Does MtRed ever say what they made, compared to what they paid out?
That's the thing about PPS... it can be good for the miner, but if the pool operator has a long enough string of bad luck, then he's screwed. The pool operator is gambling against the long-term odds.

True, that's a very big downside to PPS.

Thats why I get more form p2pool than any pps Bigger cake to cut I don't see how, an extra ~.25 per block in tranactions fee's doesn't compensate for the bad luck. I've made much more mining at a MtRed (0% Fee PPS) then I ever did mining at p2pool.

Last couple of days have been pretty good for p2pool I think. Toby.
Why... Why did you say something.

That's a lot of hours
Not really, mine: Total time logged in: 13 days, 52 minutes. 13 Days of my life I'll never get back

Day #5 here
I made a bitcoin on the site today too, loving it.

Why is 0.0005/KB not sufficient for a transaction to be included in your blocks? At a rate of 10 minutes/block, and 35 BTC transaction fees/day, that equates to ~0.243 BTC transaction fees per block in extra income for you. I think that including more free transactions is not worth the risk for me, especially for ~0.06 BTC per day (according to your numbers). No. 0.243 BTC extra per block. So if you Mine 40 blocks in a day your making a bonus of 9.72BTC approx.

I can help you. Pm me your details. I might be an hour or so till I can send
PM'd you.

Looking for a 5BTC loan, I can pay it off in three to four weeks, or I can just give you my weekly payoffs from mining (Your Choice). I can provide pictures of the cards mining if you want, but I would like to stay anonymous. I have a 6850 that I mine on and off with (Its part of my current computer) and I have a 5770 mining dedicated in a separate computer.
I'll pay you back 5.5BTC in the end.

Uh... Well, I myself... Ehhh...

I think I'm slowly becoming addicted to migraine pills, does that count? When I get a migraine I take them then take a nap, and I wake up feeling like a million bucks.
|
|
|
Well ... lets just say that there is a REALLY easy way to prove if it is happening, with a small change to probably almost any miner program ... Anyone want code suggestions? Do we take cgminer and make it use are gpu's to divide by zero?
|
|
|
Yep, the more I hacked the worse it ran...so, I stopped myself for everyone's sake...
Also, waiting on things start catching up from the disturbance in the FORCE today...payment window was longer today to compensate...
Because of the "disturbance", how are you handling the "bonus" for us? Surely you must be more at loss here.

OKAY THEN, REMOVING DASHBOARD, TOTALLY WORTH IT! .22% Rejects, NOT COMPLAINING

... and at this point right now when I post there are 4100 outstanding transactions in my memory pool ...
4400 Now.

yea i got ddos'ed a few times on deepbit yesteday. God hackers out to stop people from making a decent bitcoin in a day? wtf.. anyways is the website down? i can't access it. Also noticed we are going pps like btcguild? cuz my shares don't make sense.
f. e. 1 share = .000024xxxxxpie! etc.. so 300 shares is .0072 is round up to 8. Well I'm getting 1/2 of it. Say if pps is 90%, u guys get 10%. and shared is 83? Well jsut wanted to tell u guys i'm getting something like .00001x per share or something so yea it's off big time. Unless i'm getting bitcoin hijacked by my guiminer.
DeepBit is already a PPS Pool, its been a merged Prop and PPS pool for a long time. If your mining Prop your shares aren't going to be the exact rate, depending on the luck of the round it will be worth more or less then it. Plus you will be effected by Hoppers.

Why would you accept such high interest? 3x the principal!, You could do way better than that in the traditional banking system, right?
Loan from person vs Loan from bank Which one has the "easier to work with" factor? Especially for a loan as large as this. At least that's my assumption.
