Most of these merchants do not operate globally, they are only providing services in the US or Europe.
Some countries even don't allow transaction and any kind of activity regarding cryptocurrency. Moreover, crypto isn't that much popular in most of the countries which allow crypto. Adoption will take more times. Even if we take India as example, here there's no much of popularity and merchant accepting crypto.

I just discovered that it's a sign of my participation of a thread. If I'm correct, there are some other signs but never noticed such though. Do you know any of them, or is there a detailed thread about such signs/symbol?

When I was a very newbie in BTC environment, I had very hard times to get someone who will purchase my coin. Sometimes, I even felt stupid why I would have to take BTC as payment, lol. It wasn't easy to get sites to sell BTC; since I was newbies, I did barely trust people dealing online. Nevertheless, BTC is legal in my local, hence, we got some advantages to trade.

This is a shady practice, I guess you would rather posted it in meta section to get an immediate action although I think there won't be any serious punishment; though it's way more unethical behavior. By the way, you don't have to archive the post. Check with LoyceV posts archive tool and you will get them all.

A lot of people are complaining about slow confirmations with Bitcoin, but even local inter Bank transactions takes longer than Bitcoin these days.
If you pay higher fee, the tx will get confirmed within 10 minutes maximum on average. Therefore, the complain of slow confirmation is kinda useless. Anyway, I guess it's not a good idea till now to compare bitcoin tx with traditional method. Bitcoin isn't even accepted in some countries, most of the services don't accept it. When bitcoin will have acceptance worldwide on every section, then we can compare I guess.

Defi projects are another form of altcoin projects; therefore, we have such section for posting Defi projects. I don't have much idea on Defi projects though. Announcement child board under altcoin project is the appropriate board to post them. it is Bitcointalk.org not Altcointalk.org.
I guess bitcointalk has now turned into cryptotalk. The forum isn't limited to bitcoin discussion only.

I'm using sportsbet.io for a long time now for gambling on soccer matches. I think you know how much reputed they are in the community as well as over the world. They have partnership with Watford as well. Their support is good up until now other than the recent accusation against them.

I've posted this on behalf of SteffSon - the owner and creator of Bet99.win.
Hhampuz, I think you are vouching for this user- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1039779Just to let you know, this account's password has been reset recently and the email address has recently been changed as well. i hope you didn't mind this.

Can you explain work details here, I would be interested to apply if it was something I can assist with. In aaddition, it would be good to have a communication medium provided that newbies have limited numbers of PMs. A telegram handle or a mail address would be good.

1. What is the formula to calculate segwit transaction fee in which the weight will be included.
2. If sending to another type of address like the compatible and legacy, will the fee still be reduce? Also, if sending from another type of address like the compatible and legacy to segwit, will the fee be like normal transaction fee?
3. Why is P2SH (compatible) address fee also low compared to legacy address when both use transaction size to calculate the fee.
1. Check this- https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/87275/how-to-calculate-segwit-transaction-fee-in-bytes2. You have answer in the above linked article. You can further check with this website- https://coinb.in/#fees3. In shorts, it consumes less data I guess. But I don't know how technically it happens. Wait for the bros to join the discussion.

That's a good win certainly. I had lost one match though because of my wrong selection, lol. I already have an offer to Cash out at 54mBTC but I think I am not going to leave out anything on the table. I hope English weather do not break my trust LOL
I guess you must not cashout now as we can see that England is in control of the match and very likely they will win the match unless a miracle happen and WI make some good comeback which is unlikely in my opinion since they already have lost 2 wickets for 10. I guess the match will be ended tomorrow as we have seen how WI had bad performance in the first innings.

right now it is again around 17 sat/byte.
It has been increased now to 44sat/byte. Instantly after observing thread, I have bumped fee of one of my tx to 2 sat/byte instead of 1sat/byte but this is still pending and probably will be pending again for a long time.

I guess it will too much to give a subboard for managers only provided that the number of managers are probably capped at 100 maximum. Along with other services, managers can run their service perfectly IMO. 1) Would it include only BTC campaigns or also altcoins?
2) Who would get the right to open topics there? Everyone?
1. For Campaign Managers. 2. Campaign Managers + People looking for managers I guess.

Coinbase is a centralized exchange and a custodial wallet. Therefore, they have to regulate transactions and they have the right to suspend/terminate/block an account. I wouldn't be surprised to see coinbase blocking an account, however, when they block account, they give back the fund. Centralize services have benefits as well. For instance, due to being a certralize service, coinbase was able to counteract transactions to the twitter hack and scam. You must have to give a big thanks to them.

Would anyone be interested to risk their credentials of bitcointalk account? I guess no. Either way, I don't see any necessity of having an app at the moment. Moreover, shifting to an app could affect the current adveriding method (Not sure). Anyway, if you are interested to build one, you can go ahead and some people will definitely praise you.

The issue isn't about tx being unconfirmed nor about bumping the fee. I'm well aware of such things. Only nc50lc got me here. I wanted to know the technical aspect of different dates in explorer which doesn't fit the actual date of the tx.

I have no idea about gambling campaign as I didn't monitor or check history of such campaign other than Chipmixer. Chipmixer is paying 0.00075 BTC per post for a long time now and it was same when BTC was $20k even. I guess most of the campaign has their budget and if it surpasses their budget, they will be forced to lower the rate. Not every campaign can afford to spend such huge amount like Chipmixer.
You should move the thread to service discussion I guess.

Sorry if I'm being bored to you since I have already created another thread last hour for another query. I have a pending tx more than a week (can't remember certain date). To check when I did release the tx, I went to blockchain.com explorer and found that tx date has been shown as todays date. I guess I have understood the reason in one way (a logical thought in my mind). It's kind of rebroadcast? What's the technical explanation behind the date? It should be around 15th July while it's showing 24th July.
