Poker, because it's EV+  (for me) I would personally not even call it gambling tbh. Even an EV+ game is still gambling with luck. What if you got the next 10,000 hands being 27 unpaired ? It would be gambling, because despite skill affecting it, there is a chance that randomness will screw you over. I mean technically it's still gambling, though it's gambling with odds in your favor. Intresting question. IMHO, it's gambling if you go all in preflop (with a certainty to have the odds in your favor if you hold AA), but post flop, poker is more a game where you could be profitable without a doubt if you have the right skills and patience. Of course, you could have 100 bad starting hands in a row, that's where patience is key. |
