1341  Economy / Digital goods / Re: As of June 25th PayPal no longer allowing chargebacks for gift cards or e-codes on: May 08, 2016, 03:18:50 AM
You cannot dispute through PayPal's own dispute process, however, you can still chargeback via bank ACH and a Credit Card.

So, this new policy applies ONLY to PayPal initiated DISPUTES.

Very true, however they can claw back the funds from your account if there is an existing balance or put you in negative balance or shut down your account (this is all in their terms).  You can dispute using your methods only if the purchase was made directly and fully with credit card or instant transfer from bank and not from pre-existing funds.  Also credit cards and banks can decline any dispute.  "Currency equivalent"  disputes don't always succeed as they aren't always easy to prove as is a purchase of a physical item.  The seller can simply say "not true because the BUYER is trying to scam me."  With "cash equivalent" purchases it's just not that easy to successfully dispute through a bank or credit card.
1342  Economy / Digital goods / As of June 25th PayPal no longer allowing chargebacks for gift cards or e-codes on: May 08, 2016, 01:47:09 AM
Just got an email stating that as of June 25th PayPal no longer is allowing chargebacks for gift cards or e-gift codes (or any cash equivalent purchase) if they are bad.  So using PayPal will no longer protect your from e-gift card scammers who take PayPal.

This is for both buyers AND sellers.

1343  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [FS] - Hyatt E-Gift cards for sale at 40% and Famous Dave's on: May 06, 2016, 02:05:20 AM
Escrow accepted?

I've bought lots of stuff from him both here and on Bitify.  A+ seller.  He's as honest as Honest Abe Lincoln. Of course YMMV but that is my personal experience.
1344  Economy / Digital goods / Re: {Selling} - $15 Starbucks Gift Card for $6 - ❄️❄️❄️❄️☆★☆★☆★ on: May 05, 2016, 03:25:27 AM
Has anyone made a purchase from this person since he/she allegedly reappeared a few months ago?  Haven't seen one yet.  Strong doubts this is "the original" seller.

Well, she is still accepting messages to the original email. If you still don't believe her, you could just use escrow. Once I use up the rest of my Starbucks gift cards, I'll buy one and test it out.

Are you sure it is the original email?  IIRC the OP was edited and the email was changed when s/he "reappeared."   Also when she reappeared account password was changed.  Still haven't seen one "vouch" since her rebirth other than from some newbie.  Lots of other inconsistencies reading earlier messages vs. current.  I'll have to check my old PM's for any previous communications I had.  Not sure, but think it was a hack.

1346  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Amazon Gift Cards [LEGIT] [Custom amounts] on: May 01, 2016, 10:50:47 PM
Problem is, the card itself could be legit but the "method" that was used to obtain them might not be. That means Amazon could still shut it down in 1 day or in 4 weeks and do a chargeback.  No one knows that and only has your "word."  For that reason your asking price is way to high for the risk and the fact you don't seem to accept escrow and buyer must pay first.  Those are always large bright red flags.  Buying small to gain trust then getting screwed on a large purchase is a major scam that happens around here.

Not saying that is what you are doing but it does happen and that's why most people are skeptical.

1347  Economy / Goods / Re: HH Gregg Cards on: April 30, 2016, 01:28:13 AM
Are these carded? You are selling them at a high enough rate that they are likely not.

The "forum police" don't like carded stuff just an FYI.

Yes they are carded. Not sure what these forum guys like then. I can ship within usa to anyone. shipping rates are mine.

So you're selling carded (stolen/cracked/hacked) gift cards for over 95% of face value?  Maybe you misunderstood the term "carded" as it relates to this forum.

Carding
The act of obtaining someone else's credit card information, by either trashing which hardly works anymore, or hacking an online store, or simply looking at someone else's card and writing down it's number and exp. date. Once the card info is obtained the person doing the carding will usually have a drop point (an empty house or building) and have the items ordered with the credit card shipped there to make the whole act pretty untraceable.
1348  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Spotify+ | Lifetime Spotify Generators | RESELL and MAKE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT SHOP on: April 28, 2016, 08:41:36 PM
Can i have one vouch copy,  im interested in your offer, i will post some feedback after i try your offer.

The "vouch copy" is already made public, you can see on the #9 post, but you should check the #11 post by krunox123, probably the file has malware or trojan.

The application is made public not the alleged key to be able to use it.  The password provided only lets you unzip it, you still need the OP to allegedly "license" it as per his second and last post, however he seems to have disappeared after his initial 2 posts probably after dropping his trojan bomb by luring people into installing it with his "password."
1349  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Spotify+ | Lifetime Spotify Generators | RESELL and MAKE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT SHOP on: April 28, 2016, 12:18:34 PM
Please refrain from downloading the file from the download link above or buying the software from the OP. I've downloaded it and scan the .exe file inside the compressed folder on VirusTotal, and the detection ratio is 7/56.

Virus scan link: https://virustotal.com/en/file/0516a804e157e5d28b828f8e8283a3f9f184a79a59ed724b3665562984d941b8/analysis/1461842193/

Norton Anti-Virus doesn't seem to agree with all of that but NAV did say it found "WS.Reputation.1".  I don't put a lot of faith in "virustotal.com" as they are well known for a lot of false positives but still all users should be aware of the possibility of a problem.

