141  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is minersource.net legit on: January 30, 2015, 06:07:06 AM
Stay away from Minersource. They have stolen $1050000 from us, we're currently discussing with the police and lawyers.

Pot calling the kettle black? LOL.
142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Marcchernandez scammed me for $500.00 on: January 18, 2015, 07:14:45 AM
Only way to recover is get a lawyer and sue the person. Law enforcement won't do a thing. It is always their word against yours.
143  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: jamesc760 is deleting all posts in his group buy on: January 18, 2015, 07:04:43 AM
Looks like James got away with stealing from the community. Karma will catch up with him. Cops are useless. They don't want to go after criminals but prefer ticketing people instead because it's easier.
144  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S5: The New Standard, 0.51J/G, Shipping on Jan 4th [Sales Open] on: December 23, 2014, 04:36:23 PM
Unless they discover something and then delay batch 2 for the fix.
145  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S5: The New Standard, 0.51J/G, Shipping on Jan 4th [Sales Open] on: December 23, 2014, 03:58:41 PM
$5 per miner is ok. $25 would have been better  Smiley
146  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S5: The New Standard, 0.51J/G, Shipping on 12/27 [Sales Open] on: December 23, 2014, 03:54:35 PM
Dang!  Missed the sale too.  Bitmain - how about opening up another short sale so I can get an order in before the new year?

Probably all the better. First batch sometimes has a problem. Better to get the second batch after the problems have been discovered and fixed.
147  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Home Electricity supply on: December 15, 2014, 11:15:55 PM
1.4 kW will pull about 5.8 amps at  240v so you are safe to put 5 maybe 6 on your circuit. How many outlets are you sharing on the circuit? To add more you would need to upgrade the panel to 200A then you could add 2 more 40A RCD's. Also I would spread the amps over multiple outlets because the wiring in one outlet is probably not sufficient to handle 40A.
148  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Home Electricity supply on: December 15, 2014, 10:43:53 PM
What country are in? Most newer homes in the United States have a 200 amp residential panel. The circuit breakers in the panel are generally rated 15 to 20 amps and are shared by one or two outlets.  16 S4 at 1400 watts per S4 you are looking at 22,400 watts.  No way you can run this many S4's with only 100 amps.
149  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED]Minion Chip Assembly GB on: December 12, 2014, 11:23:28 PM
I may never recover the costs just kept mining as I'm stubborn lol, I never took the PR post as anything more than a joke chap Smiley

I am stubborn too. I guess I am too dumb to stop mining.  Grin
150  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: DO NOT JOIN ANY GROUP BUY !! Beware Don't Join any Group Buy!! on: December 12, 2014, 11:14:30 PM
jamesc760 who posted in August about not all group buy's being a scam turned his group buy into a scam. Funny shit unless you were involved in his group buy.
151  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: December 12, 2014, 11:10:48 PM
Black Arrow is garbage. My only hope  was to take chip delivery instead of the fire bomb they built and have someone else build a working miner.
152  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Zoom hash legit or scam? on: December 08, 2014, 02:15:28 PM
Zoom hash is a ponzi so much as GAWMINERS is a Ponzi. I have ordered equipment from Zoom hash and returned broken stuff to them with no problems. Any type of mining now is difficult with the price of coins and high difficulty. If you electrical and hosting costs are too high then you won't make any money.
153  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Anyone need 32 million dollars? on: December 05, 2014, 10:30:02 PM
I made a $100 bucks off a Nigerian scammer. I told him I needed an advance to send money to him so I received $100 from western union. LOL.
154  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED]Minion Chip Assembly GB on: December 04, 2014, 11:00:33 PM
Haven't heard anything back yet. Not terribly surprised about that given the state of things, but we're definitely interested in helping solve the problem.
sorry did not have time to shoot pictures.
Any way tomorrow we are finishing sendings to end customers and Monday will prepare what is left to minersource.
I suppose I can send these without wire /pic fix and you'll do it for them ?

Martin, I've recently spoken with the folks at Minersource, and they tell me that for the rest of the orders that they have with you, that you will be shipping directly to the Minersource customers, rather than to Minersource. It is their belief that you have our information (Minersource order numbers, customer names, shipping addresses, etc.), and that you could sort out, based on my Minersource order number (Either #2554 or more than likely #2418A), and possibly provide me with any progress that may have been made on my order. Granted, it is a "small potatoes" order, but I'm desperately interested, none the less. Any such information would be greatly appreciated. I'm thankful that by your indication in the above quoted post, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Just a few days ago, I also sent you a message regarding this request via the "contact us" link on your website. I'm curious with regards for your 2HEX4M's also. Thank you for any information you may be able to provide with regards to this matter.

I am running 6 2HEX4M miners and they are working great. Technobit is a blessing. I would have preferred not even getting involved with Blackarrow but my mistake. Such a scam company. From what people have posted they have only shipped about 8% of their orders. They are mining with the rest or sending broken equipment to customers.  With the 2HEX4M's  I have something that is slowly getting back my BTC. I count this as a win.
155  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [DELETED] on: December 04, 2014, 09:07:00 PM
It's BTC. Law enforcement thinks it a joke or drug related so if you report it they will then ask you if it was part of a drug transaction.
156  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 2HEX4M on: December 02, 2014, 06:55:47 AM
lol 40cent /gh is common on ebay right now, and id expect to pay less here since ebay refunds me if i have a problem

edit

i.e you are asking more for 1 than id pay for both

Why come here if you believe better deals are on ebay?  If you want to mine for a month or more  free ebay style and return equipment then go for it. Many have done it and will keep on doing it.  People sell here because they don't like the flea bay policy of allowing buyers to screw the seller.
157  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] ASICMiner Prisma 1TH @ 1000 Watts, taking offers.... on: December 02, 2014, 01:00:57 AM
Yes it is a full unit with 4 boards.

No PSU they're a dime a dozen. I find the resell value pretty bad and I can still get use out of it.

But if the price is right I'll throw in a RPI with cgAM .img, if someone needs it.

Where can you get a good 1000 watt power supply for .10 cents?
158  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 2HEX4M on: December 02, 2014, 12:51:32 AM
your asking price is outrageous

Why is 1 BTC outrageous? Antminer S3 selling for .58 USD per GH/s  $255 dollars for 441 GH/s. No power supply.  A good 1000 watt gold power supply is another $150 dollars. So for $660 you get 881 Ghs .  1.8 BTC at $370.

I am asking for 1 BTC for 800 GH/s including a 1000 watt gold power supply.  Why is this outrageous?  .46 per GH/s with a power supply, Bitmain is .58 per GH/s no power supply and you pay for shipping from the land of China.
159  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 2HEX4M on: November 30, 2014, 11:07:38 PM
No interest? I still have two 2HEX4M miners for sale. 1 btc each including 1000 watt power supply. They do 800 Gh/s.
