1321  Economy / Gambling / Re: Linepunter - Visualize and analyze historical sports betting odds on: December 30, 2022, 05:49:48 AM
I like the idea of this because you can somehow release your bets for the present by checking the past and best performance of a particular team. Still, also you need to consider what other factors are there that changed from the previous performance that it did.

I think you are onto a significant niche within the market that I believe, as far as I know, no one is yet offering.
1322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do we manage our crypto trading strategy on: December 30, 2022, 04:44:41 AM
I think you need to understand that in trading, It’s not just with the cryptocurrency market, but also the stock market, and knowing that the stock market has been around for years so long that many of us members here are not yet alive. Still, systems have been developed to take advantage of the market and profit from it, so some strategies are proven to work in some time, but the market still dictates what would happen.

If we are talking about efficiency and constant use of strategy, I think the best way to do that is to use a trading bot like Gunbot to be consistent and manage the risk accordingly.

In terms of the market, we need to adapt to what specific demands we are having now, so I think the best way with that is also to learn what different markets are there and what appropriate strategies are needed to put to work.
1323  Economy / Reputation / Re: My ignore list got a Christmas cleanup on: December 29, 2022, 10:08:19 AM
Respect with your decision to clean up your ignore list since it’s a big deal to do that when you are really trying to change and be better and give a chance towards those who you think have changed as well. It is easy to put them back if you’re still not satisfied with what they’re saying.

What do you think other aspects could be done similar to this? In a general sense.
1324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: December 29, 2022, 07:39:47 AM
I don't think I have any gambling addiction. I can still control my gambling expenses and everything, so it's just an everyday thing. The motivation for me is that I could earn something I could bet on a small amount. So I would risk a little, which I can afford.

That's good that you can follow the rules and stay in line, OP. I think the motivation for everyone is money, which you could lose time on if you have it, but it's unproductive.
1325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT ?? What do you think about it ? ? ? on: December 28, 2022, 04:41:55 PM
If you are really into collections and getting more of a scarce material, I thought that it would be okay to get that type of NFT for me. It’s one of the things that you need to consider because it should be essential and has valuable things attached to it.

I feel like other people or members in this form are making it a trend, like some coins or ICO’s, or just the trend in general, where people are getting more and more of something

As long  as you are investing the money that you think you can lose, then I think it’s okay to get what you want.
1326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: OneShot Golf on gambling casinos? on: December 28, 2022, 10:41:09 AM
Wow! I remember playing a game called Golf Battle. And I was pretty addicted to it because I got a high tier already when competing here with multiplayer.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/golf-battle/id1422866002

I'm going to check if this is available in iOS and if I can play, lol.

1327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did The Inventors of the Internet Want A Native Currency Early On? on: December 27, 2022, 05:07:56 AM
As humans, we always want something that will make our lives easier. Imagine the early era when the trading of value was stones and gold. That will be heavy and hard to transact and proceed with, and money is the solution. Backing with the gold standard. That's why it's essential to have that to prevent inflation. And now, in the digital era, it's better to have digital coins that run on the blockchain so that every transaction can be tracked and monitored.

Internet currency is already being explored with the invention of the internet, and the "double-spending" trick is solved by blockchain technology.
1328  Other / Off-topic / Re: Team USA will play in the Philippines for the FIBA WORLD CUP 2023 on: December 27, 2022, 12:04:27 AM
There are a lot of people who can afford that and would be willing to spend money on that because it’s their first time here. It’s just like the other events where it’s going to be sold out probably because there are scalpers and also people who would be willing to pay for it. I can't think of people who would resell it at that rate to that of money to be bringing on the streets, especially in the Philippines.
1329  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin survived the Christmas market pressure on: December 26, 2022, 03:34:47 PM
This is what I think with your analysis. It could be possible that i will be a bull run in 2023 because the price that we are currently in has been here for a long time. Hence, it’s likely that it could reach even higher since almost everyone accepts this price, and then maybe they could be another catalyst to bring it higher to a new all-time high.

