This doesnt show anyone using 1x risers they are either plugged into 8x or 16x pcie slots or using ribbion cables because the GPU's wont fit directly on the mobo.

This is the most recent one where people are confused, but you can see the 16x ribbon cables being used and its only a few server mobos/CPU's that can support 6-7 pcie8x lanes.

It throttled when it reached 70c core temps.  I can't monitor mem temps on hiveOS.  Also it can reach 101Mh/s @230w but didn't seem worth.

I would try forcing more air over the top of the 3090's.  Experiment with a cheap boxfan and move the frame away from the wall a bit more.

You can't compare 6700xt to 5700 because the 6700xt has 192bit bus like the 5600xt.

I've seen a few things of people swapping 1GB ddr5 modules to 2GB ddr5 on 4GB AMD GPU's which make them 8GB.  Looked kind of painstaking though so I doubt anyone is doing this in massive scale.
