Ha bien vu la recherche Google, mais j'ai un petit doute, Google te remonte ce topic car il y a les mots clés que tu as mis : "français", "org", "february 2011", mais rien ne prouve que ce topic était dans la section fr en février 2011.

J'ai essayé une recherche avec "site:https://bitcointalk.org datarange:2455563-2455621" (janvier-février 2011) (cf ici), mais google ne me trouve rien...

Regarde le premier message de ce topic, le tableau en dessous de RANGS, tout y est expliqué.
L'activity n'a pas bougé, il y a juste une surcouche de merits maintenant pour monter dans les rangs.

Pour info, ce n'est pas moi qui ait édité ton post, mais un global modo.
Et du coup, je comprends mieux le message de SL et l'histoire de l'edit.

En méta on me sollicite pour savoir la date de création de la section francophone.
J'ai bien trouvé la date où le premier modérateur a été nommé (21 juin 2011), mais pour la création de la section ça reste flou. J'estime à fin janvier / début février 2011, mais je n'ai aucune certitude, un topic peut d'abord avoir été crée dans la section Other languages puis ensuite déplacé dans la section Fr.
Donc si un grand ancien passe par là et se souvient d'un topic où s'est écrit clairement, je prends.
