Most of the people posting here don't know how it feels to be rich. Sooner than later they'll be tempted to sell their bitcoins to buy their little dreams. Big money will come and buy out all their bitcoins. At the end, rich will be rich again and slaves will be slaves again. I am going to be as strong as I can be. I will need to be a millionaire (£) before I even consider it. Can I hodl through the possibility of £500,000 sitting there for a year or more without touching it hoping it will carry on? I'll let you know if it happens. I'm a way off yet. |

Now I wonder if it will go up by another factor of 5 to 30k. Not unbelievable.

$6545 - I can’t believe it, it only feels like yesterday I was ecstatic when we breached $1000 for the 1st time again after Gox’s false ATH (Willybot induced).
I remember doing a victory dance in front of my Mrs (with clothes on) when we hit 1000. I think after 2k I went numb and desensitised to the price. It doesn't seem real it's that crazy. Soon we will be talking 10s of thousands. If you don't just speculate and look into what we have actually got into so early you'll agree. Wait until everyone else realises. |

So I am planning on putting 500 euros on Eth and Btc each(€1000 in total) to hold for long term. Is it a bad time to invest in those crypto-currencies?
I can't advise on ETH but BTC just hit an all time high recently. Do you really want to buy at the top? If you want a short term return don't invest. If you want to hold on to your investment for 1-5 years then yes invest. A few hundred bucks swinging up or down won't affect you long term. Just be sure to buy your BTC and then set up a paper wallet and I advise to keep this wallet and private key locked in a safe in 2 separate locations. Good luck. |

I found SegWit2 on this price link below https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/segwit2xIs this just some action before the fork coming up this middle of November...ie speculation..tokens...whatever? be damn wierd if that price of $1,006.67 held add that to (at this time) $6152.89 (btc core) and $441.83 (bitcoin cash) and $141.71 (btc gold) Damn, that is $7743.10 BTC! (of many flavors).....this can't hold? Sure makes things dang interesting. I suppose there is more than one way to get over this 21 million coin limit...fork BTC Core. Anyway....what I stumbled over. $1000 2x coin? That's insane. |
