1301  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: August 20, 2016, 05:14:16 AM
I neither don't have 1 btc now but if ever I own 21 btc,  hmmmm...
I will give 10 btc to my family and the other half I will... hold it for a long time. Because I don't want to loose any single cents of it.

What's the use of your coin if you won't use it to make your life easier?  Smiley That could have been a big capital for a business and could sustain your living for a long time... But it's good if you are planning to keep it while you are still planning on where to spend it or invest it so you could have a sustainable source of income...  Smiley

as an investment you should hold bitcoin and sell it on the top and then buy back your amount if the price went down.
but in general you should try to hold bitcoin and spend it as it is so much better than spending fiat.
1302  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Cex.io a legit exchange service? on: August 20, 2016, 05:10:53 AM
yes they are a legit exchange service and they have been around for a very long time, i remember doing some cloudmining and also trading some GHS there back in the days where they had more than 51% of the network hashrate share.
1303  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: August 19, 2016, 04:11:17 AM
i lost bitcoin because trade, but since first time i know bitcoin i was never lost my bitcoin and my bitcoin still secure till now because i was never got hacked and exchange scammer, i hope i never get it
well you should never trust exchanges because such stuff can happen any time, after trading i always get back my money from it and i never leave it

if you want to trade bitcoin or altcoins you have to trust exchanges. there is no other way, you can withdraw your funds every time but you will end up leaving something on the exchange site at some point.
1304  Economy / Speculation / Re: CNY and JPY have enjoyed 90% share of trading market on: August 19, 2016, 04:08:26 AM
i have never heard of that site before so i always check the coinsmarketcap and i always see the Chinese exchanges at the bottom (excluded volume) from the total volume and they have mad volume each day.

it is because of the 0 fee!
1305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 19, 2016, 04:05:23 AM
A thing like this always happened to my bet, rofl. I also don't know why it can be happen, especially on dice sites. This shit always happen to me when i gambling at dice sites,

This mostly happens in dice sites because people mostly use strategies on dice like martingale or many others and those strategies mostly make you bet bigger amounts when you lose just to recover the losses and at the end you will have nothing to make your bet double because you will lose everything.

This is the common things that usually happen when you are playing  dice games. Yes,  martingale and other  techniques that make double of your bet when you lose is such  like suicide and doesnt guarantee you always win back your losses previously. No matter how big or small your bet is the only thing  is for sure that you would still lose in the  long run.

i think anybody who has ever tried gambling has this experience especially the bad experience with dice games.
when you start the auto bet with the martingale strategy and then go away and come back to see the whole page is filled with the red results and your bankroll is empty.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: August 19, 2016, 03:58:53 AM
my reason of gambling is only and only making money, and i think 99 % of people have the same reason, but some people are telling a lie and they do not like to express their actual reason of gambling.

Most of those who tell that they are for fun are hiding the truth specially when they are losing money in gambling...Usually they will tell you that "it's okay" if they are losing... But deep inside, it's not, and usually they are planning to come back with much bigger bankroll and bet again telling you that "they are after their loss yesterday" ... Which looks like a foolishness and just keep them tied in gambling...  Smiley

a lot of those people have lost a lot of bitcoin before they started to gamble only for fun of it. it wasn't always like this for them. they start as a make profit kind of game and since they can not earn the profit they turn into the fun part of gambling.
1307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: August 19, 2016, 03:52:10 AM

martiangle in gamble is high risk high return
you can get much profit but you can lost all your money
iam play martiangle strategy in dice gamble site

i wouldn't call martingale a high risk method, it has a medium risk at most.
also the profit is not that great either you will always earn a small percent of your bet and if it goes long you lose.
1308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin mining, can it pay off? on: August 19, 2016, 03:48:53 AM
Hi, I've been thinking is there any alt-coin that could be worth mining with a lower spec computers? or should I go over to the coinwarz and try to find one taht will be worth something?

i have also a lower spec computer but the hashrate you get from your system is important not the age,... so unless you can get a decent hashrate you can't earn much from your system.
also do not forget about your electric bill.
1309  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price hovering around 570-580. Is it a good move to buy? on: August 19, 2016, 03:45:55 AM
People were saying back then that they are going to buy when prices drop below $600. Now that that's happened, is it still a good idea to buy? Did you buy? Are you planning to buy?

people always ask this question when the price goes down, they miss out, and price comes up then they start thinking about buying bitcoin.
beck when price was $650 everybody was waiting to buy when it goes below $600 and when it went there nobody bought and now that it has come up again they are thinking about buying.
1310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: "A Solution Looking for a Problem" on: August 19, 2016, 03:40:38 AM
Some people have that view about BTC. Do you think BTC is a clever solution in search of a problem?

who are these spme people, i have never heard this before you said it here.
and no it is not, bitcoin was created to solve the problems that were already there like the problem with banks, the charge back system and many other things.
1311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need your Opinion on this guys! Please help. Best BTC WALLET for you. on: August 19, 2016, 03:36:23 AM
you don't have Electrum as one of your choices in the poll, why is that?
i think you should try it and think for yourself but it is a good wallet and i really like using it, especially since i can not run a full node because of my slow internet speed.
1312  Economy / Speculation / Re: This price (~$575) is normal and good, and here's why... on: August 19, 2016, 03:33:11 AM
this is a good point but the reason for this low price at this level is that the price was pushed down not a normal decline after a big rise.
you forgot about the bitfinex hack and the okcoin situation, these things keep the price down and if they weren't available the price would have risen by now.
1313  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: August 18, 2016, 04:05:58 AM
I would personally just bank them because they are so small that you can not do much with them until maybe a month of doing it and working hard at your posting abilities. Cheesy
That is good if you are not looking for faster earning, but if you want to earn more or to boost your earning while doing signature campaign i think the best is to invest in trading some alt coin because it requires little capital than gambling.