To be safe if you use the app use it under a virtual OS or sandbox.

Edit:  A scan with MALWAREBYTES found Trojan.Agent.DAD

Thank You

1352  Economy / Digital goods / Re: UBER for just 1$ on: April 12, 2016, 01:53:21 PM
Wha does your account has? I mean, does it have any free rides or something?
An account with nothing to offer is bot worth buying imo.
You should put more details about the account that you are selling.
on all accounts with a credit card tied, so there is unlimited free ride

LOL, And as you step out of the UBER the cops will be waiting for you for credit card theft. Cheesy  Maybe you'd get away with 1 ride but as soon as the account holder gets an email or sees his credit card charged saying his account was stolen it will get shut down.  So much for "unlimited."
1353  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Amazon Gift Cards on: April 11, 2016, 08:53:08 PM
If anyone thinks ANY card (be it AMZ, SBX or whatever) being sold for large discounts are legit you are quite naive.  Sure, you can get lucky very often and get away with it but if you believe what these sellers say you are out of your minds.  Some of the stories are just plain hysterical.  Best one was some guy selling thousands of dollars of some kind of GC (ebay?) that he (allegedly) got for a reward at work.

Hey, no problem taking a chance but really, don't believe for 1 second any of these stories are for real or any of the cards are truly obtained properly.  Why would ANYONE sell a $100 card for $60 and lose $40 especially since there are many legit websites that pay way more than that for REAL cards.  If you're willing to take a chance, fine but be prepared for the consequences but please don't be dumb enough to believe the stories the sellers tell.

Completely agree. There is a reason they are selling GC for discounts.

You just have to be careful. One guy here *boss* something, wanted to sell me some GC for like 50% discount and he offered extra $50 if i paid him in like 10-15 mins. lol. These are red flags right away, I try to be slightly careful with GC and buy in smaller amounts, Slightly larger amounts if the person is somewhat reputable, as I assume can easily make some money being a reputable member here, so chances of him scamming you are less. It still happens!
AMZN GC was almost irreversible some years ago, and I didn't see some reversible claims people made in last few months.
Tip: Better to buy AMZN GC if there is no name on it after you add.
Mine had 'Kevin Grant' as the owner of the Amazon gift card GC. I have more details about some things, but won't share here.

LOL, you mean "MRBOSSMAN" ...... he's a total 100% unquestionable scammer. He has 4 alts and they all leave neg feedback for you if you leave it for him.  Reading his locked threads are simply fun especially his "vouches."

How many times can this method be used on 1 account?
If you are using it on the same SBX account my guess is cust service keeps records and after the 2nd time they might be reluctant and after the 3rd time they might not be too happy especially if you do it close together.
1356  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Starbucks Gift Card | 30% on: April 07, 2016, 03:28:43 AM
Why so low? Do you bought them with stolen goods?
No, I take advantage of my work's loyalty system and get good rewards Smiley message me and I can send you my seller's profile I'm a trusted seller. No need to worry about carded/stolen shit

You must be a very loyal worker for them to give you a $400 Starbucks card.  LOL

These normally last month+

If they came from work and are legit they should last forever, why do they only last "usually a month +" ?
1357  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [FS] - Hyatt E-Gift cards for sale at 40% on: April 05, 2016, 01:39:59 AM
Let me know when you open up to paypal.

Btw can you get other cards, I really been trying to find a wholefoods supplier again like you did awhile back.

or Trader Joes.

Me too as well as Panera.  What seems to happen is as soon as they find the "leaks" they plug them up and the cards start getting shut down and then they dry up (like Panera).
1358  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Unlimited starbucks giftcards (personal use only) [$10] on: April 04, 2016, 07:01:53 PM
Thanks for the review Sandy doesn't seem worth the effort or the cost..
Definitely. $10 is a little bit too expensive for this time-consuming method, and the rewards aren't that appealing (as stated by stex2009). Not to mention that this method is probably obtainable for free on some forum as written by reviews above. It'd be great if the person who receives the vouch copy can post some proof that this method indeed works as described.

It has to work. Maybe not "unlimited" but it's so simple and so obvious people do it all the time without even realizing it with many establishments.  I was in TGI Fridays and got a free entre' (legitimately) doing this.  My 90 old father has done it dozens of times over the years (legitimately). This has been going on since food establishments were first "invented."  If you read the method you'd do a headslap.  Cheesy Cheesy
1359  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Ebay $75 Gift Cards for $45 on: April 04, 2016, 12:20:17 AM
If these are "digital codes bought using Ebay.com" why would you pay $75 and sell for $45?  Oh wait, you didn't say HOW they were bought!  Wink
1360  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Unlimited starbucks giftcards (personal use only) [$10] on: April 04, 2016, 12:11:53 AM
Lets see if I can save someone else from this money sucking scamming prick.

Heres the info

LOL.  Didn't want to requote your entire message but having actually read the "method" I must say you are 1000000% totally INCORRECT on what he is doing (not that what he is doing is anything spectacular) but you aren't even in the ballpark .....  or within 1000 miles of it.  Tongue

I am not suggesting anyone buy or don't buy this item but you are waaaaaaay off.  Anyone with 1/2 or maybe even 1/4 a brain could figure out the entire method from just reading his OP and applying a bit of logic.
