4/5 or Xbox buy an Used DVD Have fun for who will decide to try this masterpiece out Played 3-5 to death. Only think I didn't really like about 5 was the way they transitioned between phases and the stunt missions. Apparently designed with analog sticks in mind. 6 due out in a few months (maybe why they have 5 on sale).

I agree that there might have been other option besides defaulting in this case. I think a competent barrister could have argued for a sealed proceeding on the grounds of possible bodily harm or some other form of retaliation being made upon the defendant if his identity had been revealed to the general public. I also think that if there were financial considerations that kept this case from being defended properly that the Bitcoin community would have rallied in support. I also agree that the disparity between the haves and have nots in most judicial systems is a heinous thing. I think Elon Musk is more clever than most give credit for, it could just be he was tweaking the nose of the SEC and exercising his right to free speech. I do not care for his obsession with dogecoin even though it is a interesting community with tremendous support. I remain unconvinced of its long term store of value properties and usefulness. There is only one person who really knows the motive and I don't believe the man has time or the inclination to explain to us mere mortal's.
It's worth noting that the scumbag likes to pick his jurisdictions based on which is most likely to give him the more favorable outcome. Notably, he has gamed the UK's libel laws in previous actions. This is clearly an action that should have occurred in the US given that .orgs are technically US and bitcoin.org is on a server based in the US but malarkey as ever...

How could you do this??? In a remote hearing today, a judge said that “Cøbra,” the pseudonymous operator of Bitcoin.org, must display a notice on his website about the judgment, pay at least £35,000 ($48,600) in legal costs and remove the whitepaper from his site. Cøbra lost the case through a default judgment; he mounted no defense to preserve his pseudonymity. https://decrypt.co/74657/bitcoin-inventor-whitepaper-lawsuit-craig-wright-cobraThis will force many to come out of anonymity now. This is how CSW works he pecks away at official or pseudo official things that will name him as Satoshi and then claim that as evidence that he is. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a certificate for a star named "Satoshi" somewhere next to his suspicious law cert.

There's something fishy here, it's the middle of the winter in Australia right now. And did they get stung by nettles? Vitamin D is thought by some to be very important in protection against covid.

Well, welcome to 34.5, I guess. What now?

That's exactly the recipe for losing your BTC! I've seen many HoDLers become nocoiners and/or Bitcoin haters because of this. It's easy to say "sell high, then buy low", until one time you sell high and realize your high was the new low.
There's also the risk of coins on an exchange. Not as bad as it once was but still a very real risk.

Surely if we can put him elsewhere when Satoshi had posted something we can eliminate his as CSW once and for all. Maybe CC statements, toll accounts etc...
The "true believers" ain't gonna give it up and I have no inclination to try to disabuse them of their delusions.
|
|
|
CSW is completely full of shit. I am 100% certain he has had nothing to do with anything relating to Satoshi. End of story.
Besides, I truely doubt Satoshi was more than 1 person.
Inclined to agree. My thought is that CSW is well practiced at his shenanigans and Gavin was naive/star struck enough to fall for it.
|
|
|
I would hate for CSW to actually be that close to it all. He is a curse on the whole thing...
It could go some way to explaining how he was able to trick Gavin too

Hint: I have #Bitcoin in my bio. You guys are free to try to "find me", but I won't ever admit it's me.
You're safe here. Twitter is a cancer. Hope you don't get dragged down into the insanity.

Yeah, that's doesn't really ring true. Sales might be depressed because of used equipment on the market but that's no reason to stop selling. ergo, new gear is being set aside for the big 51% attack.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I do the best I can to keep him at bay manually.
You could create a bot to do it automatically. Which is hopeful since it means the diff may recoup.
It undoubtedly will. Money will not be left on the table for long.

I have read his posts since he showed up here like 7 years ago. In fact, I have a feeling he may have even annoyed this very thread.
Indeed he did. Got into it with him several times. If you look back, you can even find me arguing for second layers as an answer to the 3tps limit. He was always pretty cordial though and right about some things. He just couldn't see the bigger picture. He could also now be quite, quite rich from all the Bitcoin people offered to send him.

Round 16 knockout stages Euro 2021. Belgium vs Portugal and England vs Germany will be thrillers to watch. Only in terms of how large a lead the Germans can make over the English. I don't think England's delivered a world-class team in a long time.

and whether they would be successful to play such a control bitcoin card at this time is still to be determined both in terms of whether they will attempt to play such a card (if they have it) and if such a card play will be successful if they were to play it.
Lots of "ifs" in there richy... .if that's something like what you are getting at.
Yes. Just idle speculation about what the Chinese government might possibly be up to with these odd moves. Nothing more.
|
|
|
You are saying that bitcoin is (was) centralized or am I misunderstanding you?
It's a conditional. If China was able to accomplish that, they effectively had control of Bitcoin anyway (which arguably has been the case at times even if they never exercised that power). I don't know if that's their aim nor whether they are capable of it though.

You gotta zoom out.
Who cares if we might get stuck in some kind of $32k to $35k or whatever largely noise that you are proclaiming to be flat for a day or two or even a week or two.. does not really matter too much.
Zoom dee fuck out!!!!!!!! #nohomo.
I do quite often (we still seem to be a little bit overpriced from that perspective). But the answer to my question would indicate whether the price is trying to move up or down at the moment. I think I might add a bitcoin bought vs bitcoin sold to ChartBuddy. That information seems to be available from Bitstamp.