many bitcoin users prefer just holding their coins instead of investing it in an investment plan which is super risky and can make them lose their coins. so holding it without profit is much better than investing it an ending up with nothing.
1314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the easiest sport to win bets at? on: August 18, 2016, 03:52:25 AM
I have tried betting on basketball, the NFL, soccer and baseball with mixed results. I am curious which sport has made you a consistent winner in sports bets. And why do you think you're a winner in that sport? Are some sports easier to handicap than others?
According To me All Sports Has Equal Chances Of Winning And Losing But The Best Sport For Betting I Think Is Cricket Because I Personally Tried this Sometime Ago.....

you are correct. because all the sports have equal chance of winning for you if you are good at all or anyof them.
someone who is good at predicting cricket games then he is good at that sport and another person who is good at predictin soccer will surely suck at predicting any other game.
1315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you think is a good time to start trading ? on: August 18, 2016, 03:46:40 AM
I start trading from about 0.005 BTC, it was because I was totally new to trade, and I want to invest a lowest amount so that I will not lose any bigger amount, after that I remained successful and I increased my amount of trade , so I continued in this way like increasing my amount of trade and at the same time I continued to learn.
Yeah , better to learn from ground and up from time and time also you can learn about trading events . I think 0.005 is good start for trading also you can get decent profit if you choose right coin , and still has a chance for being lose if you choose shit and wrong coin .

anybody who has no experience in trading and wants to begin his journey in trading should start from a small amount and avoid investing big amounts because he will surely lose so it is better to lose small amounts instead of a big amount.
1316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ONLINE GAMBLING WILL BE BANNED IN THE PHILIPPINES on: August 18, 2016, 03:42:08 AM
The newly elected President Rodrigo Duterte wants to stop the online gambling here in the Philippines. Its because they cannot collect tax from it and they don't want people to become addicted to it. What is your side ?

Currently this wasn't yet implemented by Our President Rodrigo Duterte, It's hard to our Government to implement or detect these gamblers. For me It's good to our community to banned gamble because we people in the Philippines are too much addicted in gamble.

it looks like the banning part is mostly talk than anything else and i think the president is mostly looking for money to take out through taxes.

maybe he is facing some budget problems that he wants to fill and solve through takin these taxes from gamblers.
1317  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: August 18, 2016, 03:38:42 AM
i think the best idea for kids to earn bitcoins might be just claiming from faucets and solving captcha  Smiley
Yes it is not bad for kids to collect some free satoshi. and if a kid have a good mobile phone he can use faucets with more comparability. there is a lot of faucet apps available on the mobile app stores and they are not so bad for kids..

Well faucet and captcha is simple but boring for kids.  If you can give them some games that will earn them satoshi, I think they will be on it for a whole day.  But of course you need to consider their studies too.  Responsible parents do balance this kind of stuff.  From earning bitcoin (if you want them involved) to physical activities to studying.

I agreed, The best games that we can fully give for the kids it should be related into education like quiz games, in every correct answer it has a satoshi reward for the player or it must be artistic for sure they will enjoy it, isn't right?

this is right but these types of game are nowhere to be found, there have not been designed yet to give children the enjoyment + education + bitcoin payment. and i think there are still better ways to eduate children without giving them bitcoin.
1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 18, 2016, 03:34:43 AM
Just get another addiction like heroin or prostitutes to replace gambling with.

That's hilarious... Who the heck in proper mind would do that? that's worst than gambling, heroin would ruin your brain and money along with family and prostitutes would ruin your health and your family too... That's not practical and that's just bonkers to think that it is a good way... Unless your life's been  on "sex and drugs and rock n' roll" with nobody that cares if you die...  Smiley

he is only trolling here.
nobody in his right mind will do such a thing, that would be soving a problem with creating another big problem for yourself.
people say substitute the addition with another activity but that other activity should be a constructive one not a destructive activity.
1319  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe wallet for a newbie on: August 18, 2016, 03:31:10 AM
I heard that xapo and coinbase were good btc wallet.  I guess it depends on the available wallet/btc exchange in your country.  I believe there were btc wallet for each country.  Here we use coins.ph and I guarantee you that it is safe.  Everytime you will log in they will always ask you to input the verification code sent in your cellphone or you could just ask for email code.  That way I am really feel safe as I knew that my account won't be hacked as they are always asking for the code.  They will also ask you to verify information from you like, phone and email verification.  They will ask identification card issued by the government, things like that.

xapo and coinabse are good wallets but not the best choices you can get.

they both do not give you your private keys which means you will have no control over your coins and in case they decided your account should be banned you will lose all your funds.
1320  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 18, 2016, 03:28:30 AM
It depends on the opportunity and the availability of capital.
In any situation you should invest in a planned manner, without compromising your financial life.

For me it is always better to save money so that in the future you are going to have an emergency fund or if you want to invest to. You just need to save money so that in the time you have accumulated right amount of money then you can just start to have your own investment. Saving is a good habit if you know how to do it.

having an emergency fund is a good idea but you only need a small amount to keep as your emergency fund not all your money, then what do you do with the rest if it?
you should keep that extra amount even if it is low in an investment.
