P2Pool subsidy?
People support the others using P2Pool so much they donate btc to the miners.

Noob question, but how do I payout? Is there a minimum payout amount or something? Because my balance currently is about .98BTC, and the automatic payouts never kicked in in the past few days.

Its when Bad Luck strikes, I realize how much DGM can get annoying variance-wise.

I would just think if you wanted to have merged mining you would create a new address and register it before you start mining with it. You don't have to mine with it before you register it. Only one Namecoin address can be mapped to a Bitcoin address and can't be changed. You can map multiple Bitcoin addresses to the same Namecoin address. What would be wrong with this strategy?
Someone can set their namecoin address to, say, the biggest miner on your pool. Then they get free namecoins.

I just recently switched my 1280x1024 monitor for a 22'' 1080p monitor and only lost about 2MH/s.

Ouch, this isn't looking too good right now. If my calculations are right you owe... somewhere around 200+BTC to miners.

Except that it does. If I'm getting 7.0% stales on my setup, switching to p2pmining at 6.3% would net me 0.2% profit even after his 0.5% fee. Likewise if I can get much lower on my own, the effective fee of using p2pmining would be that much higher. You can think about it this way: your stale rate is money you are losing out on, but everyone is sees a "bonus" equal to the average stale rate. Only if your stale rate is were exactly the same as the average rate would the net effect be zero.
The op seems to be on par with the average p2pool stale rate, which is good. I would expect that he could do even better though, if he tweaks his connection settings.
I see, didn't think of that.

What's your stale rate?
6.3%, but when mining with p2pool, stalerate doesn't really matter as EVERY miner has lots of stales. You don't even need to put that into the equation. Well it is a little more complicated than that. True, but I'm trying to get the point across that it doesn't really matter.

Wow, I mined about .18BTC in 16h With GPUMax + Eclipse, with a single 6850 @ 260MHash/s. GPUMax is fuckin awesome. Edit: Is there a chance that https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=66202.0 (p2pmining.com) pool could be supported? The subsidies from it might make it even more profitable then a fee free pool. Plus being added to GPUMax might help it grow.

lol this demo is broken for me.
Only works for 58xx and 69xx because its precompiled for them.

Version 2.1.4- ~2% speed increase for 64-bit systems (excluding K8-based CPU's, i.e. Athlon 64's and older Opterons).
- Support for SOCKS 4/5 proxies via the new --proxy option (see README file).
- Username and password are no longer mandatory (I'm sure p2pool users will appreciate this).
- Support for building on Mac OS X (see README file).
The source code is, as always, available at GitHub. Binaries will be available soon available here. Went from 18.1-18.4kHash/s to 18.9kHash/s on my Phenom ii x4 at 3 threads, good job! Edit: Overclocked my x4 955 to 3.8GHz and ran on 4 threads, reaching 27khash/s. Holy shit!

I am going to try out the sendmany method to distribute payments everytime a block is confirmed, but it is going to take a couple of days.
Which pools payout at such a low balance? Eligius is 0.67108864 .
You can set whatever you want the payout to be on Slush's and MtRed.

Shit. Forgot about subsidies, my bad. I checked the transaction log. Received 0.09092350 on Tuesday. I will code in to credit miners for subsidies ASAP. Thanks for the heads up.
Nice to see you don't keep them, that basically pays for the fee in itself.

This may have been asked or answered somewhere, but what happens when you receive subsidies, do you keep them for yourself or are they calculated into all the miners payouts?

Your all set. The all the payouts and current round work has been transferred to 1Pa8Wyp7LkxkPuRid6rXcLRvUCDZpGwA9W
Thanks man! Sorry for the troubles.

Who ever is mining with a Litecoin address, I would like to inform you that this is currently a Bitcoin only pool. Make a transaction with your Litecoin address and PM me the amount(before you make the transaction) and send me a Bitcoin address to change your payouts to.
Thanks
EDIT: Tittiez - it looks like it's you.
Fuck I copied from the wrong wallet. My BTC address is 1Pa8Wyp7LkxkPuRid6rXcLRvUCDZpGwA9W. What do you want me to do about the transaction? It was just one of those mornings... Edit: PM'd you the transaction I made with my LTC address.

Can we expect litecoin mining too? This is a great idea!
