1341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 20, 2021, 08:31:44 PM
~snip~They won the Serie A title quite easily and Juventus were too far away from them in the standings. But now, I see Juventus being more advantageous in the new season compared to Inter. Because we don't know what Inter players will do with Inzaghi. Will they have any adaptation problems to his system or not?
~snip~
Do you think the Juve squad is the same as Inter? I do not think so. I prefer Juventus, last season they didn't win because they had new, inexperienced players. Now that Alegri is coming maybe he will recompose but I don't think it will be big. Then regarding Inter, are they healthy. The club's financial news that was not good made Conte leave, the club could not fulfill the desire to buy new players. In addition, regarding the group sunning, I heard that it was difficult and limited funds flow to Inter because of restrictions by China.

Yes Inter is one of the clubs experiencing a financial crisis this year but they are still active in the transfer market yes indeed there are no expensive players bought only standard players, I don't see any competitive interest at Inter Milan this season and I doubt they can't keep the title.

I also agree that Inter can't have a title streak. In the last season, they were absolutely incredible. But they are still not a consistent team like Juventus. I think that Juventus will do a great job with Allegri in this season and be the number one contender for the Serie A title. And I expect them to succeed in it.
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- now at: 21/22 Qualifying Prelims on: July 20, 2021, 08:23:29 PM
We are going to have the qualification quarter final games starting tomorrow. And I think the most attracting game of the night is going to be PSV - Galatasaray in Eindhoven. These two teams are actually quite close to each other in terms of strength. But as PSV have the advantage of playing home, it's going to be tougher for Galatasaray. I think that we will see both teams scoring in the first leg and it will end in a draw.
1343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 20, 2021, 08:16:29 PM
The new season is getting really close. We are only 3 weeks away from the first week of the league. I think that the biggest candidate for the title is Manchester City again. I don't know if they will manage to end Kane transfer successfully. But even without him, they can destroy their opponents and reach the title. But it's going to be really long and tough journey as their biggest opponents are also gaining more power.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 20, 2021, 08:11:49 PM
People talk about the probability of a Lewandowski transfer to Chelsea. But I don't think that it is very probable. Because Lewandowski is already very happy and successful at Bayern. He broke even a new goal record in the Bundesliga in the last season. While he is this much comfortable, why wouldn't he want to leave in the end? Chelsea shouldn't keep their hopes up about him and they should make a greater effort to sign Haaland this summer.

1347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk manipulating the market? on: June 21, 2021, 09:19:08 PM
There is not even a need to ask a question like this.  Grin  Of course, he is manipulating the market and I bet he is enjoying it as well. Besides, Tesla has made an incredible amount of investment into Bitcoin. I assume that Elon Musk isn't happy about the current situation. And he wants to make things easier for the market to rise again in the recent times.
1348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC Volatility More of an Advantage than Disadvantage? on: June 21, 2021, 09:10:52 PM
Volatility is not only good but also bad. Hence, it is really crucial to make the right moves at the right time. I know that it is not easy to predict also. We examine the movements of the price and then make a decision. We may feel like we are comfortable. But BTC price can surprise us at any time. If we manage to turn it into an advantage, then we are really lucky. Otherwise, we may lose a lot of money also.
1349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl is not the best option as it seems on: June 21, 2021, 09:06:17 PM
Actually, there is no such thing as "the best option" for making an investment. There are many kinds of really good strategies. And I believe that HODL is one of them. But it requires a really big patience. It may even take years to reach your price goal. If you aren't ready for that, then it is the best to look for another options.
1350  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID advanced the world into the future on: June 21, 2021, 08:59:39 PM
COVID period can be the best thing happened for cryptocurrencies really. Because so many people started looking for new adventures in this time period. And they came across cryptocurrency market. And now, there are incredible amount of people who have become a crypto user. And the future is coming even faster than ever thanks to that. I didn't think that I was going to thank COVID for something.  Grin
1351  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market on: June 21, 2021, 08:55:15 PM
Elon Musk still can manipulate the market very easily. And he did it some days ago. But surprisingly, it wasn't too affective this time. I started thinking like his power was weakening. And I hope it is. Because I'm really fed up with his manipulations like many people.
1352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding 5 years a just a imagination on: June 20, 2021, 09:18:03 PM
Holding coins for five or even more years is not an impossible thing to do actually. Look at those who got rich in Bitcoin. Most of them accomplished it by being patient for years. Hence, I can't use a word like "impossible" for this.
1353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't you think Bitcoin will die over the summer? on: June 20, 2021, 09:12:01 PM
I'm nearly one hundred percent sure that Bitcoin won't die over the summer.  Grin  I can't make a prediction like this just because we saw a big dump in the market. It would be so unfair to Bitcoin. We have always had times like this. We will get through these days and see Bitcoin shining bright again.
1354  Economy / Speculation / Re: About time it crashed on: June 20, 2021, 09:08:56 PM
Honestly, i see btc back in the $20K region before the end of the month.

You thought or hoped that but it didn't happen. Bitcoin price is still hanging on above 30k dollars. And it seems like maybe the bull market is still in the game. To be honest, I don't have an expectation from the price to come down below 30k (unless we see consecutive FUDs again).
1355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish movement on the way? on: June 20, 2021, 09:03:53 PM
I can't really predict the movements of Bitcoin price. It is open for surprises every time. When the price started going down, I started thinking like that was it and we were completely in the bear market. The price went down to 33.4k dollars in the last 24 hours. But suddenly, it started rising again and reached nearly 36k. Now it feels like the bull market is still alive.
1356  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: June 20, 2021, 08:59:50 PM
I hope that they are really candid about cryptocurrencies. Because I know of course that the main goal of nearly every company is making a lot of profit in Bitcoin. They are making statements like this to have an effect on the market and the prices as well.
1357  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 20, 2021, 08:53:23 PM
I don't invest only into cryptocurrencies. Because I don't see it as logical thing to do. I believe that we should increase our alternatives to feel safer in bad times. I have investments into fiat and especially gold also. I think that investing into gold is very important in case there could be an economic crisis.
1358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Paraguay Next Month, the domino effect is unstoppable on: June 20, 2021, 08:48:27 PM
As long as the countries which have made Bitcoin legal tender see its benefits in the long run, I'm not against a domino effect actually. I would really like to see especially poor countries having a chance to enliven their economy.
1359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tweeting Power gone on: June 20, 2021, 08:44:51 PM
It looks like his tweeting power has started to weaken. And I can give a simple example for that. A few days ago, he said that he was going to think of starting to accept Bitcoin payments again for Tesla car sales if the rate of renewable energy usage in Bitcoin mining gets past 50%. It affected Bitcoin price positively but it didn't last long. And we saw that the price started going down again.
1360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL...until when? on: June 20, 2021, 08:39:25 PM
HODLing doesn't mean that you will hold your coins forever and never sell and convert them to fiat or something. For example, I set some level goals for me to sell when I reach them. Otherwise, there would be no meaning. Everyone sells their coins at some point. Maybe not all of them but it is like I said.
