Loving this coin. Haven't even explored all of the capabilities, need to grab enough to get a Fortuna Stake. But the wallet is one of the slickest I've seen, and the transaction speeds are solid. Website is off the hook, and shows a great foundation for this currency. There are long term passionate leaders and community members in their discord. And there is a ton of progress being made. Really excited to have discovered this gem!

I would not be astounded at all if todays empty blocks will appear as full blocks tomorrow. FT does miracles with sleepy / deserted chains. Once it is plugged in the blockchains bulb the chain can grow into a healthy bloom. majestic point! and then you would see devs stating this is to increase chainsize and "security")))) never really searched around the topic but heard dash using bots to increase numbers so investors would think theres more usage than it is. |

Depends on how paranoid you want to be. You say you are not a tech guy, but are you good enough to remove a drive from a PC and put in a new one. Or, at least remove and destroy the drive? You could get a copy of the paper wallet generator on an online PC and put it on a USB stick. Bring it to a PC that is not online (no wi-fi no wired network connected) Run the app Generate wallet. Print wallet. Destroy both the usb stick and drive in the PC. Done. The above method is overkill, but just about foolproof. If you have some more ability, then running DBAN to wipe the drive is just about as good. You can also get some hardware wallets and do it that way. https://opendime.com/It generates an address. POS means you only need to hold the coins to get rewards, PoSe has a labor component, you need to set up a masternode and maintain it, providing a service to the network, which make a PoW coin much more resistant to attacks. id say it means more. the whole idea of the blockchain was (?) to decentralize "the ruling power". proof of stake does exactly the opposite - its centralizing coin generation around biggest wallets.
