Sorry for your loss guys.
I don't like to rub it in, but you won't get scammed if you are very careful. I have done literally around 50 trades and have never been scammed.
- Don't send first to people without a lot of positive trading.
- Do READ their reputation threads. Are trusted members giving good feedback ?
- Do they offer you a REALLY good deal ? Do they refuse to send part of the payment first ( if you have a good feedback ?) Do they refuse escrow ? Those three are big red flags.
- If they refuse to send first, but they seem legit, always send 1/4th - 1/10th of the payment first. If you get scammed, the damage remains small.
- If they push you to hurry, hurry hurry, ignore that ! If they are very impatient they are probably afraid you'll see through their ruse.
Follow these rules and the chance you'll be scammed will be decreased by 99%
- Don't trade here This whole forum is infested by scammers. If you are to eager to sell or not diligent enough in checking, you will get scammed everywhere. There are no excuses. |

Any sneak previews of the PhenixTrader platform ? High speed trading ? I see some nice looking graphs on the screenshot... How will PXC be traded there ? Are there any ideas on how to prevent dumps like those that keep happening on small exchanges like cryptsy ?

I am for coins having active development done. But to simply hype something is a symptom of pump and dump.
Agreed. Some people are just a tad immature and impatient and feel the need to HYPE. Others in the PXC community are a bit more patient and able to see that mid- to long term, Phenix is a winner. The Phenix guys have a clear vision and great plans, with the skills to back it up. Just wait and reap the rewards. If PXC takes a dive, I'm going to the bank and buy me another 1k EUR worth of coins. |

Well, lets just say that the buyers are, for now, er... buying other things. They will change their minds when they see what the Phenix guys have in store for us though Be carefull with lowering prices because that will just start a bidding war and suddenly we're trying to sell at 5 LTC per K, and still no buyers. Just hang in there. I hope you can figure out another way to pay the hosting bill for the server. Maybe tell us how much you need and ask for donations ? I'll gladly give you some BTC if that means I can keep using your great pool. It's THE most stable pool I've ever used. |
