One of the biggest teams of the league, Juventus are going to be hosting Fiorentina this week. Although they are one of the most performing teams in the Champions League right now, they were quite bad in the Serie A recently. They started getting unsatisfactory results again and this makes the supporters really worried. Because they didn't win any of their last 3 league matches. And they are on a 2-match losing streak also. This is one of the must-win matches for Juventus even though Fiorentina are three points ahead of them. I expect to see each team scoring and Juventus to win also.

There is not much time left for the new race weekend in Mexico to start. This is the home Grand Prix for the Red Bull's experienced driver Sergio Perez. He has a really fast car now and he would like to look for a chance to win the race here of course as it is a really meaningful race for him. But he has a really hard job to do here as he has very tough rivals like Verstappen, Hamilton and Bottas. I'm looking forward to watching the race!

And the other big match of the weekend is obviously Leipzig v Dortmund. Erling Haaland is still injured and he will miss this match also. Some sources claim that he will return in late November but I've seen in Transfermarkt that his return date is unknown for now. But even in the absence of him, Dortmund continue to win. And their next opponent is Leipzig. Maybe it is going to be an away match but I still believe in Dortmund to get a win here and they will look for a chance to end the week as the leader in the standings.

In three days, we have a really nice Manchester derby in Old Trafford. I can't say that their last two head-to-heads in this stadium were quite exciting as the results were 0-0 and 2-0. But we can watch a much more exciting match this time I believe. Because we have Ronaldo also and he can still be a game changer. And considering the recent performance of Manchester United, I wonder if they will succeed in winning this derby. Ole tries a new game plan including two forwards on the front. And they scored 5 goals in 2 matches using this game plan. Let's see if they will be successful against Manchester City. I think each team will score.

Looking at their near head-to-head history, I see that they played against each other three times. And Barcelona won all of them. They won two of them by one goal and the other one was a 4-0 disaster for Dynamo Kiev. But this time is different of course. We don't have the same Barcelona now. So with these injuries, they have a tough job to do here. But maybe they can win with a one-goal difference.

Milan and Napoli still have an extraordinary performance and form these days. Milan were able to beat Roma 2-1 away and it was not so easy for them also. Roma found so many goal chances but benefited from only one of them and it was enough to bring the score to 2-1 only. It was good to see Ibrahimovic scoring in this match. Actually he scored his second goal too but it was cancelled because of offside. And Napoli got an easy-peasy opponent that they beat them by 1-0. Milan are still the 2nd but they are continuing to share the points with Napoli.
At the moment, Napoli and AC Milan are ahead in the Serie A title fight. Now Inter Milan is far behind. At the moment they are 7 points behind. If AC Milan and Napoli can maintain their stable performances for a while longer, we will not see Inter Milan in the title fight after a while. AC Milan's main goal is the Serie A title, they have no interest in the Champions League. And so they have given their full attention to the Serie A title. They are in the race to win the title now indeed. Milan are not aiming to win the Champions League this season of course and there is no way they can either. There are very tough opponents for them here and I don't see Milan being capable of eliminating all of them. Chelsea had the power and the right game plan to make it in the last season but I can't say the same for Milan too. |

And unfortunately, I see that Barcelona have many important missing players for this match. Gerard Piqué, Sergio Agüero, Sergi Roberto, Frenkie De Jong, Ronald Araujo and Martin Braithwaite will not be able to play. Pedri's condition is unknown and Fati seems to be back in training. And they left two points in the match against Alaves by a 1-1 result in the La Liga the last time. My favourite side still will be Barcelona but I don't trust them as much as placing a bet on them. The Bayern Munich - Freiburg match this weekend can be a really interesting one. Of course, Bayern Munich are still the favourite team by far. But who knows, maybe Freiburg will surprise us like E. Frankfurt did. They are only 3 points behind Bayern Munich and at the 3rd place. Interestingly, Freiburg never were able to beat Bayern Munich away in their history. I wonder whether this will be the first. But I'm still favoring Bayern Munich highly.

After defeating Lille by 2-1 in a competitive match, PSG are going to be playing against Bordeaux in an away match this Saturday night. Bordeaux are not having a very ideal period lately. After a 5-week break, they finally got a win against Reims by 3-2 home. Actually, they were 2-0 behind and they made a great comeback in the last 20 minutes of the match. PSG defeated Bordeaux away in the Ligue 1 in their last two head-to-heads. I think that Bordeaux will resist them in the first half. But PSG should be able to beat them anyway.

I really like the recent Arsenal in the Premier League. I admire their fighting their way up as they were very terrible at the beginning of the season. They still have Mikel Arteta as their manager and they have managed to recover in a very strong way. They have climbed to the 6th place with 17 points. Suddenly, we have started seeing a better Arsenal than the last season which is really interesting. They continue on their unbeaten streak and it is 9 matches now. I wonder until when they will maintain this form.

As far as I know, he is given only a one-match chance which is going to be against Tottenham tomorrow evening. If he somehow manages to get a win in this, which I don't think so, then he will get another chance of one or two-match. If he loses, he should be getting sacked immediately. And personally, I don't think that Manchester United can win this really tough match for them.
I already read that SAF stepped in to give him one more game to prove his worth but where did the other two matches chance came from? Making this a game per game basis to sack him or not is a funny way to put more pressure on the manager. I find that disrespectful somehow and Ole should just relinquish the job if that's really the case. And Ole Solskjaer benefited from his chance in a very good way today. Manchester United destroyed Tottenham with a 3-0 score in this away match. Nuno Espirito Santo was quite thoughtful in the last minutes as his position is not very guaranteed at Tottenham also. But Solskjaer must be really contented about this very positive result right after being demolished by Liverpool. But the most important point here is to keep this win series up. Otherwise, there is a strong probability for Solskjaer to get sacked. |

Barcelona have got sacked their coach Ronald Koeman but they are still having a problem on winning an easy match against Alaves in Camp Nou now. There are twenty minutes left till the end of the match and the score is 1-1. Barcelona have a dominant game and scored in the first minutes of the second half also. But they got an answer from Alaves in only three minutes too. But I must add that Alaves won their last two La Liga matches too. This must be the reason they are resisting this good now. Manchester United got a very valuable win against Tottenham today by 3-0 away. And this must be enough for them to get better in their Champions League match ahead. They are going to be away this time and against Atalanta again. In their last head-to-head match, Manchester United managed to defeat them by making a big comeback from 0-2 to 3-2 in Old Trafford. This match could be harder than that one. But Manchester United must win to keep up a decent form and they can too.

He has a very valuable last chance in this one and he should make use of this in the best way to be able to continue doing his job at Manchester United. PSG - Lille match was a really competitive one today. After seeing that Lille ended the first half 1-0 ahead, I was quite surprised. Because Lille weren't going on very satisfying so I thought like they would even lose this match easily. But doing this away against a team like PSG was really impressive. However, PSG took the control in the other half and managed to make a comeback also and won by 2-1. Di Maria was the player of the match I guess (1 goal, 1 assist).

What the hell was that result Bayern Munich got against Gladbach by 5-0 away in the DFB Pokal match today? I didn't watch the match and I wish I did. I checked directly the lineups but I saw that Bayern got their main players in the field which made things even more awkward. Normally, Gladbach can't ever beat Bayern Munich by a result like this one even in their dreams.  But something interesting happened here and there it is. This is football of course and no team are unbeatable by a big gap. But still we are talking about Bayern Munich. It can be Gladbach's best day in their life. |