I think everyone is busy with their personal stuff that is needed with attention during the holidays.
1330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi i been doing binance futures for quite long time here is my idea on: December 26, 2022, 02:51:03 PM
I don’t think you need to create a chat group anymore and just a channel where you publish your technical analysis within the market, and that would be more helpful than having a chat group. Unless you are interested in creating your own tribe in which you share ideas, and not just follow your own.

You can do it right away and not wait with anyone.
1331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't know what to say, but earn BTC while you learn. on: December 26, 2022, 07:33:00 AM
So this is learning by example, right? I don’t think I would be able to correct this based on just the clues that you gave with the Fibonacci sequence. I think it is too broad and would be hard to decipher, and would be taking too much of my time.

I’m just gonna wait on who will be able to solve this and maybe check how do you done it so I could learn.
1332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: December 25, 2022, 04:00:14 PM
It’s definitely going to be a good decision to go with the bet since the results that you could get is better than the risk you are going to take so I think it boils down into the risk management on how much you are going to bet, but as long as you are ready to lose that kind of money, then it’s best to take it.
1333  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FTT Token - SCAM! on: December 24, 2022, 03:12:15 PM
Everyone should remember that Binance has done the same with the Terra Luna scam where the tokens are still treatable with BUSD. So it’s probably the same as the FTT tokens, and also knowing that Binance has 5% of the total supply of it.

OP it’s definitely hurt because bitcoin SV is nowhere near Binance but scam tokens are still listed. Am I right?
1334  Other / Meta / Re: Avatar for another membership? on: December 23, 2022, 08:18:50 AM
It will be helpful for people who are trying to build a business here or introduce something with what they are trying to offer. If they are interested in advertising here, the best approach is to have a signature campaign and let the members here advertise for them. I think it can be done, but if you are just interested in presenting yourself, try and approach the forum productively and earn merits, then level up.
1335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next generations on bitcoin on: December 21, 2022, 06:18:18 AM
There might be something different in store for Bitcoin because, based on what's happening now is that it has become a store of value and not so much as a transactional payment method, so if the people holding BTC aren't moving it, it's going to be hard for the next generation to have some of it because there would be limited supply of it. So you must also consider that when talking about holding for future generations unless you would inherit something.

I do hope that the future generation will develop something beneficial for the future of cryptocurrency and make it more adaptable or something like that.

1337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching the use of decentralized exchanges on: December 21, 2022, 02:33:39 AM
Are you sure you're going to teach about decentralized exchanges? AFAIK you hold your keys there because you are going to transact with your wallet, and to do that, you need to connect it somehow to provide the trading connection with that exchange. So technically, you are still holding your coins before you send them to some wallet that you do not control.

Or have you mistyped your grammar that self-custody is the key and decentralized exchanges are the solution to avoid the FTX problem?
1338  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a trading strategy becomes obsolete? on: December 20, 2022, 04:40:57 PM
If you were to read and learn about it a lot, you would know that there are different strategies that are applicable to different market situations and you need to have those fundamentals in order to be successful in trading. I don’t think it will become obsolete, but it will be adaptable to what the market is.

Possible strategies can become different by adding different indicators to the set up. It’s ideal to be consistent and make sure that you are emotionless when trading that’s why it’s essential, in my opinion, that you use a bot like Gunbot.
1339  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Finally got my boss to pay me in Bitcoin on: December 20, 2022, 04:34:20 PM
If you are a freelance worker and getting paid with that, I think it’s going to be a good thing that you are paid in bitcoin, so you could probably pay less tax for your income depending on where you are from. I’m curious some companies do not utilize crypto payments because of legal issues. I hope you don’t run into something that is going to make it hard for you to earn more because of your payment method.
1340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Edward Snowden is ready to become Twitter CEO for bitcoin pay on: December 20, 2022, 04:07:33 PM
How can someone say that it’s already a thing? From what I see is that it’s a tweet that suggests that he wants to become the CEO of Twitter but not applying to it. It’s like saying, yeah, if it only pays in bitcoin, but no other motivating thing or words were given, so I don’t think this should be taken seriously.
